We had the chips and guac, the fundido with chorizo, some tacos and a burger (for my kid). The food was ok but nothing we were excited to try again. The only taco that was good was the chicken. The pork and steak were both a little dry. The chips and guac was pretty good. The fundido was good. The burger was ok. Our server who was also the bartender was friendly and service was pretty quick. The place is decent size and appears to have another floor. They were not packed on a Friday night at 6pm. FYI: They only take cash and zelle.

We ordered our appetizers within the first 15 minutes and in spite of the restaurant being busy the appetizers were brought out quickly. Everyone at our table was extremely happy with the menu selection. We were all very impressed with the food quality and all enjoyed everything to the fullest. Even though the restaurant was very busy we were all able to have a conversation without having to shout being that the tables were set up with plenty of space in between. In my opinion Chadwick's deserves more than the 5 stars given. Incidentally this was my first time at this restaurant and will definitely not be my last. I recommend anyone considering visiting Chadwick's to absolutely not give a second thought and make a reservation!!!

But since I found this place, I've already been back four times, which is a bit unusual for me as I like trying new places all the time. I highly recommend getting their beef samsas (similar to Chilean empanadas), beef fried lagman (similar to beef fried lo mein), kuksi (a cold noodle dish with broth and various healthy vegetables and beef - almost tastes Korean), and for drinks, several good options including their peppery housemade Aryan (yogurt) drink), a fruit compote (if you want something cold) or a pitcher of fruit tea (if you want something hot). You really can't go wrong here although I have noticed other tables often getting burgers and steaks as well. I may return to try those items at some point but their Uzbek dishes are a standout already. Service was attentive and friendly. Ambience was nice, casual, and clean - well-lit and presented nicely.

The waitress was cute and funny and took our order in Brooklyn fashion- kind and sarcastic. The inside looks like an old timey diner with lots of seating and room for people. I can imagine a lot of people come here for breakfast. The parking garage was quite full when we arrived but most people left after 7pm. We got a lot of things including: roast chicken dinner special, steak with shrimp scampi, filet Mignon, penne patraso, linguine bolognese, side of spinach, green beans for a party of 6 and when we received it it was so large I couldn't believe my eyes. For the price point the food definitely serves up the portions- and even more. I thought their pasta dishes were really tasty and the steak with shrimp scampi was really good- I think the filet Mignon was slightly undercooked but that's probably because they cooked it at once when we got TWO whole pieces. I didn't know their steak dishes had two full pieces. I think that's where I wish they have cooked each filet Mignon piece separately vs together. I think it would've made the steak much better cooked. Their roast chicken dish special was pretty much an entire chicken and I was a little shocked with the portions and super full to be thinking about extras however they didn't give us the dessert after the chicken but we were too full to think about dessert- basically we didn't make it through the meal! I definitely took some leftovers home and had an entire other meal for lunch the next day!

From the moment we walked in, every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My friends and I had never been to Malone's before, and our waitress gave us an excellent recommendation to try the dry-aged steak, wow, it was absolutely delicious! For appetizers, we ordered the Malone's Salad, Dijon Shrimp, and Loaded Chips. For dinner, we shared the ribeye with crème brûlée corn, mashed potatoes, and hot honey Brussels sprouts. I would happily order every single dish again and am already looking forward to my next visit. Each dish was rich in flavor, well prepared, and beautifully plated. The steak was cooked exactly as requested, and they even offered to slice it for us. The service throughout the evening was exceptional; our waitress was knowledgeable, attentive, and never rushed us. The drinks were just as impressive as the food. We enjoyed both cocktails and wine, all of which were refreshing, well-crafted, and thoughtfully presented. There are many steakhouses in Bay Ridge, but Malone's deserves to be a top contender. I will definitely be dining here again and recommending it to friends and family!

I think if they let the steak rested for some time before cutting into it, it would have been great. For sides- we got a baked potato and creamed spinach; nothing too spectacular about it. The cheesecake was mediocre, tasted as if it sat in the fridge for a few days.
