I've had Jet's multiple times and they've never disappointed! Keep in mind, THIS IS A DETROIT STYLE PIZZA! It's a thicker, yet crispy bottom and edge crust - it may not be for you. Love getting Jets pizza when I come to Cincinnati since we don't have any in Maryland that I know of. We always get the corners which are always crisp and wonderful. Jet's 8-corner is some god-level pizza. Get right out of here with your New York slice, with your cracker-thin St. Louis style, with your pizza-casserole Chicago deep dish. (Kidding Chi-town we cool but you're not exactly pizza, are you?) Why bother with floppy triangles, crust-less squares and using a fork when you could eat structurally sound and delicious CORNERS all the way? Detroit is where it's at. The crust is substantial and sturdy, and topped with exactly the right amount of sauce and pepperoni and a layer of cheese that just barely crosses the line into "gratuitous" but only to deliver the lacy, crispy, just-this-side of burnt edges. And did I mention that the 8-corner is not one continuous pie, but two rectangles placed side by side in the same box? That's right, every piece is a corner and every corner piece has not one but TWO beautiful cheese edges. To be fair, Jet's sells lots of other food. Other kinds of pizza. Sandwiches. Lackluster wings, I'm told. But why bother? When a place does one thing really well I'm content to let them do that thing and eat it consistently every time I order. P.S. Because of the crazy times we're living in: If you, like me, live outside the delivery zone and have to pick up your pizza, Jet's employees wear masks and gloves, they have a sneeze guard in front of the registers, and there are social distance markings on the floor. Honestly really impressed with this place. Had it for the first time due to a free large Detroit style pizza and it was really tasty. The crust reminded me of an old school Pizza Hut crust, the sauce wasn't too sweet, and the cheese was delicious, the grilled chicken was tasty as well. Overall this place has beat out any of the ones I've had on beechmont ave and I will definitely be returning. Oh and the worker that I talked with was very pleasant! read more

National Pizza Day calls for Jets! Located in a little strip on Beechmont Ave, blink and you'll miss it. Keep an eye out for the large Jets sign next to Jimmy Johns. The store itself has a couple tables and a bench for waiting. It is very bright and clean however, the shape is weird. It's almost a maze back to the register. No big deal, really. Always greeted with a "Welcome to Jets, we will be right with you!" The workers are always so kind and efficient. I picked my little one up and let her peek in the glass to watch the guys make our pizza, they interacted with her very cutely! Who turns down FREE turbo crust?! I love this addition, for free you can add any of the crust toppings they offer. Highly recommend turbo. I found a nice coupon for an 8.99 medium one topping. Our pizza was filled with tasty sausage. Everything about Jets is so good. Last time we were in, we had the 8 corner square pizza all sausage half pepperoni half mushroom. It is always SO good. I can't say how the delivery is but pick up is always pleasant and tasty. The ingredients are great quality. A nice change of pace compared to other chains. The order was placed here because my friend said it was here favorite and we had just picked up a vegan pie and passed 6 other pizza places on the way to Jets! I ordered right before we popped in for the other pizza and we were only ten minutes away- the estimated time for pick up was 25 minutes. I ordered an 8-slice deep dish pepperoni rectangle pizza. We arrived about 10 minute early and they had just boxed it up~ hooray! I paid online- so I just had to sign the receipt and off we went. The car smelled wonderful between the 2 completely different pizzas. When we got home- I opened the box to snap a picture and I think I started drooling. I didn't know just how hungry I was until I could smell the pizza and then when I saw the deep dish, with the crispy edged crust- I wanted to dive right in! But I needed to help offload the car first. Sigh- close the box. Once finished we dove right in and Alaina was dead on the money- I ate the edges of my corner piece first- buttery goodness! Really like the pizza here. Family loves the buffalo chicken Detroit style and while I'm not a ranch fan they swear by Jets ranch dressing.

I had placed an online order for Jets to try it out, a greek salad with chicken and a slice of pizza. The price was pretty good for what all I'd ordered, and the wait time wasn't bad. When I went to pick it up they showed me my pizza, repeated my order back to me and handed me the salad in a brown paper bag. Got it home, they had completely messed it up in every way possible. The wrong salad, with no chicken. I called them, cold, hungry, and exhausted after a long day. They comped my entire purchase and were extremely apologetic. That was really good customer service! Now, about the food - the salad I did end up with (antipasto) was actually really good! There was a lot of meat on it, the iceberg lettuce isn't my favorite, but it was very fresh and crisp, and the real mozz cheese had good flavor. A slice of pepperoni pizza, while big enough to fill me up on it's own, had a ton of grease coming from it's square shape. But that's what you get with deep dish, because you're also getting a deep crisp around the side, and it's a real pizza - not a health food. I wouldn't ever order a whole thing for myself, but by the slice? This is a great option to satisfy a craving, and the price is right. Plus that customer service yall. I'll be going back! read more

