This place is very hit or miss but it's close. The staff is hit or miss as well sometimes they are nice and sometimes the rudest. The wait time can be long on days when they are having major promotions, and I don't recommend ordering delivery unless you want to support door dash unknowingly. The inside is just a walkin but it doesn't look very clean. The food tasted good enough but the alfredo had barely any sauce. read more

They had a great deal and the amount of food to feed 6 people, with leftovers, is well worth it. I didn't get a pic of the wings, those were gone before I got to them. All the food was good. The only issue was the driver was very rude. We even met them at the end of the driveway, because of the snow. We also gave a good tip. read more

I ordered a pepperoni pizza online and added a note requesting the pepperoni be under the cheese and the pizza be well done. The pizza I received did not match either request. I called the store and spoke with a man who would only identify himself as "the manager." He first described an order that wasn't mine, then insisted he remembered my pizza specifically and that it was made correctly. He repeatedly talked over me and would not let me explain the issue. When I asked for a chance to speak, he responded, "I'm talkin' first. How you gonna say I need to give you a chance to speak when I'm still tellin' my side?" He refused to give his name and said the only resolution was for me to call back in the morning to speak with the GM and request a credit. I drove to the store instead and spoke with a woman who identified herself as a manager on duty. After hearing the situation, she immediately offered to remake the pizza correctly, which was ready in about 20 minutes. Only after receiving my corrected order did I learn that the earlier manager's name was Jay. The issue with the pizza was minor. The way the phone call was handled was not. read more

I don't normally review chains but am today because 1) I've always had good pizza from here and 2) most of the bad reviews are either from 2 years ago or really more of a complaint about corporate. They have a $10 large 1 topping carry out special (which everything is carryout at this location lol). I always upgrade to the pan crust - so crispy on the outside and so soft on the inside - delicious!!! I also get extra sauce bc that's my business. But I get at least 2 meals out of it. Cant beat that deal. And the cheese here is always so deliciously melty - I guess that means it's not pure mozzarella but mozzarella is so chewy and like melted but yet also rubbery. (Which is why I don't love LaRosa's) All the other toppings I've gotten are always fresh too. Big fan of a classic green paper, onion, and mushroom. When I go to pick it up, the order is always ready and hot and there's almost always someone up front to grab my order for me. I mean for chain-carry out pizza, it doesn't get any better! read more

SHAME ON YOU SORRENTOS!!! SHAME ON YOUR MANAGEMENT STAFF!!! I put together a group from my parish who goes out for dinner once a month. We choose various restaurants and are treated well wherever we go. We have been to Sorrentos in the past. We chose Sorentos for the last time after the service we received tonight. Things got off on the wrong foot when we were told upon arriving that the fire oven was down and there would be no pizza or bread products tonight. I was somewhat disappointed, but made adjustments to my order. Then, I had to ask our waitress twice for sweetener products for my beverage. Ok, that's 2 strikes. Midway thru dinner our 86 year old retired nun asked for more coffee. She was told they no longer had any more coffee to serve. She was offered hot tea instead. She did not want that. The subject came up again and she was denied the coffee. I asked if I could speak to the manager. I was told the manager on duty was our waitress. The one who denied get us coffee. The table began to inquire why there was no coffee. The waitress (manager on duty) told us they had made the last of the coffee and there was no one on duty She could send to accommodate us with the coffee. She apologized, but made no effort to fix the situation. When the checks came around, the manager (waitress) was asked if the coffee had been taken off the check. She abruptly said no, and continued passing out the checks. Sadly, it was noted that a gratuity had already been added to the checks. I am totally appalled with Sorentos as they should be ashamed to be open to the public as a pizza restaurant with no pizza and no after dinner coffee. SHAME ON YOU SORRENTOS!!!​​ read more

Just ordered 3 melts. All 3 were burnt to hell with big chucks of raw fat in each one. I think they are using the raw fat as fillers.

I had preordered a pizza, that was supposed to be done by the time I got there. I get there and they tell me I have 7 minutes left on the order. i come back 7 minutes later and I'm told it'll be another 10 minutes because they didn't even start the order. The bread they gave me wasn't the right order and I didn't get my dip for the pizza. The right bread sucked and the pizza wasn't much good either for the wait. Called an order in today at 5:15. They said 15-20 minutes. I was there in 15. Medium with pepperoni only,thin crust. $13.18. I did open the cover and looked ok to me. When I got home and went to get a few pieces out, they weren't even cut to separate. Also was cold. Believe it was made at lunch time and customer didn't show up so they just left in oven to sell to the next customer that ordered that same thing. Worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life. Placed an order online for pizza and wings. Wanted the New York style pepperoni pizza asked to have onions added. I received a pizza with onions and no pepperoni. No sauce, either. It was very dry. Called to make the store aware of the mistake and ask for another pizza. An hour later and we are still waiting. When I call the store back they don't answer the phone. This Pizza Hut is in a great location, is fast and clean. The star deduction is for the constant long waits for delivery. However, the workers and Delivery drivers are always nice. They always include plates and seasoning. The toppings are fresh, and I haven't ever got an order that was wrong! read more

I will give them a 3 stars, customer service was courteous and took my order for delivery but if you have to call them back to make adjustment to your order, your out of luck.... you'll be waiting for no one and just the sound of a drop call.
