There is a fight for the pizza love of my life. Right now, this place is running a close second. Yes, I've boasted Marcos Pizza recently. But, one of my favorites around here is Grammas. I'm not sure how to explain the pizza...it's not flashy, it's not at all fancy...but, it's absolutely DELICIOUS! I can't speak for the other location in Batavia, but as for the location in Milford, the people are awesome and the prices are great. Again...there are coupons for this place EVERYWHERE!!!!!! Upon my dashers arrival worker admitted they forgot to place my order.(10-13 min had already past) they then started my order and told my dasher it would be another 10-16 minutes. I called them and spoke with manager. Failed to take fault or give me future promotion discount gift card etc. Placed blame on door dash. It was 46 minutes by the time they started cooking my food by the time my dasher left. Luckily door dash did credit my order, but was disappointed in poor customer service by Marcos. read more

I order here about once a month. Pick it up and delivery. We had it delivered last night. Took over an hour and a half to get cold pizza. Cold bread. But a really good salad. We are new to the area and have loved ordering from Marco's for years. I was surprised to see that no COVID-19 precautions were being implemented in this location at my time of pick up. No staff member within my sight was wearing a mask or gloves- the guys making pizzas and taking payment/orders all unprotected. No sign on the door stating safety precautions being implemented. No markings on the floor of where to stand. With the rest of the world implementing extra precautions to help slow the spread of COVID-19, it doesn't seem this location cares to do the same. I won't be getting my family pizza from this location again anytime soon as I felt uneasy about the lack of safety amidst our current pandemic. read more

First time ordering from Marco's- will definitely order again! We got a large Pepperoni Magnifico, Cheezy Bread, and 15 wings for under $30! The pizza is covered in pepperoni- the regular and the smaller type- both so good! The crust is worth eating- freshly risen dough, not frozen. The wings were kind of soggy when they got here (40 min delivery time), so I just broiled them while we chowed on the pizza. Definitely try them if you haven't already! read more

The pizza was ok, standard chain pizza. The wings were terrible. The sauce was too vinegary and the wings themselves were fatty and mushy, not crispy at all. I had a 50% off coupon for the pizza, and I wouldn't have bought it without it. This is one of those places that really punishes you on the toppings prices for buying a custom pizza instead of one of their specialties. Pizza is not all the same! The folks at this new "branch" of Marco's make a wonderful pizza, which I feel is superior to most others. Big sausage chunks, plentiful pepperoni, etc. The tomato sauce is not overly sweet, which I prefer. Fresh dough made right there. There are dipping sauces for those who like that, and all of the other things pizza places carry these days. If you pick up your own pizza, they have a punch card - pick up so many and get a free, large 2-topping pizza! And get pizza coupons with each purchase, good for the next time. read more
