Adding a star because of the great customer service I received after my review. The manager reached out, apologized and gave me a full refund. This is why we try to support local!

My fiancee and I had been to their location in Oakley and loved it so we decided to try this one too. The big difference is that this location is carryout only. I'll admit I was taken off guard when I was calling in out order and was told they have a different menu than the Oakley location and they don't do Chicago-style pizzas like Oakley does. Still, we're flexible, and we were wanting some good pizza. We opted for a NY style 16" with sausage and mushrooms. It was ready in about 20 minutes and was just being put on the front counter as soon as I arrived. Timing is everything. Aside from pizza, they also have salads, cookies, gelato, and bottles of wine and brews from Wandering Monsters to take home as well. Of course, the pizza was fantastic, and we'll certainly be ordering carryout from them again.

Amazing. Some of the best dough/crust I've ever had. You have to try this place if you're a serious pizza eater. Great service. Easy pick up. Place is always nice and clean. Try it. Thank me later.

For carry out only. Although I did notice a couple of outdoor tables- so weather permitting. We placed an online order for a 1/2 Erie Ave pizza and 1/2 Cincinnati supreme. Thin crust with a nice crisp. Pizza was ready when stated and the staff were amiable. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The crust was an amazing thin and chewy-crunchy one. Price is moderate.

St. Francis Apizza on Erie Ave is a deal that cannot be beat! This pizza is as good as any in the whole city. For the price and size, it is an unbeatable value. I had the Erie Ave. It was a bomb! Hot honey, pepperoni, jalapeños with basil on the side. This takeout only spot has my pizza ready before the estimated time. Ordering was painless and pick up was swift. This is my new go to spot for a great pizza!

My friend and I ordered a custom pizza with pepperoni, spinach, and ricotta and it was good! Crust was not my preferred style but all the ingredients were of quality and tasted great. The restaurant is takeout only (although there are some folding tables outside) and we ordered online. The pizza was likely ready after 20 minutes but it was still hot when we picked it up after 40 min.

Phenomenal pizza. Highly worth a visit. Pizza was piping hot, fresh and delicious. Online ordering was clutch as I didn't know how busy they would be. Was able to eat outside. Plenty of tables to enjoy your pizza and a beverage. Owner was super nice and we chatted about restaurants around town. Shout out to him for providing awesome service and being genuine. Best tavern style pizza I've had in some time. Visit this spot. You will not be disappointed. Can't wait to come back and try their east coast style pies that are served on other days besides Monday. I love all pizza so both would definitely be up my alley :)

One of my top 10 pizzas. Incredible crust. Quick service. Carry out only. We had a couple slices tailgating style. Well done!!

Ordered: Erie Ave We were at a nearby restaurant for lunch and I saw so many high rated reviews of the best pizza in Cincinnati that we had to stop by to get a second lunch. The reviews were not wrong- it is currently the best pizza that I've had in Cincinnati! On Saturday, they have a 10 inch special for half the price. The pizza was still warm when we got home and every bite was perfect! The crispy crust, quality pepperoni, hot honey and the sauce was everything! I appreciated the fresh basil on the side. I wished they had an indoor seating area so we didn't have to wait to get home to eat it.

Great pizza, great salad, good selections but not as many at the Oakley location. The ingredients were very fresh and the Cesar dressing was delicious. Some red sauce got on the white pizza but can't complain too much. Garlic sauce was mainly oil so would recommend another dipping sauce.

Made my way in on a Monday for their take on Chicago Thin Tavern Pizza. Just one size, 14" and only on Mondays. Dough fermented for a week. This was my first time here, so I'm guessing regular style is New Haven. I enjoyed my pizza and they even pie cut it for me. Pepperoni with hot honey hit the spot. Could have used a couple more minutes in the oven. Just learned they just opened a dine in restaurant in Oakley, but closed Mon-Tue. They will have tavern style there the rest of the week. This place is only to-go.

