I came in with two friends for pedicures, and we accidentally showed up about 30 minutes before closing. Even so, the ladies were incredibly kind and welcoming. They were super gentle and did such a great job. I love that they offer different levels of pedicures and manicures depending on how pampered you want to be. I got the $20 pedicure and was genuinely so happy with the results. What really stood out to me, though, was the atmosphere. It reminded me of the kind of nail salons you'd find years ago -- simple, relaxed, and no-frills in the best way. These days, so many places feel overly fancy and intimidating, and the prices reflect that. This place felt comfortable, approachable, and focused on doing a good job without all the extra fluff. Came here with my cousin to get pedicures, we had appointments, but they do take walk ins, which was great because we ended up being there way earlier than we expected. They were able to fit the both of us in. The shop itself is unassuming, but gets the job done. There are only 3 (?) seats available for pedicures, and a couple of tables for manicures, so it is a smaller shop. Both of the ladies working on our pedicures were really nice, and efficient. They have a good amount of colors available for gel polish, which was great as well. If not a little daunting for my cousin and I because we could not make up our minds lol. We got the 2nd most pricier pedicure + gel polish and it came out to $84 altogether. Definitely would be back! read more

They only put 3 inches of water in my bowl for my pedicure. Everyone had more water. Everyone else has changing lights while getting a pedicure. I was the only one who had a little water and no lights. I will not be going back. No tip for them. You pay extra for use of a card. When O called them to make an appointment. The strip they're on is a bit hidden away, but when I saw their streetside sign announcing their basic Pedi price, I knew I'd found it. If I could rate zero stars I would. I came into Cindy's Nails this past Saturday with my niece. I needed my tips (gel x) taken off and my niece needed her gel removed. What I got was the most painful, unbelievable experience at any nail salon. And I've been getting my nails done for 20+ years. A new tip was used to pry my nails off. No soaking or filing or buffing. They made my cuticles bleed and they are still hurting today. Save your fingernails, don't go to Cindy's! read more

I went and got a gel manicure and pedicure 3 weeks ago and it was a smooth and relaxing experience. The appointment itself was great but what I care more about is how long the manicure lasts. Not a single chip on my nails in 3 weeks! Honestly if my nails didn't grow so fast from being pregnant I'd bet they'd last another week or two-- but I'm planning to get them done sooner. Small salon tucked in a tiny strip mall that delivers big! I called and was able to get in the same day for a powder dip gel fill. I have been going to another place in the general vicinity for quite some time now and recently realized that I was not only not enjoying my service there, I was also not so thrilled with my nails. After reading some reviews and the fact that the salon is so close to where I live, I'm glad I decided to give Cindy's a try. It was very nice to be able to communicate clearly and the service was just perfect; no frills, fast, and beautiful results. Additionally, the pricing is very reasonable ($33 cash, before tip).
