I waited a while to write this review to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I came in for a gel manicure, gel pedicure & to get my eyebrows waxed. The waxing was great, they look beautiful. The pedicure was wonderful and my tech was so sweet. However, the manicure absolutely flopped. They have all peeled off within 1 week of getting them done. I wear gloves when I do dishes, I protect my nails and this is a first for me. I will not be returning. Not to mention, she didn't even do a manicure! She barely clipped my nails, quickly filed and immediately went to the gel polish. read more

The quality was absolutely horrendous. My nails were messy and poorly treated. My requests weren't met and they were completely resonable for a shop that claims they are top tier. My boyfriend was charged $75 for my simple chin and eyebrow wax and the lady that completed the service was disgustingly rude and rough. She seemed as though she was in a rush while doing both my nails and wax. She continually pushed my cuticle back in a rough manner while painting my nails. Absolutely horrible service today! I wouldn't recommend this place at all. But I truly believe it was the two women I had because the first time I got my nails done at this place, I had a great service and great experience. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon regularly, and today I brought my mom along. For over a year now, Nikki has always taken care of me perfectly. Since my mom came to visit from another state, I wanted her to meet my technician, Nikki. My mom said she's never seen anyone so meticulous and detail-oriented Nikki carefully checks every stroke and pays close attention to how each nail looks. The designs are beautiful too. My mom said her nails turned out amazing, totally different from the salons back home -- she couldn't even explain why Nikki is just that amazing! Went here with some friends, and the service was amazing. I got acrylic x gel nails and had Quinn do them. She is a master at work! I showed her a reference picture, a color, and I wanted them more naturally shaped. She got it spot on! I love them so much! And they've lasted me two weeks without chipping or falling off! Very strong, especially because I am a bit aggressive on my hands. It didn't smell like a typical nail salon does, so if you're sensitive to the smells I highly recommend! Polish is THE BEST nail salon I have ever been to. I am smiling for days after every appointment. The girls are SO NICE and do exactly what I want every single time. Ok if you're looking for small town personalized experience, this isn't for you. They are efficient and well trained! My friend and I walked in and the received service almost immediately when they were very full of people. The prices are reasonable and they didn't try to upsell anything which is amazing! My friend also didn't have to argue with her wanting shorter acrylics since she has kids (she normally does and normally leaves with nails too long from other places.) At the end you get a little ticket with the techs name and the price. There were no surprises with the price. Exactly what the menu listed it as. Highly recommend this place! read more

Got invited by a friend. We both had appointments, however I was made to wait an additional 30 min to get a seat for a pedicure. My nails were also not done at the same time as my pedicure, which we requested. Was there approx 3 hours and here I am 2 days later w a broken nails already. I requested a builder gel to be used and that was obv not the case. Disappointed in this place. It was on the higher end side as far as pricing. Which is more than I'd expect to pay for the location. This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, I'm not happy with the outcome of my service. I asked for French tips, which I did receive, but the application was not well done. It felt like a waste of money. I specifically requested short nails, but the technician kept insisting that longer nails would look better. I clearly explained that I don't like long nails and that they're not practical for my job, but I eventually gave in. On top of that, the French tips are uneven on the sides, and the pinky nails don't match(shape and size wise) Definitely not a happy Customer and not plan on going back or recommending this place. The air circulation was pretty good. I know some places are pretty overwhelming but it didn't smell like nails.

My pedi was incredible. First time I did one and I loved it. It's nice for us to allow ourselves to be pampered and the girl that did mine did an incredible job. I've been coming to this place for over 7 yrs and love how they do my nails here.

On both of my big toes, she went so deep into my sidewalls it felt like she was cutting the skin under my nail plates. I start to worry a little but didn't want to micromanage, especially this early into an appointment so I just pushed through the discomfort. Then she starts painting the base coat and I noticed a decent heat spike on my left big toe that felt as if gel was being cured to my sidewall. I figured I'll just fix it when I get home if she doesn't, and again, not to micromanage. Then once she moves on to the French tips, she uses the basic, *paint the entire toe then remove the excess with heaps of acetone* method which is not my preference due to contact dermatitis but I digress. She spends extra time on my left big toe, to which that same left sidewall starts burning where she cut way too low. The pain starts becoming unmanageable so I ask her to "Please stop using the acetone on my toe because it is starting to burn." She nods and continues doing exactly what I'd asked her to stop. I lean closer and softly exclaim while pointing to my toe "Please no more on this toe. It's burning, I'm in pain." She says, "Ooooh okay!" Then goes back in towards my toe w the brush. I stopped her again and got louder in case she simply couldn't hear and said, "It is burning me. No more acetone." She proceeds to ignore me so I raise my voice again and say, "It's done! No more! My toe is burning! Move on!" She tried once more before I yelled, "NO!" until finally she moved onto the right foot after letting out a loud sigh. The right big toe had the same lroblem but after the hassle it took to get her to stop the left toe, I just accepted defeat and was just painstakingly waiting for this service to be over. The massage begins and I was at least relived the painting was over and the relaxing part was about to begin. Then she starts gripping my legs with the strength of a thousand Hulks. It was already getting pretty painful after a very short amount of time on only one leg so I already knew this wasn't gonna be pleasant. It felt like the longest massage on the planet but I wasn't keeping track because my face was clenched shut, and I'm just squirming all over trying to power through. My legs were still sore from my appointment over 6 hours later. When I got home, I feel around on the left big toe to see why it was STILL in so much pain. Mind you, I had not touched my toenails in over a month besides buffing the shine off my previous pedicure, so they were nice and strong ahead of my appointment. Now the entire left half of my big toenail is paper thin and incredibly flimsy to the lightest touch, especially closest to the spot that was burning from the la and acetone. The other side of the nail, still being rock solid from the original strength I walked in with. There's barely enough nail plate left, even with the gel, to protect my nail bed from even the slightest of pressure, let alone the chemical reaction of curing gel polish. It's been almost a month and I'm still so upset about this. I'd spent nearly 7 months regaining natural strength in my toenails after years of gel and Joanne did significant damage to all of that progress. Toenails grow in half as fast as fingernails so this is gonna take quite some time to not only just grow that damage out, but to retrain that side of my toenail to grow back in properly w/o risking further damage or pain. With this experience I've learned that the posture pain is not THAT bad compared to the chance of risking the integrity of my nails, and if you want the job done correctly, don't trust a salon to do it! Update: The manager reached out to me with full compensation and many apologies that was greatly appreciated. Joanne will remain at the salon.

If you get someone good, all is well. However, it's inconsistent. I've went back in to have my nails fixed before from looking awful. This time I've had the most painful manicure ever. The guy doing them filed the center of all my natural nail down so thin it started hurting really bad. He caked on the gel polish. I left getting immediate imprints in my nail polish and they didn't even last a full week. The nail polish just got gooey and peeled off. NOT worth the extra money for gel. read more

I paid (after tips) around $177. I'm super disappointed because I was going to do my own nails but decided to go back since my first time was so great but this was the result. As for me and my house I will continue to save my money and do my nails at home with lasting results.
