I asked her to please fix it and she said that she could not as she had another client waiting so I asked her to please remove the pedicure since it was absolutely horrible and she still wanted me to pay for it even though I was unhappy with the service all together the experience was not worth it !! I would recommend going to Nancy's Final Touch on second street!! I went there after and they fixed me up so good the service was amazing !!! I will be reporting this business to the BBB!!! This place is a hidden gem I googled the closest nail place in El Cajon this one popped up while I was driving witch was about 4 min from my location so without looking at the stars or reviews I came here and I'm so glad I did because if I would of judged only by the stars I would of skipped it I fell in love with this place because their standards are held high and their customer service is nice and they are pretty fast with only like 4 people working they fixed me from head to toe in like less than 2 hours my pedicure and waxing was my favorite literally stunning my pedi was very detailed with care and love. Decided I would try a new nail salon closer to my work to go to during my lunch hour and found this amazing little gem in El Cajon. Typical looking nail salon. but the customer service was the best I've ever had at any nail salon both on the west coast and East Coast. The woman that did my nails had great conversations with me and was super helpful to the people coming in and on the phone. she was quick and efficient and did my nails the right shape, finally. I think I found my go-to place. I paid $10 less then I do usually in Eastlake. Winning! read more

I came here Christmas Eve for a quick peddy. I was able to walk right in. My usual place was completely booked. I'm used to having a choice of pedicure options such as: sea salt scrub, paraffin wax, oil massage ect. This place offers none. You sit in the massage chair with warm water and they pour soap on a pumice stone and scrub your feet. The man who did mine was very talkative and friendly. I actually enjoyed our conversation however he did not get my feet as smooth as I like. I can say the shop was neat and clean. Service options here are very basic. I requested for French pedicure with a design of a flower and the man said he would have to have one of the other ladies to do it. I waited and once a lady finished the nails of her customer she came and did the design. I must say the flowers were nice. I ended up paying $35.00 for everything.
