Very courteous and thoughtful, great attitude team members this morning who were kind so early in the morning and careful to get my order right. I appreciate what you do. You set the mood for a good day and that is worth more than the food I paid for. Thank you again! read more

Service was horrible. The drive thru order taker was very rude. I was not greeted, no words were returned by the young lady. Not even when I said, thank you. The drive thru gives me anxiety because of the way you have to pull on out of their drive thru. The lighting is not good on the entrance side of the building. The Big Mac was pretty, but it was cold. read more

This morning I went inside to order my breakfast before work. Usually the drive thru is very busy and it takes a while for me to get my food. But this morning there was NOBODY in the drive thru. So, I ordered my food on the kiosk and I got my order in less than 10 minutes and it was complete and accurate. This is an occasional happening at this location. Congratulations to the crew this morning. I appreciate your hard work. read more

I love this McDonalds the workers are chill always nice some even fine I love a treat with my meal! Be nice and they'll be nicer

Stop in for lunch and they had more people sleeping in the restaurant than actual eating in the restaurant.

This is EASILY the best McDonald's I've ever been to, and I wanted to finally write a review about it. My son is autistic and will only eat a limited amount of foods, so needless to say, we are at this McDonald's a LOT. We use the drive-thru, curbside pickup, and we eat inside the restaurant as well. I have never had an incorrect order, and never had old/cold/gross food. I have also never had to wait more than 5 minutes for any order! The staff seems to genuinely vibe with each other, and are ALWAYS positive and helpful with their customers, which is a rare and wonderful thing. The inside is always clean, quiet, and peaceful. This restaurant really feels like a pillar of the Norwood community, and all these employees deserve a raise for their continual hard work!! read more

Terrible. Too many low Iq individuals working. Took beyond 30 minutes to get food. Everyone was rude.

all of the workers are slow. The guy at the window is so idiotic that he didn't even look at our drink order and he let our food sit for four minutes while we were at the window and whole time. I was trying to tell him my sister was trying to throw up, so can we get our drinks then he gave us the wrong drink order with no napkins. I hope nobody ever eats your ever in your life. Thank you. read more

I have never had a good experience at this location. One night a few years back I had an Uber Eats order from there, so around 11:15 I went and got in the drive thru line. There were 4 cars in front of me, but I was there for 45 minutes waiting on it. 20 minutes was spent at the second window. The person who ordered called to complain on ME and didn't tip me after like it was my fault. Just now, wife got a 20 piece nugget to split with her cousin. I got two fish sandwiches. When we got to the cousin's house, the nuggets had 18 in the box, and one of my fish sandwiches had a quarter slice of cheese on it and the tartar sauce was all in the corner of the box with barely any on the sandwich. I've included the picture. I should also say, I don't eat there if I can help it and this is why. I couldn't help it today. If you want a better experience, just eat your money instead. read more

Ordered a big mac meal and a 2 cheeseburger meal. No fries, no napkins. I know its late but if you dont want to work. Dont clock in. Thanks. On top of that no straws!! Honestly just disappointing. read more

Food is okay, But honestly the employees and the restraunt sucks. They need to hire people who can actually get orders right, one time I ordered a burger plain, just bun cheese and patty. But y'know what they did? They still put everything on there. Something so simple, and the place inside is so unsanitary like they don't even clean. One time I saw fries all over the floor and no one even cared. I saw food crumbs all over the place and even bags untouched. Would not come again. read more

HORRIBLE LOCATION! I made a mobile order at 10:36, sat in the drive thru in a massive line, and when I finally went to the talk box, no one ever came to take my order or ask if I had a pickup. I'm lucky I made a mobile order or else I likely would've been stuck in a non moving line and would have never gotten food. I got fed up and drove to the window where I waited forever until a very rude young woman opened the window and got mad when I said I had a mobile order. I go to the next window where the SAME young woman opened the window, starred at me and walked away. It was 11:16 when we finally got our food. read more

Just went thru drive thru. Ordered sausage biscuit, hash browns, blueberry muffin. Order taken correctly & confirmed on screen. Payment taken efficiently. At the window I'm asked "you ordered a sausage biscuit, blueberry muffin, & hash brown?" I confirmed that this was correct. Take bag, drive away. Look in the bag.... There's no hash brown. Terrible. No frappe's and no frozen coke. Never going to stop here ever again on my way through.

There are two drive thru, which I don't like. I don't eat fast food all the time, but when I crave for something bad, I go to Mcdonalds and get their fries and big mac. Like all Mcdonald's, they don't fill the carton of fries up. Call me a pig, but I want to get what I paid for. Staff is friendly and pretty quick. They keep the condiments stocked. Restaurant is somewhat clean. read more

It's not the staff, place is as clean as they can keep it they're courteous professional. It's the people that go there I can't stand. they need to have an police officer in the place. People yelling, throwing things , just a terrible atmosphere in general. They need to close that place so the workers can transfer to a better environment!! read more

Worst McDonald's experience ever. Doordashed and forgot most of our order, then doordashed again and did the same exact thing!!

