My boyfriend was charged $75 for my simple chin and eyebrow wax and the lady that completed the service was disgustingly rude and rough. I come to visit my daughter and I told her let's try this place people are bragging about it on TIK TOK. Immediately my daughter and I noticed how dirty everything is including the chair and the cart and here they have all the pedicure items. Mind you I paid $84 for this horrible pedicure. You can even see she didn't cut the cuticle or even file my toes. My daughter got cut 2x cause the lady was so busy answering the phone and not paying attention. I came back for a new set after 3 weeks and was honestly so impressed. They used a gel hybrid on me and there was no lifting at all, mind you, I do a lot of heavy work. Which says a lot about their work. For my first set, I wasn't expecting much, I just wanted something simple during my break since I always have my nails done but they still exceeded my expectations. The salon was very cute and clean, and the ladies were all nice. I didn't catch the name of the person who took care of me, but she deserve praise. She did a great job and was so gentle. I've been here a few times and they've been ok... I'm not sure if I just bleed easily or it's carelessness, but almost every time my cuticles are trimmed, it ends with blood. This last experience was far beyond the worst. I had an appointment and got there early (not expecting to be seen right away). They put me in an empty chair because the entry seating was full. It was clear they had over committed to clients - it was busy, but I wasn't hugely in a rush so it was fine. The nail tech apologized for the wait and then proceeded with my nails, but skipped the soak before jumping straight into clipping my cuticles. I bled in multiple places and while apologized, it's now days later and my fingers hurt. Not sore. Hurt. They throb and are painful without even being touched. Don't get me wrong. My nails are nice. But I'm not sure they're worth the price for the pain. read more
