I always have a pleasant experience when I visit this Jersey Mike's location! The staff is always very friendly and efficient; I don't think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes for my hot sub order, even during a lunch rush. And the dining area is always clean. My favorite menu item is definitely the 43 -- the chipotle cheesesteak. It is truly superb. I get it every time. It's miles above most of the cheesesteak sandwiches I've had at other comparable sandwich places. And I never have to modify the sandwich; it is perfect as it's listed on the menu. My boyfriend also orders the chipotle cheesesteak, and the fact that he doesn't have to modify it at all is a big deal for him (he's quite the picky eater). Although I have not tried their cold subs, Jersey Mike's is a great, cheap lunch option with many great choices. I will continue to visit this location, for sure! read more

I will never step foot in mt Zion jersey mikes location again. I was treated very poorly and my order was incomplete to say the least. 2 girls and a guy waited on me. I was the only customer in the store. My half complete order thrown in a bag. Not even a napkin. As soon as they tossed the bag on the counter, all 3 workers disappeared to the back of the shop. I had to yell into the kitchen "don't I get chips." They yelled back to just pick one from the shelf. Sandwich made sloppily also. So wet from vinegar I had to pitch it. I placed my order on app, my son picked up on his way home. The bag was handed to him with the receipt taped to it. When he arrived home the order was incomplete, I ordered & paid for 3 sandwiches #9 #10 and #42. The bag had 2 sandwiches inside #9 and #10, no #42. I called was told we could come pick up the sandwich which was still sitting there they forgot to put it in the bag.Or they could issue a refund. My son was not driving back up there at $5.00 a gal for gas to pick up a sandwich that has now been sitting in the store for over 30 plus minutes. I agreed to a refund; however, I started to eat my tuna sandwich it was loaded with pepper I have a picture of pepper or oregano covering the bottom of the sandwich. I had asked to speak to the manager the 1st time I called and was informed there was not a manager on duty just a lead, so I didn't call to report the awful food I just spent $32.97 on. May not seem like a lot to you but I am a senior citizen on a fixed income spending almost 33.00 on uneatable sandwiches is a lot. What a joke of a location! A simple order screwed up yet AGAIN!! Why is it no one takes pride in their work? Why do I bother going to this location? Hope. That's all I've been here three times and all three times, it's screwed up. This time, we were give someone else's order. These children that work here don't know the difference in white bread and their own empty headdress! This is a joke of a location Today alone, two others, who had placed orders, were made wrong as well. Training isn't an option to these managers and or owners. My husband and I were traveling and stopped by this Jersey MIke's location. Not only were the employees polite and kind but actually cheerful! Our sandwiches were made perfectly! The service here is horrible. I walked in and there were three employees standing behind the counter. They all literally just stared at me and did not acknowledge me or take my order. I said "Hi" and they literally just stared. I left and was never verbally acknowledged in 5 minutes. read more

We stopped here to grab some sandwiches for our picnic during the lockdown. The staff were super nice and super clean and were super awesome about my wife's gluten-free allergy. I went with their big ole #6 combo which was the Roast Beef And Provolone sandwich which I added mustard too. Very simple stuff but super delicious. The roast beef was really high quality and well flavoured and definitely took this sandwich to another level. The provolone was the right cheese for this and the mustard worked well for me (it better have because I asked for it.) On the side was chips and a drink to finish the meal. This is definitely very high on my sandwich shop chain list and I reiterate now how helpful they were with the gluten-free options for my wife and my non gluten-free sandwich was definitely nothing to sneeze at either. read more

Not a bad spot to grab lunch. They do get a lunch rush so try to beat the crowd if possible. Seats are limited so you might have to bring it back to the job in order to enjoy it. The subs the menu is good a few different subs to expand your taste buds and fill your stomach if you decide to not get the regular. Love Jersey Mikes, love their food. With that said it was not a great experience today. My husband and I stopped in to pick up sandwiches to go. We were the only customers there. Stood in front of a staff member for 5 full minutes. She was making sandwiches but not a word. No hello, I'll be right with you, No acknowledging head nod, nothing. Husband went to the restroom, came back, I'm still standing there still nothing. A gentleman came in from outside (perhaps a manager or owner) put on gloves and an apron and at that point the young woman behind the counter said "What would you like?" There were 3 other staff members working. Irealize some businesses are short staffed and I never have a problem waiting, but there is no reason to not even acknowledge customers. We will continue to visit Jersey mikes however I'm not sure it will be this location. Disappointing. read more

This is a great sandwich location. Not only do they have delicious options, but they can turn any sandwich into a salad. They also have gluten free bread! Like, an actual gluten free baguette. It's a little dry, but it's not contaminated and honestly that's all that matters. Just have them put mayo and/or mustard directly on the bread and you'll be fine. When you order it, they ask you if it's for preference or allergy and if you say allergy, they'll change their gloves and clean the workspace before working on your's. They have a separate container to spread mustard and mayo on the gluten free bread which is important for not cross contaminating! They also have some Udi's cookies you can buy for a treat! Most of their chips are gluten free as well (but make sure you check). They do charge $1.50 more for the gluten free bread, but it's worth it because most sandwich places don't give you a bread option! They got almost everything on my order right, but they can't even make a warm sandwich with just meat and cheese. I order a chicken philly with NO peppers or onions but they ignored that and put everything on it. What a waste of money that place is. I was super excited when jersey mikes opened on Houston rd! We ordered a chicken Parmesan giant sub to share! The chicken was hard and we couldn't even chew it. The manager was really nice and gave a refund as well as offered a different sub. I would say pen station would still be my first choice and we probably will not return to jersey mikes read more

Great place to eat! Best subs in town, always freshly cut meat and fresh bread. My custom favorite is a #9 on wheat with provolone, green peppers, lettuce, tomato, pickles, oil, vinegar and oregano. The staff is always very friendly. read more

Very disappointed. Quite possibly the worst Reuben I've ever had. The bread had that not-so-fresh taste and texture going on. The sauce tasted almost sour or something. If I ever go back, I'll get something other than a Reuben. read more
