First time visiting. I went in for a pedicure, and I was nervous because I tend to be a little sensitive when someone works on my toenails. The salon was very cute and clean, and the ladies were all nice. I didn't catch the name of the person who took care of me, but she deserve praise. She did a great job and was so gentle. I will be returning to the salon and hopefully will get her name next time. Definitely recommend if you are looking to get a pedicure.

Jessica was my technician that did my manicure! She was great! I enjoyed the hand massage the best and she did well I just wish it would had been a little longer but other than that it was great. My daughter paid for a manicure with gel for my birthday. It was very busy at 9am and they had more than enough people to keep up with the demand. Enjoyed the vibe and the perks they provided like phone holders and purse holders on the tables. Very accommodating

I was referred to Nikki at Polish Nails and Spa by a friend and she did not disappoint! Not only did she hear what exactly I wanted perfect, she was quick with her quality work. We all were chit chatting and laughing the entire time! Polish is also such a great vibe. They also offer you a couple drinks while you're there. 10/10 would recommend!

Usually have really bad luck with nail salons but this place is great! Got a gel polish on my hands and toes and Hailey & Tiffany were fast, precise, and gentle, and made sure I liked everything they were doing. Absolutely would come again!

I came back for a new set after 3 weeks and was honestly so impressed. They used a gel hybrid on me and there was no lifting at all, mind you, I do a lot of heavy work. Which says a lot about their work. For my first set, I wasn't expecting much, I just wanted something simple during my break since I always have my nails done but they still exceeded my expectations. The quality and longevity were amazing. As for my second time, I am absolutely in love with my new set!!! Quin did not disappoint! She did a great job with the details. I also noticed the nail tech who was working on her clients next to me was also very attentive and friendly. Honestly the vibe at Polish Nails Spa Santee was amazing, I can tell the nail techs here love their jobs because everyone was so welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

I've gone to polish for a while now but won't be going back what a disappointment to say the least...first none of my nails are even they are way fatter my natural nails by far the worst set I've had done so I suggest save your time and money they only over charge for a sad excuse for a set of nails

This should be your next to go nail salon! The girl, Nikki, who did my nails was very patient and paid close attention to details, making sure the shape and the colours I wanted. The service didn't feel rushed and the final result looked beautiful and lasted a long time. I was also served with a complementary drink!

Went here with some friends, and the service was amazing. I got acrylic x gel nails and had Quinn do them. She is a master at work! I showed her a reference picture, a color, and I wanted them more naturally shaped. She got it spot on! I love them so much! And they've lasted me two weeks without chipping or falling off! Very strong, especially because I am a bit aggressive on my hands. It didn't smell like a typical nail salon does, so if you're sensitive to the smells I highly recommend! Overall my experience here was amazing, definitely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back here in the future! 12/10

I've been coming to this nail salon regularly, and today I brought my mom along. For over a year now, Nikki has always taken care of me perfectly. Since my mom came to visit from another state, I wanted her to meet my technician, Nikki. My mom said she's never seen anyone so meticulous and detail-oriented Nikki carefully checks every stroke and pays close attention to how each nail looks. The designs are beautiful too. My mom said her nails turned out amazing, totally different from the salons back home -- she couldn't even explain why Nikki is just that amazing! Highly recommend Nikki if you're looking for a perfect set of nails. Also, the salon is super clean and cozy. The owner is cheerful, and the atmosphere feels very warm and welcoming. Oh, and the restroom spotless and surprisingly nice, by the way!