St. Francis Apizza is one of my favorite spots in town. The crust is what makes this pizza. It is crispy and not too thick. One of my favorite things they do is Tavern Style Mondays. I'm from Chicago and its hard to find any square cut pizza here. They do it so well and thin, plus when you add the cup-and-char pepperoni it is spot on. The only thing I wish is they had was sit down so I could eat it right away! It is carry out only, so I have to wait till I get home to eat it!!

We had better service here than most "normal" sit down restaurants. And the food...not one item we have tried was bad, the vast majority have been the best in their category. Best mozzarella sticks: it's obvious it's a higher quality mozz than whatever everyone else uses. Crispy perfection! Best GF/cauliflower pizza: lots of toppings to choose from (though somehow chicken isn't an option on DD) and again, from the mushrooms to the sauce, you can taste the difference. They make the sauces in house! According to my husband, best Chicken Parm he has had since moving here! You get a healthy portion. And...best cannoli in the area! Growing up in a predominantly Italian and Polish area, I have been lucky to have REALLY good Italian pastries...and their cannoli was reminiscent of those times. It was honestly so delicious, and oddly enough was even better reheated the next day! (Reheated great in a toaster oven) It also came out quicker than I expected. The dough was so fantastic and clearly homemade. It was perfectly buttery and flaky, yet firm structural. The sauce was also delicious. A must: pairing everythingggg with their house made ranch. My brother got a steak hoagie and was pretty disappointed when a small sandwich with a meat patty and a side of potato chips is what came out. It just didn't match the caliber of the pizza at all. We also got to Italian sub style hoagies, and those were both small and underwhelming as well. The dining room had a bit of a disheveled feel but I couldn't quite put my finger on what was off. Please come to this restaurant if you are in the Cincinnati area!…read more First, I wish to state that I am not from Ohio and that this is my first time eating at Two Cities, but this restaurant might be my favorite pizza shop going forward. Second, I only had two of the items on the menu but so many of the other options on the menu looked amazing as well. This Two Cities was built inside the old city hall of Mason, with Mason being a cozy little town in of itself. The restaurant smells amazing upon entering, course it would because they cook their food fresh. It's even got a little ramp that leads down to the main seating area for mobility impaired persons. My first minor issue with this Two Cities was that the booth I was sitting at was slightly raised by a literal step, which nearly made me trip while exiting the booth because I hardly noticed getting into the booth due to my height (6'3 at the time of writing review). There are other booths though that are not raised, so an opinion is to be based of where you are seated. My waitress was really kind and offered a helpful opinion when I was deciding on which pizza to get after being seated by a host. The waitress also allowed me to put in my order all at once (drink, appetizer, and entree). The appetizer (garlic parmesan fries) arrived fast and were undoubtedly scrumptious; the fries were a near perfect mix of crunchy and soft with the shredded parmesan and minced garlic adding extra flavor. Their ranch is also superb. I got the 13" Rhythm Road Pizza (which I shared with someone. I could not eat half of a deep dish pizza alone) and it was something else. Most importantly, it had MASHED POTATO on it instead of a traditional pizza sauce and notably, chipotle aioli drizzled on top (there are more toppings, of course, but they're more normal toppings). Unfortunately, the pizza slices were unevenly sliced, leading to inconsistent slice size and the toppings slide off the pizza easily when scooped up with the provided pizza spatula, all minot grievances of course. The only true complaint I had with this Two Cities was that my waitress did not actively seek out to refill my glass when it was empty. I will say that my drink was not close to the edge for her to see, but it was within view from any view of the table. There were a relatively high number of customers in the restaurant for the time I was there (about an hour before closing), so I don't hold it against her for not noticing. The cups were average size, so I wasn't exactly dying of thirst while dining. The music inside was of good taste and was at a very respectable volume. The other patrons were also well mannered and I had no need to raise my voice to speak to my dining buddy. The final thing I wish to add to this review is how nice the bathroom was. They were very clean, had two urinals (short and tall), one wheelchair accessible stall, nice smelling soap, a simple water control handle, a foot doorhandle, and MOUTHWASH. This is only public building I have ever been in that has offered complementary mouthwash, let alone a bathroom. This could be an Ohio or Midwest exclusive thing, but I enjoyed using the mouthwash nonetheless.
