The quality was absolutely horrendous. My nails were messy and poorly treated. My requests weren't met and they were completely resonable for a shop that claims they are top tier. My boyfriend was charged $75 for my simple chin and eyebrow wax and the lady that completed the service was disgustingly rude and rough. She seemed as though she was in a rush while doing both my nails and wax. She continually pushed my cuticle back in a rough manner while painting my nails. Absolutely horrible service today! First time visiting. I went in for a pedicure, and I was nervous because I tend to be a little sensitive when someone works on my toenails. The salon was very cute and clean, and the ladies were all nice. I didn't catch the name of the person who took care of me, but she deserve praise. She did a great job and was so gentle. I came back for a new set after 3 weeks and was honestly so impressed. They used a gel hybrid on me and there was no lifting at all, mind you, I do a lot of heavy work. Jessica was my technician that did my manicure! She was great! I enjoyed the hand massage the best and she did well I just wish it would had been a little longer but other than that it was great. My daughter paid for a manicure with gel for my birthday. It was very busy at 9am and they had more than enough people to keep up with the demand. I waited a while to write this review to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I came in for a gel manicure, gel pedicure & to get my eyebrows waxed. The waxing was great, they look beautiful. The pedicure was wonderful and my tech was so sweet. However, the manicure absolutely flopped. They have all peeled off within 1 week of getting them done. I wear gloves when I do dishes, I protect my nails and this is a first for me. I will not be returning. Not to mention, she didn't even do a manicure! I showed her a reference picture, a color, and I wanted them more naturally shaped. She got it spot on! I love them so much! And they've lasted me two weeks without chipping or falling off! Very strong, especially because I am a bit aggressive on my hands. It didn't smell like a typical nail salon does, so if you're sensitive to the smells I highly recommend! I've been here a few times and they've been ok... I'm not sure if I just bleed easily or it's carelessness, but almost every time my cuticles are trimmed, it ends with blood. This last experience was far beyond the worst. I had an appointment and got there early (not expecting to be seen right away). They put me in an empty chair because the entry seating was full. It was clear they had over committed to clients - it was busy, but I wasn't hugely in a rush so it was fine. The nail tech apologized for the wait and then proceeded with my nails, but skipped the soak before jumping straight into clipping my cuticles. I bled in multiple places and while apologized, it's now days later and my fingers hurt. Not sore. Hurt. They throb and are painful without even being touched. Don't get me wrong. My nails are nice. But I'm not sure they're worth the price for the pain. read more

Terrible! I came in today for a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure was OK except for I felt like she just did a less than basic job even though I paid for the extras ! my toenails are all uneven. I paid for the Calus scrub ,which she barely scrubbed . I paid for a manicure and my finger nails look the same as they did when I came in! Which is the whole reason I wanted the manicure, so basically I paid for nothing. I was even digging stuff out from under my fingernails after she said she was done. I think she took the advantage that I was tired after my work shift and was dozing off a little bit.
