Great locally owned pizza start-up!!! On a side/residential street (a block behind Wünderbar and Gutierrez Deli, this unassuming pizza joint looks like a garage. I talked to who I assume was the owner about the place and I liked everything I heard. Outside of the retail aspect of the place, he's already been selling pizzas to local businesses and bars in the area. He builds, cooks, and flash freezes the pies so they are ready to be popped in the ovens and served hot. That's a great idea. He also said that he wanted to start in a small space, get the Ghost Kitchen Pizza name out there, then aim higher in the future. Good thinking. Everything he said about the trajectory of where he's aiming looks like it's well thought out and not getting in too big too quickly, but eventually getting there. With this pizza, I'm sure that they will realize their goals. The crust is great. Not all floppy and doughy. The chew is just about perfect. The end crust takes just a little "gnaw" to bite through, but definitely not tough. The sauce was tasty, just about perfect for my tastes. A little sweet, and it was present like any other ingredient, it didn't get lost. I saw another review saying their sauce was a tad spicy, I didn't get that. It was a little sweet. For my first time, I got The Burr (pepperoni, sausage, bacon, banana peppers) at his suggestion, and it was a great suggestion! I love little places that have a passionate owner and workers, that's why I rarely(if ever) go to chain restaurants. You can just tell by a conversation with a local business owner that they have passion, and a game plan for their future. I heard about the giant 50 pound wheel of mozzarella they grate their own cheese from, and other quality stuff you will never hear from a chain restaurant employee. They aren't paid to care. This place wants to make you a quality meal so you tell your friends, and come back! So, friends, go here, eat well, thank me later. Recommended. Oh yeah: take-out only

A friend recommended Ghost Kitchen Pizza and I'm delighted to find this joint within walking distance of my home. They only make 100 pizzas a day so I got my order in early in the morning on the day we wanted one. There was great communication confirming my order and later, confirming when my pizza -- the specialty Ghost Pizza, or Supreme, would be ready. It was ready right on time and smelled so very good. Tasted great, too. Ghost Kitchen Pizza Is located in the westside neighborhood of Covington. There's easy street parking and a waiting area with seating while your pizza is boxed up by the super friendly staff. They have a loyalty program too!

Sauce to crust ratio: Amount of toppings: Don't let the small, unassuming exterior of the building fool you! This place has it going on when it comes to pizza, hoagies, and more. The pizza crust isn't too thick OR thin, it's exploding with flavor, and I can't wait to try more things. The folks who run this establishment greeted me with smiles and were prompt and courteous. Extra points! Important to remember: pick up or delivery only (see their website). But it is totally worth it! Have a movie night or take it to a park and have a picnic with some of the best pizza in all of Northern Ky. Plus, great quality for the $. You will thank me!

Took a trip. Ordered from here. The food is prepared well. It appears to be a real fire oven it cooks in. The flavor is mediocre for the pizza. The sauce is a bit sweet for me but overall, it's not to bad. The bread sticks are plentiful but lack any flavor other than bread. This surprised me because they appear to be seasoned well. Overall, I'd order them again but I'd probably go in.

Cool hidden gem in Cov! Clean inside, nice staff, we got the pizza with Grippo's. Something different but it was good! Can't wait to try the others!

Decided to give this place a shot after my wife told me about it from a Facebook post. Definitely will be ordering here again. Ordered the Maui Pizza and UNO, Let me say that these did not Disappoint me at all. Will be recommending this place to as many of my friends and family Sorry about the pictures, I forgot to take them before. The pizza just smelled and tasted so goood !

I just found out about this place, just this week. On a side side street, in an unassuming building, lies this little pizza place. Walking in, the place is clean and welcoming. I was a little early, and the gentleman that came from the back, was very friendly. He explained the pizza was just going in the oven, and even offered me a water. I got the food, brought it home. WHAT A TREAT! The crust is lite, with a nice chew. The sauce is fantastic, a little sweet but it has a little kick to it which I love! We had a cheese pizza, has a good amount of of cheese. We also got a 3 meat pizza, and everything is so flavorful! Toppings are plentiful, and you pair the meats and that sauce, just superb! My wife had the pepperoni calzone, and the breading has a great flavor. The calaone was STUFFED, the cheese pull was fantastic. I may have found my new spot. So nice to have a fresh new, non chain pizza so close by. We will definitely be back!