Great experience! Quinn and Nicky were both polite and listened to my requests and hopes for what my nails would look like. I got a gel pedicure and dip manicure. Both were lovely and it made for a nice relaxing visit to the salon. They were able to get me in right away and do my nails and toes at the same time, which in a crunch of time is so helpful! I'm so disappointed. I'll start with this, I do take responsibility for not speaking up more about my dissatisfaction during the appointment. I do like to get an understanding of the base level of skill and attention a technician deems acceptable for a final product, so as a rule, I do try to keep my complaints down. So I do take full responsibility for deciding to pay for a product I was not satisfied with at all. So while the design was not what I was expecting, I won't be basing my review off if it, but there is a small note about it I do want to point out. I have included the inspiration picture I showed the technician. When asked if I wanted all the dots to be the same size, I said yes, I would like the dots to be small and all the same size just like the picture. She clarified herself asking again because "some people like different size dots and I just want to make sure." I reiterated that I wanted all the dots to be small and the same size, just like the picture. You can see that my dots are not the same size. Like I said, I will take accountability for not having her redo the design, but I did think it was worth mentioning. Also, at this point, I was so disappointed and ready to be out of the chair because I knew I was going to have to fix it. With all that aside, the level of quality I left with is very disappointing. She did mention that if I didn't like anything, I should let her know, which I did really appreciate, however, when I did point out 2 separate issues, they were ignored. The first issue I had was the shape of my ring finger nails was lopsided, I noticed one side was thicker and I asked her to file it down some. She did a little but then said "I'm going to file it down at the end, it's ok." It was not filed down at the end and it is lopsided. The second issue I pointed out was I noticed a hair at the end of my pointer finger and before curing, I pointed it out. She again responded "it's ok, I'm filing it at the end." She did not file it off. And it is sharp. The rest of the pictures show uneven application of top coat on 2 nails, overflow of top coat on two nails, product on my fingers and poor/ uneven filing & shaping. I believe that those are issues that should not have to be mentioned to a technician. At the very least, product should not be left on a clients hands and poor application of polish should not have to be pointed out by the client, because it's expected that at the very least, polish should be applied evenly. I also find it rude when a technician talks on their phone while providing service. I understand that there and special situations when a call needs to be answered, but I think they should excuse themselves to have the conversation. I would much rather you step away for 20 minutes than have you have your head tilted holding a phone and not giving full attention to the job you are performing. I realize this is a personal gripe. I know at any point I could have pointed out my grievances, but with the design aside, the end result of this set was not professional. I should not have to point out uneven topcoat, it should be a given that anyone who walks in for a service will at least get that. Professionalism should not have to be asked for when going to a professional. read more

This is my favorite place and Quin always does my nails PERFECTLY!! I can go in with a picture and she will recreate it or I can tell her my idea and it's like she takes it from my head and makes it reality. She takes good care around the cuticles and has an excellent attention to detail. She doesn't leave any bumps or residue or imperfections at all and the nails easily last 3+ weeks. Not to mention booking is easy, I'm seen on time without an excessive wait, and everyone is super nice!! I'm so glad I found this place. read more

Ok if you're looking for small town personalized experience, this isn't for you. They are efficient and well trained! My friend and I walked in and the received service almost immediately when they were very full of people. The prices are reasonable and they didn't try to upsell anything which is amazing! My friend also didn't have to argue with her wanting shorter acrylics since she has kids (she normally does and normally leaves with nails too long from other places.) At the end you get a little ticket with the techs name and the price. There were no surprises with the price. Exactly what the menu listed it as. Highly recommend this place! read more

I started coming here about 6 months ago. And I can't say enough good things about Polish Nails Spa. I go to Megan for all of my manis. SHE IS AMAZING! See picture . She knows what i like sometimes better than i do, and always does something fun, bright, and colorful because she knows that's what i love. I have also had pedicures from Tanya and Mai, both were amazing. I have pretty sensitive nails and removal at other salons were very stressful, and all of the people i have had at this salon are gentle. Never hurt my nails. They do beautiful, good quality work in a timely manner. The salon has the BEST color selection of any salon i have ever been to. The variety of dip colors, chromes, cat eye, holographic, and just generally fun colors is a joy. The atmosphere of the shop is always positive and up beat, and it seems like everyone that works there is happy. I love the shop overall, but most importantly, I love Megan. She does such beautiful work. She is gentle, careful, and highly creative. She is always a pleasure to work with! You will not be disappointed with anyone at this salon! Highly recommend read more

