Terrible experience at this McDonald's. Fast food my a**hole. Nobody at the ordering screen ever took my order. I had done a mobile order and an employee smoking a cigarette outside told me to pull up so I did. I sat in this drive thru for over a half hour for a basic fast food order. The guy at the window who wanted me to pull up to the third window couldn't even be bothered to open the window to speak to me he just gestured through the window. This is McDonald's so my expectations were already very low and they completely blew them through the toilet. Absolutely horrible experience. Don't ever come to this McDonald's. I was a customer in the drive thru on 4/28/26 and placed an order. I ordered a cheeseburger, small fries, and a small Fanta orange soda. So I checked my order and went on my way. Ate my fries first because they were nice and hot. Then as I got half way home and started to eat what I thought was a regular cheeseburger just to find out it was a hamburger with ketchup and onions only. By then it was too late for me to turn around whereas I live in Dorchester. So what your employees could do to improve is attention to detail would be great. read more

The worst experience EVER AT ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!!!! And to call this McDonald's a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT is a joke. After my husband went inside to order because the drive through was so backed up, I waited in the car for upwards of 20 minutes. When I got inside there were about 8 or so people waiting for their orders as well. I asked my husband what's going on he said he didn't know. I told him just to ask for our money back because this was ridiculous and we needed to leave. The not-so-gentleman behind the counter started filling a bag then went to the fry station and through some fries in the bag. He then walked over to my husband and myself at the counter tossed the bag on the counter and said and I quote, "There, now get the fuck out".! I was shocked and said, "What did you just say?" He said well you see the climate in here and you want to complain? He then replied again, "So yeah get the fuck out!" I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. We then said we wanted our money back and he said "Sure, come back tomorrow " He would not give me a phone number to call anyone and refused to give my money back. I will never take my grandchildren to this poor excuse for a restaurant even though I go there quite often. This creep needs to be FIRED immediately!!!! Someone like this poor excuse for a human being should NEVER work with the public again!!!!!! I am waiting to hear back from the McDonald's customers complaint line where I filed a formal complaint. If they take no action and if I don't receive my refund I will escalate my complaint to the Attorney General's office and get the news media involved. This location is the worst, the workers always have such bad attitude. Any time that I'm there at night they are always closing hours earlier than their business hours suggest they close. The last time I went there at 9:30 and pulled up to the drive through no one would come to answer me. So I had to come out to the next window where a man forcibly slammed open the window and angrily asked me what I want with a terrible attitude. I can clearly see everything was almost already cleaned up for the night, even though online it says drive through doesn't close until 1AM. Even if I'm wrong and that 1AM closing time is inaccurate, google also says it doesn't close until 11PM which is over an hour after the time I arrived there. After telling him my mobile order code, he made me wait nearly 15 mins for a simple double cheeseburger. Once it was finally done I was handed my order by another man who yelled right in my face, something I couldn't even understand. Just got screamed at for knocking on a stall in the restroom by an employee who looked to work the drive-thru. Both of the stalls were occupied. She opened the door to scream at me and tell me to use the other stall (which was occupied by another employee talking on her phone.) The woman then went back I the handicapped stall, walk around with no shoes on (?), and yell through her headset at customers to "give her a fucking second." Staff was very unprofessional the manager didn't see to respect his employees. When the girl was calling for him for about a minute and he was ignoring her for whatever reason joke or not it's a work environment even if you guys have a good relationship you take you job more seriously even if it's just McDonald's. You could tell she was embarrassed because we were waiting a while for him and saw and heard the whole thing. The reason why she was calling for him was because she didn't know how to scan the coupon from the app or enter the coupon code. The thing I didn't understand was why didn't he teach her how to do it while he rang us up that way in the future she didn't have to wait on him and embarrass herself yelling for him and she could take care of it. It really wasn't rocket science. Since all this happened the line was held up and I'm sure the people behind us was probably becoming pretty impatient and hangry ( Oxford 2015 word meaning hungry and angry ). So when the manager scanned out coupons he messed up and because he messed up he gave us a sandwich on the house which was cool but it's like how do you mess up a coupon scan. But to the food portion of the review. The presentation was a 2 looked like it was just thrown together really but it's McDonald's what can you expect but when did this become ok. Eh it's hit or miss. When I've tried to get late night breakfast options there, they have been sub par and they gave me the wrong food. Did I eat it? Obviously. But it wasn't the best. Late night service is also really slow. HOWEVER the staff is really friendly, and always apologizes for the wait. One time I even got a coupon for free food cause I had to wait. Fry game is on point and they have the fountain bev ratio of syrup to club soda down pat. Side note: what happened to the egg nog shake this holiday season 2017? It's McDonalds. I try to avoid fast food, but on occasion it can't be avoided. Plus, well...it's McDonalds. How can you review a place that's built its reputation on mediocrity and mantras like, "well, hopefully our food won't give you the shits but no promises?" There's not much of a point. Here's the thing, though. I recognize that the people behind the counter are just that - people. They're folks trying to earn a buck in a minimum wage vocation. That's why I had to take notice when I watched the Mickey D's manager berate her employees not once, but twice, in front of a couple lines three deep in customers. It's not like these employees were slacking off or messing up. The first employee was just finishing up some work, and the manager kind of barked at her to do some chore before she left. It was really condescending, and the language used was unnecessary. My companion had ordered a double hamburger value meal. The closest thing they have to this is a cheeseburger value meal. You have to order that, minus the cheese. The woman at the front got it right. Still, the manager appeared and reamed her out in front of us, making pretty much everyone super uncomfortable. When the poor employee finally explained what was up, that it was a value meal and not just two cheeseburgers minus the cheese, the manager finally relented, without apology. The woman had frigging storm clouds circling her red face. Something tells me that working at McDonalds is hard enough, for a myriad of reasons. A manager that publicly humiliates employees in front of customers obviously doesn't do much for the place. I have no desire to support an establishment that fosters an atmosphere where that kind of thing is ok. Because it's not ok at all. If you work at this place, I am genuinely sorry. read more

It was HOPPING at 2pm on a Wednesday. Drive thru was a constant stream, and a short (but fast) line inside. The place itself is immaculate. The kitchen, spotless, and the staff was all looked sharp. Ice dispenser was empty (happens when it's THAT busy)- and I couldn't believe how kind and accommodating the reaction was when I asked the VERY busy expo/food runner (when did that start at McDonald's?) for some ice. Fast service and crispy fries, the only two things you need to rate a Mcdonald's and this location excels in both categories. But on top of that, their sandwiches are stacked properly, unlike most locations where you'll find a landslide of the top bun and the internals.
