So I would give 5 stars, but the only nail tech I love at this salon is Bihn. I've been going to Nail Impressions for about 2 years, i think. The prices are great and I was always in love with the creative nails Bihn did for me. The atmosphere is cozy and the employees are usually really nice. Even the people that come in are really friendly and its nice to have a little chat while your getting pampered. The only real complaint I have is that sometimes my appointments would get mixed up, which led me to wait upon occasion for sometimes an extra hour. Overall, a great nail salon :) read more

I came in today and I got a full set and my pedicure. I ended up paying $40.50. This guy did my nails not sure what his name was but he was in a wheelchair. I loved him! He did a great job! But then I went to get my pedicure and the lady was really rude. She burned my feet with the hot water. She left and out of nowhere started having lunch while I was just sitting there. She Had A Very Bad attitude. Today was my first time at this place and I must say I will definitely be coming back! I got the spa pedicure and for the price you pay, the service is amazing. Maybe I've just been to a lot of bad places before but I was impressed. They spend a lot of time on you and don't conversate between each other that much. This place is located right by my brow place.. I decided to give it a try because I honestly didn't want to drive anywhere else but needed my nails done. I asked for the price of a ombré powder and they quoted me $50 and I said helll no lol so I asked for a gel fill and they said $23 and that was more like it. I was picking a color for a good 5 mins.. they don't have much selection but it's decent. Finally went with a nude, (can't go wrong with nude lol) and sat down with a guy. His name was Lee. Off the bat he was so detailed and precise.. he paid attention to detail and took his time. I get my nails done a lot so I know perfection when I see it. I loved how my nails turned out & I will return for sure but probably only with him. The shop is okay looking, not the best but hey we can't always have the 5 star shop because with that comes 5 star prices. I'm rating a 4 only because he quoted me 23 and at the end he told me 28. Then they started doing my full set while my feet were being done so I had to keep leaning in an awkward position instead of relaxing and enjoying my pedicure. I used to go to this place all the time back in high school because it was a nice cheap place to get your nails done. However, years later I decided to get my nails and toes done for Comic-Con and I was pretty surprised how cramped it was. It seems like Little Caesars took part of their salon and they had to renovate the place. I decided to do the spa pedicure with a french tip and have a glitter tip acrylic set. I honestly forgot the total but it was pretty darn cheap. The lady who did my pedicure was pretty nice however she did kind of painted the tips of my french a bit crooked. I sadly didn't notice this until I got home. Getting my nails done was a bit awkward. The lady who was doing my tips seemed rushed, even though there is no one else waiting to get their nails done. I am not too sure how well they sanitize their tools but I didn't seem to see her clean/wash any of her tools from the lady who sat in the chair before me. This kind of grossed me out. By the time I was finished she asked me to go wash my hands and I did. Upon returning to my chair they place another girl in the chair and she started to work on her nails...even though all my stuff was still there. It was a bit awkward. So I scramble to get all my stuff and then they hurried me to a different station so this other lady will finish my nails, which only took 3 minutes. In the end when I got home, not only did I find out that my toes were painted a bit crooked...my nails were not filled in all the way and some of the tips were also glued crooked. She also made the nail glitter uneven as well. I was pretty sad cause I wanted to like this place but you do get what you pay for. If you are hurting for cash but need your nails done for whatever reason, go to this place. You just get the quality that you pay for! read more
