They are going by Jacob's Pizza now.... They've taken away the restrooms for the customers and they've made a small room where they make the dough fresh daily. This is not an Angilo's franchise and should not be listed as one. The sauce is not good and the crust changed as well. Hoagie rolls were way overcooked you could drive a nail with them. Just not for me. I miss the old angilo's. read more

Would rate zero stars if possible. This place has terrible customer service and is a badly run business. I ordered wings by calling the store. The online price showed $8.50 and was not told on the phone of my order total. I get to the store and hand the younger lady my credit card and she swipes it saying your total is $12. Me: I ordered wings and it should be $8.50. That's not what the price says online and that's unacceptable. Her: We've changed our prices and haven't updated the online prices. Me: That's false advertising and you should honor the online price until it's fixed. Then an older gentleman(using the term loosely) says how they give more chicken than any other restaurant around and that the price of chicken has gone up and they are losing money selling the wings for $12. Again, I state that doesn't change the fact that the price should be what was advertised and that I wasn't going to pay close to 50% more than the advertised price. Sidenote: If you are losing money selling a product as a business, why are you selling it? I was told that all the Angilo's share the same menu online. I didn't think this was true and checked when I got home. I attached a screenshot of the menu and you can clearly see the address/phone number for this store on this menu and no other stores. Each store has its own menu online like I thought. I put an arrow showing the online price ad $12. I politely asked for the owner's contact information and was told they couldn't give it out. I then asked the young lady(found out was supposedly the manager) for my money back. The older man asked what I said and I repeated myself. He looked at the young lady, said give him his money back, snatched the wings off the counter and stormed to the back of the store muttering something I couldn't make out, nor did I care to. Needless to say, this will be the last time I ever order from this place. I have ordered on a monthly or better basis for years, but this is completely unacceptable. I'd rather spend my money with a business who puts their customers first. I'd love to be able to allow the owner to know how their business is being ran. Ordered a 5 topping pizza and was so unimpressed with quality that I will not ever order again. When I walked in I noticed that they use pre-packaged pizza crust that they pull out of a bag and it absolutely tastes like crap. I got a 9'' pizza with four toppings. The price was reasonable, but I didn't really enjoy the pizza. The toppings and cheese were good, but I wasn't a fan of the bread or the sauce. The bread was spongy, and the sauce was too sweet and inconsistently distributed. There was barely any sauce in the middle of the pizza and too much near the edges. I'd come back to try the hoagies. Will never order from Angilo's again. We used to be frequent customers until our large pizza and steak hoagie was not cooked all the way. We had waited 30 minutes so we were hungry, popped the food in the oven and ate. We called them and told them how their pizza was under cooked and they went full defensive mode. They asked if we could have a driver come pick up the pizza and told us they cook all of the pizza dough every morning (not exaggerating). I had Angilos for the first time and i will never ever go back worst food ever! My order was 21 dollars which I do not think is a good price for what I received. The wings had a horrible flavor and almost no sauce they were cold when i got them. There was sauce all over the outside of my box though. Very clean, super friendly, the sauce is the same as when I was a kid, everything was fresh they care about the customers. This has to be the last Angilo's that is the same as the old days. Just received our order from angilos. Have been a customer for years and have always loved the food. This was undoubtably the worst experience ever. Usually order from Milford, but My daughter accidentally ordered from Goshen tonight. Took an hour and 10 minutes to get here. Food was cold. When my daughter ordered she asked the difference between large and small hoagies. The answer given was just a smaller version. Reality is it is half a sandwich! When I called to question my bill as compared to website was told that isn't their website. They don't know who put that up???? Really? Manager reviewed charges with me when I discovered I paid 6.00 for delivery of 3.1 miles!!!! This is ridiculous. I will never order from this location again. Angilo's pizza is a very good alternative to the regional/national chains on the area. They have a wide variaty of items including fried chicken! Their pizza crust is a bit flowery for my taste however it has a good flavor. I would have to say the best thing about this restaurant is that they use gas ovens. When the power goes out they keep on cooking. They were the last restaurant in the area that I know of that was open after Ike hit. A- overall had to take a star for the crust. read more

Tried it for the first time because I had a gift certificate. I had a large pizza and was not impressed. The sauce was good but that was about it. I have had better frozen pizza. The crust is not fresh and very "bread" like. It tastes like it came out of the freezer. I'm pretty sure that is isn't hand tossed. The cheese is not quality mozzarella. The mushrooms are canned and the sausage was hard to detect. There are many better choices for pizza in the Milford area. Mios, Padrinos, Larosas, Donatos, The Works, and even Dominos are far superior pizza. read more