First off, I could literally bathe in their ranch. Oh my gosh. It is that good. You are able to buy it by the bottle and I highly recommend it. My husband even dips the pizza in it. We ordered two large pizzas, a cheese, and a pepperoni, and a garden salad with ranch. I ordered right when they opened and it said that the order would be ready in 20 min. When I went to pick it up, all was ready and the employee was super nice. Everything looked super clean as well. The salad was just wonderful! It has olives, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, and cheddar and was so good! The small size is recommended for two people but I finished it myself, so if you're a salad lover I would not plan on sharing a small. The ranch is delicious and I got two big cups for the salad. The pizzas were delicious!!!! Hot, thick, cheesy! It was about 40 bucks which is pretty pricey in my opinion, but check out the deals on their app/website and you can sometimes Whittle it down some. Best chain pizza out there. This is the closest to perfecting Detroit deep dish without being in Detroit. The crust is so flavorful with the caramelization from the pan and the dough is both crunchy and fluffy. They can be a little pricey, but I'll pay for quality. Not that it's that much more than the other chains, it's just not Little Caesars cheap. They have a NY style, but it's nowhere near as good IMO. This place has great customer service. Jake the General Manager took a look and found a coupon to apply to my order and just had great customer service. Their Detroit style pizza is the absolute best, the flavored crusts are amazing and they make FRESH ranch in-house every day. I'm a ranch snob and I love the ranch at Jet's. GUYS HOW DID I JUST LEARN ABLUT JETS PIZZA? What have I been doing with my life. If you love thick, delicious, deep dish pizzas get to Jet's and order yourself one ASAP! We've been going to this spot for our cheat meals like every Sunday now because it's just so spot-on our cravings every time. I create my own because I like all my pizzas with a light amount of sauce so there's more room for cheese and that thick crust. I've had their ham and pineapple and I have to say, I stick with the classic cheese here. The crust is just made for it. Zach however loves their buffalo chicken ranch pizza. It's deep dish pizza with ranch instead of pizza sauce then topped with cheese, chicken, bacon, red onions and a drizzle of hot sauce. Pro Tip: Join their e-club and get their coupons and deals sent straight to your email. This pizza is kinda pricey so when coupons come in every week, it makes our cheat meal decision so much easier for us. read more

Good old Jet's but I can only give an average rating. I've eaten here a good amount over the last two years. The food is not bad and it's a bit of an interesting change up for pizza. The slices are rectangular instead of triangles. The use a whole lot of sauce but it's pretty good. And they have a big menu as well. You get what you pay for. read more

I would not recommend trying to order from this place on the weekends. I just stood in their lobby for an hour waiting on my order. I was told on three separate occasions that the order was coming up in five minutes. Which I took to mean at least they were looking at my actual order. Apparently not. Finally when I asked where my order was, I was told, they didn't know where it was and that they would have to remake it. The entire time I was there no one received their correct order. My order is usually pretty simple of deep dish pepperoni (no turbo crust) but some times I go wild and add on cheese bread but with no Romano on the crust. I also do carry out because as with any pizza delivery it is hit or miss who is working that night and demand for delivery - better to help yourself by calling and by the time you get in the car and arrive the pizza is ready! And with the way Anderson Township drivers love to run red lights, you'll probably get there 10 seconds faster or 5 hours later because you caused an accident ;) Anyway, if others don't like no worries more for me and my friends! read more

The pizza is great--nice deep dish, which isn't so common in Cincinnati. What really blew me away was the staff, though. We had no idea it was a takeout place and showed up with three kids in tow. They pulled together a couple of tables and made a spot for us to eat right in the store. We talked to the counter help at length and they really talked up the menu, helping us pick interesting and delicious crust toppings, another first for me. I recently moved from Toledo and was glad to see that this Jet's Pizza recently opened near my new location. The pizza was just as good as I've expected from other locations, but the service was far more exceptional. We were helped by Jacob, who I later learned was on his first day on the register. During my call to see if they delivered, Jacob had to see if they would deliver to me. When they had issue with determining my location, Jacob kept me updated as they researched. When it was determined they could not deliver, he asked if I would want to pick up. We said yes, he took the order, repeated it, offered a coupon and gave us our total. Very courteous. When my fiancé picked up the order, Jacob was on the register. He was excited and told her it was his first day. He was very helpful and extremely excited to be completing the sale, unlike his counterpart, a female who seemed to be frustrated with her day, but Jacob provided amazing service. How have I not reviewed this Jets yet...? For starters I drive 17 mins from amelia to this location. Okay, I am a professional pizza eater, not really but I'm good. Jets is the best chain pizza in existence, I do not order from anywhere else. I only order the deep dish. I have never been told no or charged extra and have been alerted to any deals they have over the phone. Kyle is the nicest person I've met in a long time. Always greets me personally and has a huge smile on his face. He's great. That being said, I can't say enough how wonderful all my experiences have been there.