I was greeted quickly and while looking at the rotating menu board behind the counter and trying to decide. I was directed to the menu laminated on the counter. Duh! even though I was alone I got a small meat lovers pizza and sat out back. The back was like a fenced in backyard with tables and umbrellas. When the guy brought my (great tasting) pizza out he told me to turn on the fans and basically make myself at home (my words, I was the only one there). I enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Laid back, relaxed and they even have a bourbon bar upstairs. How can you beat that. When I'm in town next year, I'll have to check them out again. You should too!

The gentleman who brought us our caprese salad, didn't directly say anything to us, but instead spoke only to the bartender (as he placed the salad in front of us) and told him not to place any more orders for caprese. He seemed inconvenienced by our order and more interested in his smoke break. We were surprised at the presentation and at the lack of flavor but assumed that the pizza would be amazing! based on what we had read and heard - but were incredibly disappointed. The pizza was flavorless and Incredibly greasy. Our impression is that this must be a great location for college students or those who have enjoyed their drinking experience and need some grease to sober them up and don't mind what they are eating. We were very let down in our experience and the lack of professionalism from the employee who seemed to think that since he was in the speakeasy, he didn't need to be professional.

Instead, I got something shocking... Actual great pizza!!! The wood-fired crust comes out blistered and charred just enough to whisper, "I went to Italy for a semester and didn't come back with a man bun." It's crispy outside, chewy inside ... the kind of texture that makes you forget every sad, floppy chain pizza you've ever eaten in a strip mall next to a vape store. The toppings? Legit. We're talking San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, hot honey, and fancy meats that sound like they have their own passport. And here's the real shocker: It's not pretentious. Nobody lectures you about "mouthfeel." Nobody asks if you want your pizza "deconstructed." Nobody serves it on a wooden plank shaped like Vermont. It's just seriously good pizza ... the kind that makes you say, "Wow, maybe civilization isn't collapsing after all." And the wood-fired flavor? Smoky, slightly charred, and rich...like it was baked by a Tuscan grandmother who also owns a flamethrower. The owner just showed me their home made pasta dish for the Friday in Lent. Looks amazing!! Thank you Patrick for the tip!!

Service wasn't the fastest, but everyone was friendly and welcoming. What really stood out for me was the vegan menu. I was genuinely excited to see solid options, and I'd absolutely go back just to work my way through more of them. I ordered the Vegan Chardonnay pizza -- bianca sauce, roasted garlic, roasted mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, vegan cheese, and rosemary. I'm usually not a white sauce person, but this one completely won me over. It was rich, flavorful, and balanced in a way that made every bite interesting without feeling heavy. The crust was also excellent -- that perfect mix of airy and crisp. Bonus: the leftovers reheated surprisingly well in a dry pan on the stove. The only downside was the garlic... and I mean seriously heavy. I smelled like garlic for a full 24 hours afterward, despite brushing, mouthwash, showering, and mints. Not subtle. Still, I'd order it again without hesitation. Worth it.

We had a Chardonnay and a Bellevue pizza along with an apple dessert pizza and some meatballs as an appetizer. The pizza was great. Generous toppings, nice sauces, thin but not crispy crust. The apple pizza was okay. Dare I say on par with CiCi's apple pizza, only smaller and much more expensive. The meatballs were tasty, decent marinara. But the balls were small. For the price I expected something bigger. Service was adequate. The dining room was comfortable. We found street parking right in front. Not sure if they have a lot. Overall, the move from three to four stars was the pizza. A little pricey, but worth it.

It was honestly so delicious, and oddly enough was even better reheated the next day! (Reheated great in a toaster oven) It also came out quicker than I expected. (With it being Chicago deep dish, I was prepared to wait!) We also got their appetizer sampler. The items were good, but the pizza balls definitely stood out! The dough was so fantastic and clearly homemade. It was perfectly buttery and flaky, yet firm structural. The sauce was also delicious. A must: pairing everythingggg with their house made ranch. My brother got a steak hoagie and was pretty disappointed when a small sandwich with a meat patty and a side of potato chips is what came out. It just didn't match the caliber of the pizza at all. We also got to Italian sub style hoagies, and those were both small and underwhelming as well. The dining room had a bit of a disheveled feel but I couldn't quite put my finger on what was off.