I pull up to the window and the staff are cracked out so far that they thought I was holding a gun. I was just trying to hand them my credit card to buy my poor homeless friend david a meal. Safe to say they do not like the homeless or charitable people. I will no longer patronize this establishment. Especially after I found worms in my nuggets and spit in my coffee. read more

This restaurant is the worst. I tried to order and they were only accepting "DoorDash". I ordered on the official McDonald's app and they wouldn't make it. Absolute terrible customer service. Tried to gaslight me into thinking I didn't place the order, but immediately canceled my order as soon as it came through on the app. I tried to be courteous to the staff. They refused a good paying customer. Absolutely abismal. I wish I could give zero stars. Update: This store isn't even taking DoorDash orders. They literally aren't taking any orders. Even though it says open 24 hours, they're simply lying. No service no matter what. Period. No food. read more

You know what you get with a McDonald's. Standardized food quickly prepared and at cheap prices. McDonald's has made reasonable strides in recent years to add some higher scale items, but for most people, it's just burgers & fries. This Norwood location is new, clean and nice. It was moved a couple of years ago when the Kroger was rebuilt. The employees are friendly and responsive. Wi-Fi is available, too. For me, this is really a model location for the company. It's still a three star review because, well, it's still unhealthy, commoditized food. The location can be a bit difficult sometimes for driving. The parking lot for the new Kroger makes navigation a bit difficult and many Norwood drivers lack comprehension of right-of-way. It's often more quick to get carry-out than drive through. McDonald's is my favorite Norwood fast food eatery. McDonald's food is ok, quick & cheap. This location is exceptionally fast & friendly making it one of the best. read more

Absolute trash! Yes, I know it's McDonalds. I stopped in for a quick bite, and it was everything but! Placed my order, got my drink and orders that were 5 and 6 orders after mine were called. I was told that one side was slower than the other. A double cheese and small fry and it never made it to me. After 6 minutes, I had to request a refund. No apology or excuse. AVOID THIS PLACE read more

I don't normally write reviews but I saw this McDonalds has been getting a lot of hate here and frankly I don't get it. I've experienced my fair share of terrible McDonalds experiences in my life, but I've gone through this particular drive thru probably 20 times in the last year and they... are fine. They're always busy but the line usually goes pretty quick, faster than I'm used to. Not once have they gotten my order wrong. Food is always hot except that one time when my fries were cold, but it's fast food, it happens, I'm not expecting world class service. My only gripe is that the people working the window when I go are usually quiet and seem burned out. But hey, reading some of the reviews other people have written on here it seems like their clientele features a higher than average number of pricks, so I don't blame them. Are you in Norwood and want some quick cheap decent fast food and service with a pained wince? This location is for you. read more

This McDonalds is so busy but push through the rush every time. I appreciate every single one of the workers for their cordiality and pleasantness- consistent and friendly. Best McD's hands down. This place is very busy but it moves fast and the food is good.

This location has the friendliest staff of any McDonald's around! Their cheerfulness goes a long way and should be commended.

This McDonalds is pretty hit and miss, but it's a McDonalds so, ya know, you let it slide. Sometimes the people at the drive thru are nice, sometimes they can't care any less. But today I decided to try the Shamrock Shake I've heard so much about and, instead, I got a vanilla shake with a squirt of green syrup. Seriously? I think I'll stick to UDF when I decide to get a tasty frozen treat from now on. read more

You had one job! This location is very inconsistent which is a dealbreaker in fast food. All I am looking for is hot, consistent food. It doesn't need to be great, it doesn't need to be delivered with a chipper attitude; it just needs to be tasty and not give me food poisoning. I haven't been made ill here, but there have been a number of times when the food isn't hot. In the end, I mostly get tea and coffee here since the food isn't my first choice if there are other options. read more

Have been here multiple times now after moving to Norwood about a year ago. Drive thru is absolutely horrendous. I've also gotten completely wrong orders that were not mine. The last straw was when I waited about 20 minutes in line, get to the speaker and there's no response. Sat there for about 5 minutes saying hello etc. This was after everyone in front of me ordered fine. Luckily someone was nice enough to let me out and not keep me stuck in the drive thru. read more

Firstly I come to Ohio to visit my grandparents but when it comes to food she likes to make food. Sometimes though she get something from McDonald's or some other place. Yesterday we came here to get food, the first thing is the person taking our order was giving us an attitude. She started by saying " what you want" we ordered our food, and waited for a while. Finally like 20 minutes later our food came and some of it was cold or soggy. We also saw the person making the food touching her hair and face. We told the person that gave us our food and he said he will tell her about it. I don't really think he did though. read more

First I want to say that I don't have high expectations when I go to a mcdonalds, but when I do go I expect to have quick and professional service. Considering that I used to work at one, I don't feel that that expectation is too much to ask for. That said, this mcdonalds is notoriously slow. I usually go inside to order just one item, being the service is slightly quicker, but not here. The drive thru is just as bad. Yes they have two speakers, but they still only take one order at a time so it doesn't speed the process up anymore than having only one. My second complaint is with the professionalism of the from counter staff. They always seem too busy to take my order even when no one is in the building, or drive thru, and they are going through one of their slow periods. I find that I really only get any service is when I stare someone down, and even then they tend to ask in a slightly rude way what I want. Again, I used to work for a mcdonalds so my expectations aren't that high, but that said, speed and professionalism aren't too much to ask, and this place is lacking in both areas. read more

You guys, it's McDonalds. What were you expecting, Jeff Ruby's? This is one of the better McDonald's that I've visted. It's very close to home for me, so I'll often stop in for an Oatmeal before zooming off to whatever location I'm working in for the day. I get my oatmeal, I get my coffee, and I get out. To me, that's a perfect Mickey-D's experience. No frills, no muss- just give me my food and get me on the road. Only once have I ever had to pull aside and wait for food, and they gave me a coupon for a free small fry. Hey, thanks! :) It's my guilty pleasure, but I love McDonald's, and they NEVER screw up my order at this one. Hooray. :) read more
