We got it to go, but having popped in, would have enjoyed dining in. Restaurant is cute and has an ample wine selection, would have made for a great date night. I had the Kentucky Bourbon brisket and a Sicilian slice, don't judge. The Sicilian slice was nice, could have make a meal out of two of them. That brisket though? . I ate an entire 10 inch. Which, if you're a big eater, the 10 inch is a meal. I'd get the 16 inch next time if I were with others to share. Service was good. At first I was annoyed at the time it took after I ordered, but it was a Friday night and they are a local operation. My recommendation would be place an order ahead of dinner time and this wouldn't be an issue. I'm a fan. Should have bought a t shirt while I was there, but confident I'll be back the next time I'm in town.

We got the New York inspired crust which is a thinner, triangular cut. The restaurant go-to is crust that is well done and charred, but you can ask for a lighter bake (which is what I want to try next time!) The crust was my favorite part. It wasn't too cracker thin and had quite a bit of flavor on its own. The pepperoni is a safe choice for a new try. It's also Eddy's preference, so that's what we went with. The pepperonis were the mini cupped size ones similar to Pizza Hut. Nothing fancy or overpowering. The sauce was a little too sweet for me. It would've benefitted from added seasoning, but it should also be easily masked by trying different toppings. Super yum! We're both excited to go back. We'll probably do half-n-half pepperoni and either sausage/mushroom (my fav growing up!) or something with burrata (cause I've never tried burrata on pizza before and that feels like a must!) Super cute and rustic vibes all around. Servers were fast and the wait time was minimal given the crowd. Seating is fairly intimate and it looks a little smooshed together, but trust me, it's kinda perfect for a low stakes night out! Note - the Caesar salad was $12. It's the perfect balance of crust, sauce and cheese. As we were eating we were mumbling this is so good. They also offer pasta dishes. The spaghetti and lasagna are so good. The pasta is served with these buttery garlic bread knots. So good. This place is mostly set up for take out. There's a couple tables if you really wanted to eat in. This is seriously a great place. The owner is so passionate about his pizza. If you're looking for a real pizza place this is your spot.
