However, the overall customer experience has been disappointing. While the quality of the service is important, the way customers are treated and the atmosphere of the salon matter just as much. Customers should feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable when they are paying for a service.
Unfortunately, the overall energy during my visits has felt heavy, divisive, and negative. Running a successful business requires not only technical skills but also strong communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively, because with the quality of work Marie provides, I believe the salon has the potential to offer a much better overall customer experience.