This is my daughter's go-to nail salon, and she may be the pickiest person I know. I came with both daughters for D & D pedicures, and what a great experience. The folks are very nice and welcoming. They were kind enough to offer Vietnamese coffee, which was delish. Typically, I'd have photos, but who wants to see before and after pics of my feet? I Love this Nail Salon So Much! Nikki is the best she has the best vibe !! She takes her time, checks in with you throughout doing your nails to make sure you are happy with how they look & does not rush! It is such a peace of mind and worth the price to have Nikki do your nails. I used to go to Megan here, she left thank goodness because she always rushed through doing my nails and I was left bummed about how they looked more than once. With Nikki and all the ladies I see working here they take their time and although they are busy they truly do the best job at making sure everyone leaves loving what they pay for! Polish nails is my go to nail spot in santee. They have great friendly staff and im always satisfied with my service. They also have a really cool point plan where you get discounts and $ off I always request Hanna, Megan is also great. But everyone is super nice and experienced. They have tons of colors and are always fully stocked. Prices arent bad either. The vibe is always positive and everyone seems to love working there. Ive been to other places where the staff seems stressed or overwhelmed but I never get that energy from here. Highly recommend :) read more

I wanted to really like this place but was very disappointed by the builder gel that I received from one of the nail techs (don't want to mention her name since she was nice). While googling around this shop was the first one to come up that does builder gel in the East county area... Read the reviews and was impressed. I walked in and was greeted immediately and noticed that there were a lot of people getting their nails done so I thought this could be the place... I asked for funny bunny in the French manicure. I didn't realize that my nails were so bad until I walked out and looked at them in the sun. Came in for a fill and a fun design idea. I was going to wait until Sunday when Megan got back but I trust Nikki as well. She is super sweet and kind and got excited when I showed her the design I wanted. She works quickly but with a purpose and her work is top notch. Her fills also last 3+ weeks. Today the music was on point and the vibe was super friendly, as usual. I decided to get my brows waxed because I was running out of time and the woman who did it did a great job. For the fill, style of nails, a brow wax, and tip came to $112. Be sure to pay them via Zelle so you don't have to pay any extra fees and bring cash for tips. read more

Lina had a great solution and did an amazing job matching it with an acrylic extension--you can't even tell in the photo. That said, if you're in a similar situation, I'd recommend asking for Gel-X instead of acrylic. The acrylic ended up feeling loose and didn't hold well, so I had to come back before leaving for a trip. To their credit, Sunny Nails squeezed me in the very next day. Another technician quickly assessed the issue, removed the acrylic, and replaced it with Gel-X (a full, strong nail--not just a tip). The result was flawless--she shaped it beautifully, and I was able to enjoy my trip with perfect nails. The only downside was the experience during the fix. The technician seemed frustrated, didn't respond to my thank you, and abruptly turned off the blue light and walked away without acknowledgment. It felt a bit uncomfortable--especially since I had already paid extra for the initial service and had to come back. Overall, they made it right, and I appreciate the quality of the final result--just wish the customer experience during the correction matched it.

If you get someone good, all is well. However, it's inconsistent. I've went back in to have my nails fixed before from looking awful. This time I've had the most painful manicure ever. The guy doing them filed the center of all my natural nail down so thin it started hurting really bad. He caked on the gel polish. I left getting immediate imprints in my nail polish and they didn't even last a full week. The nail polish just got gooey and peeled off. NOT worth the extra money for gel. read more

I visit Del Sur nails frequently. In my last visit new associate Jimmy took care of my dip manicure and was absolutely fantastic. I left my appointment feeling like I had an ideal overall experience: the dip manicure itself was great quality and he was so kind and funny.
