We came during a busy Saturday afternoon and were thrilled to be taken immediately. Having brought my father with me it was comforting to see other mature men there. The technician who worked on my feet was detail oriented which I appreciated. I had a pedicure which included soaking my feet, cuticle care, trim, and small massage. I opted out of nail polish. That was $30. My father received a simple nail trim and that was $20. The customer service is the reason my rating wasn't higher. My father is in his 80s. He sat waiting for someone to come over while I was immediately attended to. When his tech came over, not only did she seem to keep looking for her next opportunity but she quickly left when done. It made me nervous to see my father get in and out of the chain and even worse when he reached down to get his sox. I kept thinking he could easily have fallen. When I ask for them to hand him his sox as I was sitting next him getting my feet done, the tech was called back over and basically tossed the sox on to his tummy. The reason this stood out to me is that other places we have gone have been more helpful and seemingly respectful. Seeing other reviews, we may have just hit them at an off day or perhaps I was being too sensitive. For me the price and experience didn't quite match. read more

The store manager, I don't know his name, but he did my nails and then I was there for fill and then he took almost 2 hour to get a fill done cause he kept leaving my nails and then going back -and-forth to answering the phone making an appointment it's not right have somebody just answer the phone if you're gonna do the nail or just answer the phone don't do customers now I wasn't happy. I walked in and absolutely no one greeted or acknowledged me there was a guy that looked like he worked there sitting in a massage chair on his phone, but I wasn't sure and I figured they were busy so I sat there for a minute. Some lady finished her nails and came up to pay and I thought she was going to see why I was there, but she literally just turned her back and walked away. I have been going to this salon before it was Krystal nails. Until my last two visits, I would have given it five stars. Since the new owners have taken over and the new manager, I don't know his name., The shop has gone down hill. I now feel very rushed during my appointments, and I feel my technician is always under scrutiny by the manager as he walks around staring at everybody, which is very creepy. The other day I had a 10:30 appointment, and I waited until 11 o'clock until my technician was free to do my nails and pedicure. Even though they knew I had an appointment, they put her doing someone's pedicure that was a walk-in. I love my technician, but unfortunately, I am not returning because of the new owners and manager. When I go to have a pedicure and manicure I want something relaxing and calm, I don't want to be in an environment where there's tension that you can feel in the shop. I'm not typically one to leave a negative review but I came in for nails for engagement pictures and had a horrible experience here. I came in at 5:55 for a full set, they close at 7. I called ahead of time to ask if they had time for a full set and they said yes. The tech was rushing and had me walking out in 30 minutes. My issue is a few things- she applied tips that were too small for two of my nails, so you can see my real nail on the outside of the tip. And got acrylic on 7/10 of my fingers, spilling off of the nail. Never cleaned it up so I'm sitting here with acrylic on my skin, I asked her to fix two of them because they hurt and she did so with an attitude which made me hesitant to ask about the others so I did not. The polish doesn't even cover the entire mail & they already look grown out. The other issue that I have is cleanliness , from the beginning the scissors that she pulled out of the box we're out of the box labeled 'soiled', to which she then pulled out a brush out of the box labeled 'used brushes'. While shaping my nails, she dropped the brush she was using for acrylic on the floor, picked it up, and proceeded to continue using it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a read more

Do not go here. My mom and I have came to this one and the one in Chula for so long but today was the worst experience ever. I wanted a fill with polish not gel. she kept trying to get me to do gel. I said no I want polish gel is more expensive and they charge you to remove it. she said well a gel fill is 40 and a polish fill is 35. I said, how's that possible when I only paid 35 when I got a full set how's a full set the same price as the fill? The manager said "ok 32" so I knew she lied about the price. They make prices however they want. The whole time doing my nails she had a nasty attitude and she did them super fast and so many mistakes. I visited on a Monday, so it was empty when I arrived. The whole service felt rushed and awkward. My French pedicure came out awful, as the primer dehydrated my nail and made my big toe have white "dried" out spots. I asked the lady working on me to use a pink tint, so it wouldn't be as obvious. She put a stroke just on my big toe and then proceeded to use the clear one again... okay. My gel manicure was nice, the next day one nail completely came off in one whole piece and the rest shortly after. The picture below shows my nails at 4 days. Came in at 4:20 and left ten minutes before closing. My toes weren't trimmed whatsoever leaving my feet hurting crazy bad the next day. My acrylic nails were done so badly I asked them to file off the French and they couldn't even file off the whole color. The acrylic shows so much of my natural nail so it looks like they're grown out insanely bad and they did no cuticle work. Still charged me an insane amount even thought I complained to two different people before leaving and the first couple of times I tried correcting them while doing my nails they assured me it would be fixed and would have people come around and say no it's right. I hate to give such a bad review but today I received such terrible service at this place that I want to save everyone else from getting their nails wrecked like I did. This place is hit or miss. The first time I went here they did an awesome job on my gel manicure. Today I had the worst manicure by a different lady. I didn't get her name but she left bubbles in the polish and I asked her to fix several nails but even her fixes looked awful. So I ended up telling her to take it off completely and just do a top coat of regular polish. No hand massage, no lotion and she destroyed my cuticles by cutting them so short. Some of the girls at my work go to this nail salon so I tried it. I've been 3 times so far. The last 2 times, Tracy did my nails. She is super fast and efficient but what stuns me is how meticulous her work is. My nails are not thick, bumpy, oddly shaped and she doesn't make a hump next to my cuticles so when you brush your hair, it doesn't get stuck under your nails. Although this is a relatively new spot my friend and I decided to give it a try. My friend originally wanted a dipped manicure but for some reason the nail tech was having trouble with the polish so she offered to do gel French tip instead and my friend accepted - she was happy with the results. I got a pedicure and the lady was very gentle and took her time which I appreciate because other nail salons I've gone too are so rough and cut my skin or leave me with uneven toes. My friend and I were short on time so I wasn't able to get a manicure but I returned later. Although it was almost closing time they gladly took me in. Brian began the process of trimming, filing and cleaning my nails but Trish took over and despite the time she didn't rush.
