Kale salad with shrimp and steak tips with lemon potatoe

Thank you Maria's kitchen for the fresh and healthy food and also for your amazing service.

I've been meaning to come here because I live in the area and walked by the new construction several times before they opened this year. I was happy that we stopped in to have dinner. The place is brand new and immaculate and my husband has already eaten there before so this was a real treat for me. I tried the $15 lamb chops which was accompanied with roasted potatoes, pita bread, and a small greek salad. I certainly enjoyed my chops since all of them were gone in two seconds and they gave a generous amount of potatoes which my husband helped me eat. I sampled some chicken kebabs and it was so good. The potatoes have a lemon tart rosemary and oregano flavor... Very healthy. We were lucky to sit down since they primarily do a lot of takeout. It was very nice. What's nice about the menu is that they have regular takeout food like burgers and salads and pizza. I haven't tried them yet but if I'm in a mood I certainly will give them a shot.

I stopped in since awhile I was there. Noticed prices way higher? 16.00 for club sandwich. I ordered a grilled shrimp wrap. Nothing to write home about. Shrimp needed seasoning paprika, pepper, garlic, anything to have a taste. Lettuce, tomato, onions all bland ... what was missing was a Greek salad dressing or anything dressing... saw new people operating .. maybe new owners? I'll try again and if lousy again.... Time to move on...

After cooking all day, didn't feel like cooking any more so I ordered a Pepperoni pizza from Maria's and it was delicious!!!!!

This joint is jumping! Maybe a little too jumping. (Had to wait well beyond the 40 minutes we were told our order would take.) They were so busy! The system for tracking orders does not seem ideal--they ask for your name and then assign your order a number. When you give your name they are all confused while they do the name to number conversion again. All that aside, the pizza was great! Hot, flavorful, very fresh ingredients. Great Greek crust. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

    Tasteless Alfredo

This was my first time ordering food from Maria's and I regret it. The food was tasteless. We had to spruce it up ourselves. The chicken Parm had pieces of chicken which was not what I was expecting and it had absolutely NO SAUCE under that layer of cheese. I was supposed to split this with my niece and she didn't like it. I made her a grilled cheese. She also wanted fried dough with no cinnamon so that's what I ordered, NO cinnamon. Guess what I got? CINNAMON! Clearly someone isn't paying attention. You are better off going to Camella's which is right across the street. This was a waste of my money.

Got take out from Maria's Kitchen a couple of nights ago and I'm so glad I did!!! It was delicious. I had the grilled chicken kebabs and my husband had the steak tips. We got to choose two sides. I had the roasted potatoes and a side salad. The potatoes were SO good. Tons of flavor and they melted in your mouth. My husband got veggies and rice as his sides. He said the veggies where very flavorful and the steak was grilled to perfection. We both are looking forward to our next visit. Would enthusiastically recommend

Generous portions, clean space, friendly service. Pictures is the salmon dinner with rice and veggies. Healthy dinner around the house!

Food is good. Restaurant is very clean, but always a turnoff to see the kitchen staff smoking on the side street outside.

Tried Santoros for the first time. Although the Yelp reviews led me to have high expectations, I…read moremostly found disappointment. It is a small place, quite messy, with a lot of activity (baking cookies, slicing meats) that had little to do with customer service. As I was the only customer there (at 1:25 in the afternoon) i was ignored (despite my attempts to converse) until I called out for a chicken parmigiana sandwich to go. The bread is fresh, but the sandwich merely had small pieces of breaded chicken--essentially just little bites, like one would cut for a toddler. Sauce was underwhelming and surprisingly (and disappointingly) sweet. I also purchased some premade penne with marinara for dinner. Again, the marinara was very dull...and sweet. The sandwich cost $14.75, and the penne was another $11.00. There were no pizza slices, no arancini. Rather disappointing and bare. In fact, the lemon cookie I bought, which was NOT mind blowing in any sense, was the single best thing I bought there. I know good Italian deli, and yes, I have been to Sicily on several occasions. This was more like a Subway attempt at Italian food. I do not expect to go back.

Everyone was friendly and sandwiches are made to order- they cut the meat as they maybe each order. It took just about an hour to get to the counter- there were at least 30 people ahead of me. I ordered the Italian sub without veggies, a pint of olives and meatballs with cheese and bread. Everything was delicious. Sandwich was excellent-meatballs were amazing. I would call ahead of order online in the future- and let some time pass as it will likely be busy like this for awhile. They use their space well. Lots of free parking. Paid with my phone using Apple Pay. It was good enough that I'd make a special trip to drive the 14 miles to get a repeat order.

Well, you will need Google Maps, a compass and a Boy Scout badge to find this place…read more Between Mayor WU's one way streets that Google Maps don't know about yet? Or the Exodus old window locations closed and the airstream camper location in alley is the new temporary place to order from. But I was tipped off by a bagel buying enthusiast when I was looking in the closed window location puzzled why I didn't see any people or bagels . The nice enthusiast told me that the pick up location is around the corner in a different new alley ... confused still but as Columbo the detective would do... I saw people walking from many directions to the new alley at 8:10 am. I followed the crowd to where others were already in the alley for the ordering process at the airstream trailer ... I was reminded of cousin Eddie in the Christmas movie with Chevy Chase and his camper trailer . The guy in the trailer looked like a horse bookie taking bets with his note pad and credit card machine... he may have been one of the owners after I researched later on website . I ordered a garlic Asiago bagel with butter and a salt bagel with veggie cream cheese. Then I was instructed to stand in alley and wait for my order . The bagel worker bees I then saw them come out of another building door with the bags of bagels and hand out to the experienced bagel buyers who intelligently order ahead . But the wait was quick and the worker bees scurry in and out of the door with the bags. There no tables or an area to eat in the alley . There was No inside coffee selections or Starbucks couches to lounge on eating your bagel sipping the latte to Italian music? I understand this is temporary as old space being renovated? I had my bagels both toasted and were perfect shade of toast . These were excellent different type bagels and not a brick dough filled type that becomes rock hard . The texture of bagel was more of a crunch chew in a good way. The garlic Asiago was a real deal flavor and thus would be excellent for a BLT or tuna or chicken salad for a sandwich , this would be winner chicken sandwich dinner . The salt bagel had a strong salt flavor again in a good way with the veggie cream cheese. The veggie cream cheese needed more veggies in it, but it did the trick to tame my bagel itch. Excellent bagels and the treasure hunt experience to find them was worth it. Clearly by the line of people and congregation of people from differ directions...they have a devoted following... reminded me of a Facebook announcement of a new iPhone release and people sleeping overnight to be first in line . Now, what is their secret of how or what they do to get the crunch texture but remain airy and not doughy? In summary: a great bagel and I need more .
