I usually have zero issues at this location but tonight was wild. There was a line when I came in, which is fine unless one of the employees messes up your burrito. The worker busted the burrito, which no problem, so he wrapped it in a double tortilla which was the shape of a softball afterwards and I asked for it to be redone, he then tells me they have a line so I asked again and he said I mean there's a line.. So another worker asked what was wrong and I asked if it could be made and she was super upset and just stood there.. then says just remake it. So I guess the moral of the story is Don't ask for customer service if a place is busy. read more

I used to stop in here often and pick up something to take home for dinner on the way home from work. Every time I would stop there would be a line which is okay. My main issue is the fact that the counter where they make your order was always so dirty and sloppy. Rice, salsa, meat, anything slopped all over the place. Makes me question the overall cleanliness of this location. I stopped eating here because of that. As soon as you walk in the door the garbage was over flowing. On the floor and tabes has food everywhere doesn't look like it has been cleaned. Not trans-friendly. Two boys working behind the line called me "sir" about 20 times while I was just trying to get my burrito bowl and get out. Like, they said it an abnormal amount of times, so I know it was intentional because they'd clocked me. There is no excuse for this kind of harassment. I was just trying to get my food. I was getting two bowls, one for me and one for my grandmother. They kept leap-frogging each other on the line and changing the order of the meals, which was very annoying, instead of keeping it to "first" and "second". I had to keep checking which was which because they kept swapping them around. This was around 4PM and the food had clearly been sitting out for a long time. The pinto beans were dry and congealed. I would not go back to this Chipotle on food quality alone, even without the transphobic hostility. read more

Quick and friendly order taking/making. Asked for chipotle sauce which the cashier said would be out in the lobby and when I went back to tell him they were out, he acted like he would check then couldn't help me because he had to keep cashing people out. I just ate my meal without the sauce, but the food still tasted good. Tables didn't appear to be wiped down, and an employee 'fake arguing' with what seemed to be a relative which was distracting. 4 star because of the fresh, delicious meal. read more

I placed an order on DoorDash before the cutoff at 10:25 for $18 total. The team claims they never received the order and then closed the store. Because they had already marked it as "being prepared" on doordash, they would not refund the order. I called chipotle support, and they told me they could not help me. I drove up to the store at 11:15p to see if the order had been completed. There were 4 staff members present. They came outside and preceded to say that they couldn't help me and to call DoorDash. When I explained that I had tried, they said "hold on a second" and went back inside. I waited 8 minutes outside for them to come back and they all snuck out the back door and ignored me. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Not only have I now paid $18 dollars for a veggie bowl that I can't get back, but I was treated horribly by 4 staff members on your team. I am highly disappointed with this establishment and feel as though the entire chipotle organization does not care about my experience or money because I used door dash to order. read more

Worst experience I've ever had with Chipotle. We ordered delivery for a kids meal, two burrito bowls and two drinks. 40 minutes later our food arrives, my husband checks the bag for our order and there's one bowl with nothing else inside. Had our name on it with the details of our 3 persons order and there's one bowl. We tried to tell the delivery guy and he says "This is what they gave me, you'll have to call corporate I guess." So we called the Chipotle we usually order at for pick up and they said "Sorry, we have no orders all day for your name." So we called corporate and got a refund so we could drive to get our food from this location......again. And wouldn't you know, there were two bags of food from our first order sitting right on the shelf! So at least we got 2 full orders for the price of one. read more

Great service and great food!!. The restrooms over here are exceptionally clean too and the staff are very sweet. If you come here, you will not ne disappointed. However. I found the beans to be under seasoned and they forgot to give us salsa for our chips. The chips were very sour as well. But other than the above everything else was great. Thank you Chipotle staff! I find it ridiculous that you can't order a simple cheese quesadilla. My 12 year old is a picky eater and only likes Chipotle's Cheese quesadilla which is only available in a kids meal. I have to order 3 kids meals to get 3 quesadillas. Almost $14!!!! Why aren't cheese quesadillas a side item. Stupid! Also the waste of 3 containers and side items he doesn't want. Chipotle messed up four orders then accused me of lying about it. I took a picture of my incorrect bowl. Ordered a burrito like normal. The first employee was not good at wrapping the burrito so another employee came up and said they were the master of wrapping. She then proceeded to break the tortilla and started shouting to the first employee to ask what I had ordered. I told her and the first employee told her. She kept complaining and shouting to the first employee about how no way that's what I ordered and kept quizzing her. She finally got it wrapped but I was thoroughly embarrassed by her behavior in front of the entire line of strangers behind me. It seemed like she was trying to guilt me into admitting something that I was not guilty for? Very inappropriate behavior. The nice person behind me commented on being embarrassed with me even. I don't recommend going if there is a long line. In their haste they dump large amounts of salsa or sour cream on the burrito and you wind up with a cold burrito. This is the best Chipotle in the world!! This is not an exaggeration. This is from countless hours of tiring and strenuous examination. The food is always prepared at top quality and the line moves quickly. Most importantly though is the customer service. The people their are so great. They are always polite and helpful. The do not do a good job with online ordering. We have picked up from here multiple times, and it seems like every other time we order there is an issue. I have gone to this chipoltle as well as many others in the area such as buttermilk and highland heights many times. It's always been the worst of the three due to burnt chicken and small portions. The past two nights I have gone at 9:25 pm and 9:30 pm and both times they have been closed although their closing time is stated at 10. This location does a great job! I live much closer to two other Chipotle locations, but I always try to stop in when I am in the area. They have good portions and cook the meat properly. I like that they evenly distribute the ingredients and they always give you a good amount of each one. I have been to other locations where if I order sour cream on my burrito bowl it might as well be called a sour cream bowl. I usually order on-line and pick up on my way through and the cashiers have always been very nice. They also put napkins and forks in the bag for you. which I think is a nice touch.
