I should have read the reviews before going here. But thought "KFC, good chicken!" And, Long John Silvers together, ok NBD! Well, they use the same oil to fry everything in apparently because I could taste the fish and shrimp in the incredibly greasy chicken we got. If you are allergic to shrimp (as I am) have your epi-pen close at hand! Thank God I'm not anaphylactic! They're supposed to use separate fryers! So, my lunch was shot! Being on the road for 1800 miles you don't ever think you'll have an experience like this. My mom pulled the very darkly fried chicken apart (after we soaked up 5 napkins with the grease) and the dog wouldn't even eat it when we got back into the car! Figured I'd just drink my drink as I'll get lunch down the road ... YUCK! The sulfur water that the ice and beverages were made with ... This KFC has gone down in food quality and amounts. Ordered 8 piece bucket go legs and thighs as no breasts or wings and what I did get was overcooked, hard and no meat on the legs. The sides are small small not like they used to be where you could eat the sides for a couple of days. I was lucky to have enough for one meal. They got my order wrong, a spicy chicken sandwich instead of a classic, when we drove over to pay she asked if it was a classic or a spicy and I said a classic so she changed it... As I was about to eat it, I saw something sticking out, it was a DIRTY NAPKIN. As if they tried to wipe off the spicy sauce and just put mayo on top They gave me a new one but they were very unserious and unprofessional about it. Worst experience at a fast food place. Why would you put the menu online with prices and then not offer them? We paid 25% more for the same thing that was listed, once again by you on the website. If you are not going to honor those prices then don't post them with your establishment. AND OF COURSE THE ORDER WAS WRONG. Is it that hard to complete a food order? Granted, i knew before i stopped not to expect fine cuisine, but to say this was my worst fast food experience ever. Lesson learned, read the reviews before you order. Greasy, doughy breading and cooked too long. I got the mac and cheese-HUGE mistake!! I think they scraped the edges of the pan. Pasta should not crunch. Been to this location several times and had no issues. Went today and left extremely frustrated. Ordered 2 separate orders. Received the 1st order with no issues. The second order was a disaster. Had to remind the driver thru worker I had the second order. He asked me about the wrong order 3 times which I corrected him and showed him my receipt. He gave me the bag. My fault for assuming they would give me the correct food. So after driving home I open my food only to see he gave me the incorrect food. Tried calling the restaurant to talk to someone about the issue and got no answer. Very frustrated. read more

I love KFC and Long John Silvers. I do but this location always has employees that have zero customer service skills and/or are dirty. It is not a good look or experience. They look and act as if they hate their jobs. Now to the food. They simply screw up orders. They seem to forget something, not prepare something correctly, or have the wrong numbers of the ordered items every time. Very disappointing because I want to eat here more often but won't. Went to this location about 2:45 PM on a Tuesday. The parking lot was full of trash, including trash from a competitor fried chicken restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant, I told the lady at the counter about all of the trash in the parking lot and all I got in return was a blank stare. As I was leaving, the next people to walk in and ask for a manager, so I can only imagine it wasn't good. Come on KFC, you need to step up your game. read more

Just to start, we came to KFC tonight because last night we order the Mac and cheese bowl and it was cold and hard and I had to throw it all away. I called around 6 pm today and talked to someone who said he would make a bowl the next time I came and that he would take down my name. I even spelled it out since I have an "unusual" name. He was super nice and I was glad I talked to him I wasn't even asking for a new bowl I just wanted to let him know that it happened. I was very grateful for him thought. We first arrived and pulled up to the drive thru. Normally we go in but I'm really sick with a kidney stone condition and can't walk inside. We sat there and we thought maybe they closed early or something. I don't want to exaggerate so I'd say we sat maybe 2 minutes or so maybe longer. We decided they were closed and began to pull off just to notice there was someone at the window so we figured they weren't closed. We back up and finally they asked for our order. My bf begins with the story of the bowl and how he had offered a new bowl. There was a lady and a guy switching off being very rude. The first thing they said was, "we never heard of that." We tried telling them that we dont have the receipt because we did the survey the day before and they took our receipt. We tried to say we gave it to the manager Jason and they just said Jason didn't work today. We then tried to explain we gave the receipt to Jason yesterday and we called today since we got our food so late last night. They were being just horrible and I even started to cry. I have been having a really bad day as it is and I really just wouldn't take it. Finally they just said fine we'll give it to you. We then proceeded with telling them the rest of our order then pulled forward to then be told they didn't have everything we wanted. It was fine I just wanted to get out of there and go home, we live 30 minutes away and I didn't feel like messing with trying to get something else. We got our food then we asked for some ice in a cup for my hand which I had burnt just an hour before coming there (as I said, very bad day) and my ice pack had gotten too warm. We said, "sorry for being such a hassle and thank you so much we appreciate it," since I've worked in fast food and realize how it is. The lady who seemed to be a manger was just rude, didn't say or do anything, so we just pulled off. Last night we had such an amazing experience and this time is was just horrible... just made my day that much worse... Get home only 5 biscuits. 4 biscuits + 6 biscuits = 10 biscuits. How do I get a box with only 5? It's not like they gave me 4 and forgot 6 or gave me 6 and forgot 4. We picked up chicken tenders on our way home from a late work night, around 9pm. The tenders were small, not typically breaded line KFC. The biscuit was hard and the Mac and cheese tasted sour. This is not what I would expect from KFC! The workers were very slow, it took over 15 minutes to get our order, which was not hot, and customer service was absent. This place is a joke. It has always been hit or miss on whether or not they will get your order right, which is partly the reason why I stay away from it. We decided to stop by tonight because some of the family wanted to. We ordered a couple big boxes and a side of biscuits at 6:30. We didn't end up getting our food until damn near 7. They asked for a name which we gave them when ordering, but they don't use the name system when calling out the orders. We finally asked for the manager and explained to him that we ordered and had not been given our order yet, to which he asked what he would like us to do. Um, give us our order. After 10 more minutes the manager finally got our order together and gave it to us. The store itself is disgusting. Don't waste your time going here. Went to go thru drive thru lastnite. Tried ordering an 8 piece bucket of original recipe, with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. Girl in drive thru was rude. Had no original recipe chicken, said it would be 30 minutes to fix original. Then tried getting crispy, said all they had was wings and thighs. And had no macaroni and cheese and no biscuits. Stopped for a quick dinner takeout Tues 12/16/14. The chicken was not tasty. It looked as though it had been in the fryer way too long and then left under a heat lamp way too long because the food was too tough to chew. The chicken "nuggets" were abominable. Not even the size of their typical nuggets nor even close to tasty. The nuggets like the chicken meal looked as though it was the bottom of the barrell. The portion size was maybe the size of a quarter with some being the size of a nickel. To try to chew them took so much effort that had we not stopped trying, potentially we could have pulled our teeth out. Not sure if this is typical for this store however first impressions are lasting ones and we will definitely not be back. The people, process, and products triangle is definitely broken. In my opinion maybe a winter break and a reassessment of the business model could help a turn around. read more
