When I got to the window and older woman asked me for the name. I told her my name... three simple letters. She pretended like she couldn't understand so I spelled it out for her. She turned around with an attitude and started looking on the table and telling the other people she couldn't find J A S... it wasn't that difficult as I had only ordered one thing which was a frosted lemonade. So I made the statement "hey its sitting right there." She proceeded to tell me that I JUST could have told her that. I JUST should have told her how to do her job.. I suppose. Food is up to the usual Chick-Fil-A standards, and they have some of the nicest folks working the drive-through (I love how they use your name - I know you gave it to them to order your food, but it still is a nice touch!). Also, never really a line at this location, unlike the one on Mall Rd. (don't go to this one, they chose to have an "App Only" line that inconveniences regular customers). On the whole, with multiple locations to choose from where I live, this is the Chick-Fil-A I go to. read more

The food tasted great as usual. But service was LACKING here today. There was a huge line of people waiting inside to order. And only one cashier open. So out of probably 25-30 people working at the time ... only one was taking all done in and carry out orders. We are also out of town on vacation and from Pittsburgh. The food is more expensive here. Glad gas is cheaper! I decided to pull out my Chick-fil-A app which I was going to scan and instead placed a mobile order. Placed the order, got it and left and still would have had five people waiting in front of me had I stayed in line. This Chick-fil-A location clearly shows who they care most about. It had been a while since I've eaten at this or any other Chick-Fil-A so it was high time we returned. This was the Florence location so naturally it waa very busy. That being said their staff is very well trained and the line went quite fast. Also the restaurant was clean and the folks were relatively friendly so yay for that. Chick-Fil-A has a smallish menu that focuses on quality over quantity. I went with a simple Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Waffle Fries meal. Their chicken sandwiches don't come with any sauces (that I've ever seen) and comes with pickles. They do provide sauces on their condiment stand however and I got some Texas Pete Hot Sauce for my sandwich. The chicken filet had tremendous flavour in the breading and although it wasn't all that spicy had a decent kick and great flavour. I prefer not having pickles on my chicken sandwiches personally but most people do so there's that. Their waffle fries were excellent for sure. All in all this was an excellent and inexpensive lunch. So what's the point in closing down for months to do a huge remodel and add a second drive thru lane, only to not use the second lane and have all cars merge into one lane? And all of this is during the middle of the lunch rush. We are at a standstill stuck in line. I'm sticking to the Mall road location. I can get in and out of there in 1/3 the time even though they are way busier at mall road. read more

I do not visit this location often. If is usually our go to spot if picking up food on the way to the airport. Between being in a hurry and excited for whatever trip we are about to embark on, I always forget to review. Everything is usually correct. My last visit was not quite up to Chick-fil-A standards. My sandwich was only warm. It was if they had all the components already cooked and waiting, then stacked them together. Food was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Hash browns were crisp. Encountered two employees on my visit. Neither said their famous "my pleasure," when I thanked them. At the time of this review, inside seating was not open. Inside was only open for the picking up and placing of takeout orders. They seemed to be using the indoor seating area as a staging area for catering orders. Outdoor seating is open. Could this place get any better? NO! As a Michigander we still do not have a Chick-fil-A store front that is its entirely own store, instead they are in malls, airport or Oakland University. So the full experience is never the same. We stopped here when driving to TN and it was a few miles or so off the freeway. The staff is so friendly, clean, and delish. Lemonade is amazing especially! The sandwiches, fries, and chick-fil-A sauce is on point. A busy store based on the stores surrounding the area and slightly off the freeway, but it was a great experience! read more

I won't be back. Long time customer here. The chicken breast in my sandwich was tiny, the waffle fries were soggy and didn't fill the fry box up all the way (2 inch gap from fries to the top of the fry box), and my Coke cup was full of ice (thanks for 2 sips of drink with my meal). I go to multiple Chick-fil-A locations across multiple states and they are fantastic, however, I believe the main ingredient at this location is greed because the portion size I paid for is not the portion size I received. My favorite fast food! Their food is always fresh and delicious! Everyone loves their fries and Chic Fil A sauce. Their workers are always fast paced and friendly! The place is always clean. Their one of the few places that still has a play area for the kids. I've never had a bad experience here. I don't have any interest in trying to defend the ultra-conservative values held by some of the folks behind Chik-fil-A. And I also wish the employees wouldn't say "my pleasure" when you thank them. That's very off-putting. And I think the waffle fries are just okay. But it doesn't get much better than the Chik-fil-A chicken sandwich. It's Chic-Fil-A. The food is great and they run there drive through better then our politicians run our country.

This location has been open for a year, and at lunchtime it is gangbusters. Be prepared for a short wait at that time, but the service is still relatively fast and very friendly. The drive-thru and parking lot setup here is somewhat cramped. The way they have the drive-thru, it makes you have to drive around the whole building before you can enter the line. This leads to a lot of almost cutting people off who are leaving the drive-thru, so watch out. My favorite part of Chick-Fil-A is their great exclusive email offers. I've gotten to try the spicy chicken sandwich and spicy chicken nuggets for free during the preview weeks, and they always include a free beverage too. They also have a lot of community involvement. One negative is that they're always closed on Sundays. I know it's a company-wide policy, but it still stinks. I work down the street every Sunday and would love to be able to get my waffle fry fix. read more

I was impressed by the size of this restaurant. They were very friendly and speedy - so be sure to know what you want by the time you get to the counter. We were there on a late Saturday afternoon, but were very surprised by how busy they were for an off-peak lunch time. I haven't tried any food other than their standard chicken sandwich, but it's good! Waffle fries are fresh and delicious, but not too salty. They keep the soda behind the counter which is a bummer, not sure if you can go up for refills or not. Our stop was a quick one, but it was exactly what we were hoping for. Note that it is very drive-thru centric, as pedestrians have to hop over the curb which separates the parking from the drive-thru lane - so just be sure to keep an open eye for motorists who are not paying attention. read more
