Hmmm my pizza was just ok. I've been wanting to try their pizza for months. I'm not close by so when I had the opportunity I ordered a pie. My partner Tom and I have different dietary restrictions. Basically he eats everything and I don't eat meat. So I ordered a 1/2 & 1/2 pie. His with meat & vegetables and mine with vegetables and light sprinkle of cheese. I brought the 20" pizza home and reheated it in the oven which likely made the thin crust a bit crispier than if we had eaten it on-site. The sauce was good and the team putting the pies together. We're very service oriented. I would give both of those five stars. For his side of the pizza it had a great deal of pepperoni and a few pieces of sausage with sliced green peppers. For my side of the pizza, there were minimal vegetable toppings, which was very obvious with the lack of cheese. I could definitely make out onions, mushrooms and green peppers, but not much else. I was very disappointed due to the lack of toppings on the veggie side of the pizza. He was not impressed at all with his pizza. I would not order another pizza from them. I'm disappointed because I had been anticipating experiencing their pizza for quite a long time. I followed them on social media and everything looks fabulous. I am not a fan - the pizza is so thin, and it has barely any sauce on it. The slices are huge but since they aren't that food it doesn't make up for much. The thicker crust pizza they have is pretty decent, but it doesn't have any meat which sucks and the only way to add some is to order a whole pie. The service at the Norwood location is nice enough but I wish they had the option to order garlic knots listed online - it's the one thing on their menu that is consistently delicious. read more

Grabbed a slice here at Trophy Pizza located inside Gatherall at 2750 Park Ave, Norwood, OH 45212. Ordered: 1 Plain Cheese Slice $4.00 1 Diet Coke $2.00 Pizza was absolutely great and wished I would have grabbed another slice! Service was friendly and pretty fast too. Would make a trip back out for it. Would probably grab a drink from somewhere else as it was $2 a can and other vendors had 20oz bottles. read more

We got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the pepperoni pizza and both were hits! The pizzas are HUGE and pretty tasty. I'd love to get a Caesar salad next time. The kids were big fans! read more

Always a great place to come and grab a pizza for a Friday night. They have 20" pizzas and it is totally worth it. The are serving up NY style and I would say its pretty close. The thin crust with no flop is the best. I like how it is not overly greasy where the middle of the pizza gets soggy. They have pizza by the slice or whole. I love this as lots of places in Cincy you can not find by the slice. They have their own location but this one is located in the Gatherall at Factory 52. read more

Not bad, but nothing impressive. Crust was dry with no flavor. Good sauce, quality pepperoni. Location was a pain to get to for carry out. I'm guessing they have monopoly on drunk kids in the food hall. Hate to say it but I'd take Sbarro Pizza. This was way over priced. read more

1 Star I placed a delivery order at 5:00 PM and received a confirmation at 5:17 PM that my pizza was "ready" -- confusing since I requested delivery, not pickup. When the pizza hadn't arrived by 6:00 PM, I called to check. There was no sincere apology or effort to resolve the issue. I was told they could deliver the pizza that had been sitting for an hour or take my credit card again for a new order. It's disappointing to see such poor communication and customer service. The staff clearly didn't care about earning my business. I never received my pizza and have no interest in trying again. read more

Very seriously a contender for best pizza in Cincinnati. Certainly the best NY style pizza! The Grandma is a thick crust red sauce with pepperoni and basil. The crust is that magical combination of crisp crunchy bottom and moist chewy interior. The sauce would make any Italian grandmother happy. It"s a /5 minute drive that we will be making often. read more

I love Trophy pizza and was so happy to find out that a location opened up closer to downtown. Seemed like a no brainer to order two pizzas for my birthday dinner for my friends and me to enjoy so I placed an order for a grandma pie and a vodka meatball pie through the trophy website the day before. I received an email confirmation as well as a text confirmation of my order. I also called twice just to triple check, but no one picked up either call. The day of, I called two more times to confirm and still no one picked up my calls. At my pickup time, I got to the factory 52 counter and asked for my order and the man working the counter curtly informed me that my order had been cancelled because they didn't have vodka sauce and I should have received a refund. I never received a phone call, text, or email informing me of this cancellation before I showed up. There was also nothing on their website saying they didn't have vodka sauce when I placed my order. They also cancelled both of the pizzas I had ordered, not just the vodka sauce one. Somehow I was expected to just read their minds that my order was cancelled. After letting them know I had called multiple times to confirm my order, the same guy said "yeah we don't run the phone system." He offered to make me a grandma pie and said it would take 20-30 minutes. I let them know that I couldn't wait for that since it was my birthday and I didn't have any food for my waiting friends anymore and he just said "Aw happy birthday, I'm sorry." I ended up ordering two pizzas from Taglios that were ready in 20 minutes. They also picked up the phone when I called to confirm my order! This was one of the worst experiences I've had with food service. If you have something on your website, you cannot expect the customer to know that it's out of stock and you can't expect them to know their order is cancelled if you've given them zero notice of that. You also should have a way for customers to reach you for questions about their orders. Trophy used to be my favorite pizza place in Cincy but I will gladly go to Taglios instead from now on. read more
