They always do a great job here. Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Love this place and highly recommended it! Even with a fun nail design, their prices are very fair.

I've been going here for over a year now and i am so obsessed with my nails every time i leave! Misa is amazing, prices are really good for what you are asking for, and im always in and out of there in an hour or less.

Misa always does the best job on my nails!! She is the sweetest and always can do anything you ask for. The salon is very cute and has a great vibe! 5 star service always.

I have followed MiSa from two separate nail salons. She finally opened up her own shop and I still continue to get my nails done by her once a month.!!

Unprofessional and unpleasant. The staff messed up my nails multiple times and I had to come back to Misa time and time again. I brought my mom once and they did gel on her but it peeled off the next day. It was embarrassing and a total waste of money. My nails chipped the next day too. I would never come back. This review is a reflection of overall experience coming 4 times. I was charged for the most expensive pedicure option and the girl didn't follow the instructions of the steps and did a half job on it. I would know because I've come here before. I know what I asked for and paid for on their menu and in a way, my money was stolen because they never completed that service. All in all I don't appreciate that the one lady with bangs and glasses. She did my nails messed up and gaslighted me when I told her to fix it. I had to ask her over three times to fix it and she just gave up and told me to come another day for the manager to be here to do it herself. Everyone was telling her how to fix it, but she was in denial and kept telling me my fingers deformed in front of many other customers. Not only was a humiliating, but it pissed me off because it was wasted my time and my money. How do people not take accountability? Instead of telling people that their fingers are messed up when they know that's not true-there should be accountability that some other workers don't have good vision and are projecting, onto customers because they're not trained in the field that they're working in because the manager has done nails there before and it has never looked that ugly. She just doesn't know how to file the nail evenly on both sides of the finger and did way too much on one side. It is very hard to find a good nail place but quality over quantity counts. Their pricing is decent, but this place is not good at all. I would rather go somewhere where I am respected, and my nails look nice, and that I get what I pay for because that matters a lot more than being treated like trash and them taking advantage.

I only trust one person to do my nails--Misa! She is incredibly talented. You can show her a picture of what you want and she somehow makes it look even better than the inspiration. Her attention to detail and designs are amazing. I constantly get compliments on my nails, even when they've grown out, and they last for weeks without issues. If you're someone who loves perfection and beautiful nail designs, definitely ask for Misa. She truly takes pride in her work and will make you a very happy client! read more

He was incredibly kind, attentive to detail, and his customer service was truly above and beyond. I felt very well taken care of. My niece was assisted by Tiffany and could not have been happier. The artwork, quality, and fair pricing all exceeded expectations. After a very poor experience being dismissed and being refused service at Q nail bar in Santee due to my mom being in a wheelchair and unable to transfer, I took my handicap mom over for a walk in pedicure here at Luxi. The ladies were so helpful and accommodating to her handicap, even though the set up was not ideal. It was a great experience for her after being treated so poorly at Q nail bar across the street. I will 100% be back even just for myself because they went out of their way to give the very best service. read more

We've been coming here for years now and always find our way back despite moving away from the area. The nail techs are personable and are super friendly. There's a ton of different colors to choose from whether you want regular polish or gel. There's also options to order a mimosa with a lot of the package options which is a nice touch! Definitely recommend this nail salon if you're looking for a local spot! read more

If you're looking for a nail place that doesn't only do amazing work, but makes you feel welcomed and at home from the minute you walk in look no further!!! This is the place!!!! Misa is an incredible nail tech that does quality work and she leaves your nails looking beautiful. If she's not available Danny is also outstanding and super patient. Holly is who does my pedicures and she takes her time while also doing quality work. She's amazing!! One thing I appreciate is that everyone who works here actually takes the time to get to know you as an individual and treats you as if you're family, not just a random person. Always a phenomenal set here. I've been coming here since during or around the pandemic. I always get what I ask for. If I don't like it (which is rare) they have such great ideas about what to do instead. Since being taken over from the new owners, they have added some nice wall decorations which really enhance the vibe. All of the nail techs do a great job but Annie is my go to gal. read more

My stars are based on Customer Service & my results. I figure everyone has their own rating scale for cleanliness, "speaks English", etc., so you'll have to decide that for yourself. It's definitely a high-volume shop, but everyone was so friendly that the chit-chat between the gals working there didn't bother me at all. I went in on a recommendation from a friend and requested Tiffany. My plan was for a full set of pink & white gel, but forgot to remind her so ended up with pink & white acrylic. That's ok-the white line is flawless and they're thin & shaped well. Since its been 100degrees this November, I'm still wearing flip flops so I needed my toes done. When I said I'm not into the leg massage & too ticklish for scrubbing, they said I should just do a polish change instead of wasting money on a full pedicure. What shop has ever talked you OUT of spending extra?!? So awesome. Not super cheap, but what I've been spending so I was fine. Paid $50 for full set & French toes (tip was extra). Glad I took the advice & gave them a try. Next to VONS-the light is out on the sign so be careful not to end up at the other shop in the same parking lot.) read more

Always great, friendly, and at a reasonable price--this is my go-to spot whenever I need my pedi and manicure did. Everybody is friendly and the great majority of the time my nails are super- once in a while you will get someone new who needs a little more time to master it, but that rarely happens, I wouldn't keep going if they weren't good and the nails didn't last. This place is so over priced and they all have attitudes! They charge 46 for a full set, no gel or anything! And last time I went it was 30, they make up a price to rip u off when u got there and rush u out before ur nails even finish drying and try to charge to fix them when the got ruined cuz the made u leave!
