After leaving, I realized that some of the skin on my face had been broken/raw from the waxing, which was very upsetting. I recently had a waxing appointment with Autumn, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly professional and welcoming. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and easy, even for someone like me who usually feels a bit nervous about waxing. Autumn explained each step of the process clearly, checked in with me throughout to make sure I was doing okay, and her technique was both gentle and efficient. The space was clean, calming, and well-prepared, which only added to the overall sense of ease. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and genuinely cares about your comfort and results, I highly recommend booking with Autumn. I'll definitely be returning! read more
