Never had one problem at all at the salon. Today I had an absolute awful experience. I don't know if Linh is not experienced in Gel-X fill (she didn't even clean underneath my fingernails at all and they came out all lumpy) or she just had a bad day. Automatically she was in a bad mood the minute I sat in her chair. She had on a "stank" face and the way she spoke to me was extremely rude (what did IIIIIIII do to you??). No big deal I thought, everyone has a bad day! But then she proceeded to do my nails and literally made almost every single one of my fingers bleed! Like blood was coming out! Coming to the salon should be relaxing, but she made me stress out so much that my hands started shaking! Couldn't enjoy the pedicure that I was getting done at the same time at all!!!!
