Long time Nowood tradition Xavier Hotspot for burgers for over 50 years. Can't beet the 10 dollar lunch special. Each day is a different sandwich: cheeseburger, pork bbq or ham and cheese. You get fries and a drink either a can of pop or a draft beer. I had a light yingling.

This place is OK. My daughter and I stopped in for lunch yesterday during her workday lunch break. While busy and hard to find parking - we were able to order, eat and get out in the hour she has for lunch. My daughter ordered the Fish Sandwich, a side of fries and a soft drink. I ordered the Cheeseburger, side of fries and soft drink. My daughter said the fish was fresh, fried nicely and she thought it was ok. She said that it lacked any seasoning or flavor but was ok. I'm really surprised that this burger was voted best in Cincinnati, honestly. That must of been some time ago with different meat. The burger that I had, while still a little pink inside (the way I like them) was incredibly dry and flavorless. It was perfectly round and the consistency of a frozen patty and lacked any salt and pepper when it was cooked. It definitely was not the burger I was expecting when seeing the tag of 'Best' for it. All the toppings tasted fresh and the fries were good. The burger is just not that great. We'd stop back and try more of their menu. The service was friendly and quick.

Our Y group went to Quatman's for lunch today. It is a no frills bar and cafe. Mondays special is burger, fry, and soda or draft beer for $10. The draft beer comes out in a frosted mug. The burger was great, and the shoestring fries, were hot and crispy. What wasn't no frills, was the service. The service was friendly and on point. The menu is limited, but with good food and great service. Give it a try.

This was such a unique experience. The absolute lack of a vibe was an awesome vibe. No music playing caught me off guard at first but allowed for great conversation between friends. Good service and really good burgers. They don't skimp on portions, the burgers were juicy and the bacon was crispy. A classic cheeseburger. You can't go wrong with that and crispy fries. Quatman Cafe doesn't try to reinvent the wheel. They know who they are and don't try to be anything they're not. What a delight.

It's crazy to see that my last review was over ten years ago! While the price of the cheeseburger special has gone up (only by $2.50) and they've moved their location (just slightly) the food and experience is still the same no frills deliciousness. They have indoor and outdoor dining now and they let you order lettuce and tomato on your burger, but you still get your food on paper plate and the burger special still comes with fries and a drink of choice (including a beer if you want). The burger with onions and pickles is the way to go and it's delicious every time. I have never tried anything else here and I don't know if I ever will. It's exactly what I want and while I know people love the other items on the menu it's hard not to order the cheeseburger when I know it's perfection. If you've never been, they do have a parking lot along with street parking. The servers are friendly and helpful too. You'll see a lot of regulars here as well as families. This one of those old school, welcoming spots that feels like dining at a family member's place for a get together- especially now that they have the outdoor seating. It is no frills, but what they do they do well and at a great price. We stop by at least once every time we're in town.

A really good spot. Simple. Great burger. Great drink selection. Had a buzz about it ona Thursday at lunch time. Need more places like it

    Hudy light

This place has been here my whole life. It is consistent, delicious and cost effective . It's simple, you come in, you sit at the bar, you have a burger and an (always) ice cold mug of hudy. It really is that simple, but it is still one of the best burgers around. Specials for lunch almost every day. You just can't beat it.

Started with the bean soup. It was Ok. The cheeseburger was very good. They were busy for a Tuesday afternoon.

My friends and I stopped in here after bowling on a Saturday night, as we were in the mood for a good burger. We were not disappointed! It was quiet in Quatman's for a Saturday, so we were seated and ordered right away. We all went with the classic burger and fries option. My friend was a bit disappointed to learn that they have discontinued their onion rings, which she said was a true staple there for a really long time. When my cheeseburger came out, it was great! It was your classic burger; came with all the toppings I chose and was a nice thick size. There were plenty of fries on the side with it as well. It was kind of fun to see our food on disposable plates--made it feel as though we were at an outdoor summer BBQ down at a neighbor's house! It is also priced very well. I think my meal and drink in total were under $15, so it's good food for a good price! Would recommend it if you're in the Norwood area!

Generous parking, great patio, prompt service and great atmosphere! Seemed to have a lot of regulars there. That's always great to see! A friend of mine had heard about their mock turtle soup, a soup neither of us had ever heard of or tried before. We were intrigued and had to give it a go! I was thinking that the soup might be a little heartier but was runny and very sweet. But like I said, I have never had it before and have nothing else to compare it to. So overall, I thought the flavor was alright. It is a really nice place to frequent for a summer's day lunch!

Burgers were so, so. French fries ok but the generic tasteless ketchup they had killed it. Stop at Wendy's instead.

I had heard that their pop-up dinners sell out very quickly so I was ready the day they were posted and grabbed a few spots for one of their February dates. We arrived and were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and then we found a seat at the long community table set for 20; it was so much fun getting to know the people seated next to us! Dinner was delicious! Four courses-the gnocchi with sausage was our favorite dish of the night.

We live in West Chester and have driven down to there a few times just to pick up delicious dinners. We just attended our first dinner there last Tuesday. Oh My Goodness! What a treat. Jordan greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and directed us where to sit a long table that seats 20. We introduced ourselves to our seatmates and then our first dish arrived. Chef does explain the food before we had each dish, however we wished there was more background and history as to how this place came into being. So expect fantastic food without a lot of details. The first dish was a salad made with all local ingredients. It was so fresh and the dressing made with fresh dill was fantastic. The second dish was a ravioli with northern Italian cheese on a bed of butternut squash puree and brown butter. The pasta was SO delicate and the flavors complimented each other so well. The third dish was a 6 hour braised pork shoulder with ricotta gnocchi in a sauce with Calabrian chilis and I don't know what else. We have been to Italy and all the Italian restaurants in Cincinnati and never had anything like this. It was truly phenomenal. Dessert was a apple upside down cake served warm with whipped cream...fantastic. You bring your own wine, and Jordan is on it by never letting your glass get empty, pouring water, and clearing dishes. Service was so great and she is so friendly and accommodating. The cost was a very reasonable $100/pp and SO worth it. There is no menu, so you go in just devouring what Chef has prepared.

I think they're actually more known for their pickles (cool to see they also offer fermentation classes) so I'd be interested in trying their Pickle Boat and some cold salads next time.
