However, during this last visit, there were so many problems that I need to give this 1 star PLUS likely never return again. 1. The hot water wasn't working, and they had to boil water and bring it to our seats. 2. The ATM wasn't working, and so I wasn't able to grab cash AND the guy working the front argued with me about it. I also had to zelle the tip to one worker for her to give to another worker.. I hope the tip got to the right place. Idk. 3. My friend kept saying she did NOT want gel, and was being pretty strongly harassed about how she should get gel. The worker said that gel was better for her, that she had ridges in her toenails and that regular polish wouldn't look good.. my friend said her podiatrist told her not to get gel anymore due to an allergic reaction, and the nail tech said 'no you're wrong regular polish will give you a reaction'. Then finally right before applying the polish said 'I'm going to give you gel, ok?" I had to step in and be like 'shes not getting gel, and if you put gel on her we're not paying for it'. It was so awkward. 4. The guy that was painting my pink and white toes kept getting the pink color on the white tip, and I had to ask him to clean it up, and he was getting visibly frustrated. One woman had to translate for him and she even apologized to me, and had to show him how to do it. This man has done my toes before without issue, so seemed to be a really bad day for everyone there. Awkward. Again.

Well, I work with my hands and whatever I pay for a manicure...it needs to last. I was ecstatic to connect with Sing. Her level of detail was/is unparalleled. At the time I was only tending to my nails very sporadically. When I called to schedule an appointment I learned that she had opened her own place in Spring Valley. It's a farther drive for me but 100% worth it. Since finding Sing I will not go to any other studio regardless of price or convenience of location.
