Honestly, I'm no waxing expert and this was my first time getting professionally waxed and it went so well. First, I called at like 11 to get a walk-in and they had availability at 12 so I went in. Hannah was so kind and welcoming, the inside of the studio is SO cute...I totally wish I would've gotten pics. But I felt right at home. We talked the whole time and the hour really went by fast. Second, I have really sensitive skin and explained how soft wax has affected my underarms (which was an at home treatment) and she made sure to use hard wax. She was knowledgeable, and she has attention to detail and made sure to do a good job. I 100% recommend booking with Hannah.
