Why could I order through the app then, the person on the phone did not know. They told me it would not be 60 minutes and I could pick it up in 20 minutes. They wanted to know why I was picking up my pizza when I ordered for delivery, so I explained the phone call. He explained that they do in fact do delivery through the app, and a doordash driver picks it up. It all explained the confusion I had about what the app told me, and I found later that the delivery time would've been probably closer to the 30 minutes like the app originally said. He was able to refund my delivery fee and tip for the driver and right the wrong, but yet I came home and found two things missing from my pizza.
