At first I called in for a quote on a fill on medium length gel nails and they said it would be $35. My nails are too thick, and I had to ask her to file them to be straight because they were round and not sharpened how coffin shape is. They turned out to be $50 because she said they are "long" nails . I have a piece of glitter that sticks out from the nail too. read more

Honestly the place is kinda flithy. The nail tech does not use clean supplies.. she dipped her dip brush in some alcohol bottle then later on squeezed that same alcohol on to my nails to disinfect which does not look great. As far as $35 for a basic fill is good but I don't think I'll come back :( read more

She had worked in rancho san diego at Fashion Nails and opened her own location and I am SO HAPPY to have found her again. She's always smiling, greeting every client, engaging in conversations. My nails looked great because they really paid attention to make sure they got the whole nail! I hate when other places rush and don't cover the whole nail with gel. Went in to get my acrylic nails removed and a manicure. Usually nail salons will trim the nail soak and remove the acrylic. She used a nail tip to rip the nails off. When she couldn't get between the nail she used a nail clipper. Acrylic particles hit my face. After seeing the blood I asked her how much I owed paid and left. Some places have you feeling crammed and uncomfortable, but it's very spacious and organized here. Julie has been doing my nails for such a long time that I would follow her anywhere she'll go! She has so much talent in those hands of hers. From the shaping of your nails to the amazing pedicures she does, you can't go wrong. There have been times where Julie can be busy and the other ladies have done my nails and they're all exceptional as well. They did not use a clean piece of equipment during this whole process. The towel I rested my hands on for my manicure was filthy, her drill box ( all used and unsanitized drills in box) was full of nail clippings from previous clients. Instead of having me rinse my hands, a dirty rag with alcohol was used before my polish. On top of major health violations, not a single one of my nails is the same shape. I understand this place is affordable but you definitely get what you pay for. They just want any dollar they can get, up charging for everything. I went in to get a fill. I was there over 2 hours. I had broke a nail and got my nails done elsewhere. She knew she had different tips and didn't have the straight ones for my nail. She tried to put a curled nail like I wouldn't notice. I told her to take it off. She then spent about 15 mins looking for a nail around the shop that would work better. When she did find one she had put it on crooked so there's another 10 mins looking for another one.. she left the cotton ball on my nail during this process so when she finally took it off the cotton was stuck to my nail. More filing.. idk how thin my nail is at this point. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone it's very outdated and not the cleanest. I really got a bad vibe here and will never return read more

My oldest daughter and I decided we wanted to take my youngest to get her nails done for the first time. We walked in and asked them if they had enough people for 3 full sets. They rushed my youngest and started her nails while telling me to pick a color (powder acrylic selection weak) I had to just pick one because they had already started my daughter. After sitting for 20 min I said when are they going to start our nails since at this point they had only started my youngest. They proceeded to tell me we are going 1 at a time........ umm "no thank you" this was supposed to be special and they didn't tell us we would be her over 3 hours and going separately. Seriously disappointed as they have ruined this experience. When I asked why they didn't tell us we would have to go one at a time one of the worker asked the other "what did they expect?" I would expect you to tell me we can't go together, that it would take hours and that you don't have enough employees to accommodate 3 people while the shop only had 1 person getting a pedicure. They told me twice 10min and over 20 minutes later one girl said I will start you for when she is done..... they kept talking and laughing and were very rude! read more

I'm so in love with the way QT salon is and I love the neatness of it and how on top of thing they are, especially with the whole covid 19 guidelines. They take such good care of the costumers and always have good costumer service! I've been going to Julie since I was in high school and she always takes good care of me and my family! She recently moved to this salon where I followed her even though it's out of my way compared to the other one, just because she's that good. So I ended up here because the reviews seemed good my pedicure was nothing special for the deluxe and my full set was horrible I got lady named Helen but the quality was a no I repeatedly told her of 2 crooked nails and she wouldn't listen to me, she got her finger stuck to mine with the nail glue, she hurt me so much with the drill, she didn't paint them from the root it looks like I already need a refill, she put the acrylic really weird that left empty spaces on the edges. This place is awful! It used to be Foxy nails which I went to for years. The first time I went here the pedicure was mediocre at best. I wanted to give them one more chance so I went in today to get a pedicure the water was ice cold I had to ask them to make it warmer four times before it was finally lukewarm the lady that did my nails over filed them and I let her know it was hurting three times then when she pulled out the cuticle cutter after she cut me the second time I decided to just get up and leave never once did she apologize she just kept saying oh.
