    Burger and onion rings

It's a small local restaurant. At first, it doesn't look like much but it's a pleasant surprise. Service was excellent and food was very good. A little on the more expensive side for the location but certainly worth the trip. Don't sleep on it.

Late Lunch at Lori's American Grille - Goshen, OH Let me start with this: Lori's American Grille is a really cool little diner that is fully dedicated to the brave men and women who have served our country. The walls are covered with photographs of veterans, American flags, and heartfelt tributes to the armed forces. As a veteran myself, of course I had to check it out--and I can honestly say it touched me deeply. Now let's talk about the staff and the food. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Lee, who was warm, welcoming, and immediately made us feel at home. He introduced himself, asked our names--and not only remembered them, but used them throughout the entire visit. That kind of personal touch is rare these days. Lee is truly a treasure of an employee, and Lori should be incredibly thankful to have him. His pride in the restaurant and the food they serve is second to none, and it shows. The menu made choosing difficult (in the best way), but I finally landed on The Great American burger. It came topped with pimento cheese, bacon, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and onion on a brioche bun. I made it a platter and chose club fries and coleslaw as my sides. The club fries are similar to steak fries but flatter, nicely coated, and cooked in beef tallow--crispy, rich, and absolutely delicious. The coleslaw was thinly shredded with a slight spice that gave it a great kick. The burger itself? Tender, juicy, and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Honestly, I'd put it in my top five burgers I've ever had. Scores: * Burger: (10/5 stars) * Fries: (5/5) * Slaw: (5/5) So how do I sum up Lori's American Grille? Amazing. The décor, the service, and the food were all outstanding. Do yourself a favor and make the effort to visit this great little diner. You'll thank me. Tell Lee Brian said hello!!

We went to this cute place today for a late lunch. The restaurant honors all kinds of Military Veterans with picturesand flags. Our server was Lee. He was the most outgoing and friendly person. He introduced himself, shook our hands and asked our names. He always addressed us by name each time he came to our table. I ordered the Grand Stand burger. It had American cheese, tarter sauce, pickles and lettuce. My side was coleslaw. The burger was very juicy and tender. The slaw was a bit spicy and I loved it. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it.

This is another restaurant recommended by one of my property managers. It reminded me of a favorite place in Madisonville, KY, Ferrell's. The prepared upon order burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to my requested liking (medium). This burger comes with fried pickles. Be careful these will sneak up on you. They go in like a pickle but have a kick at the end. The onion rings were big and crunchy; PERFECT! They also have a local bakery that provides cheesecake slices. I didn't order one but they looked delicious. It is always nice to visit and support a local eatery! Check out the display of veterans, I assume are/were local citizens. I'm a daughters of a vet so this touched my heart. I didn't see any minority vet photos but this could be due to the low population of minorities in the area. Also, the owner is a fellow REALTOR so it's like a one stop shop! This is a definite visit for if you're a foodie like me! Tons of different burgers and other items to choose from. I will definitely be back! Oh and I loved the old tunes that were playing!

The crabragoon cheese sticks were not all the hype that we were expecting. The sweet and sour sauce that came with them had a nice kick to it. The rueben eggs roll sticks were absolutely AMAZING for someone who enjoys sauerkraut. We got a Dennis Johnson burger with tots and the Alamo burger. The Dennis Johnson was perfect with flavor and the tots were nice and crispy. I enjoyed the Alamo until my 4th bite. Then I bit into raw bacon and I couldn't eat anymore. I got the loaded wedges and the bacon on them was over cooked. Asked for sour cream and they only had a little cup with barley half of the cup of it. The service was good, no problems with it. The vibes of the restaurant was really nice and laid back. I wish the bacon on my sandwich would have been cooked all the way and that would have made such a big difference. Not sure if we'll try again.

Drove down from west Chester to grab a late lunch. I walked in and was greeted immediately by the young lady at the counter. Was told I could sit anywhere. Ordered a coffee, a Soldier burger with fries. My waiter was very friendly and helpful. The burger was one of the best I have had in the greater Cincinnati area. It was impressively good. The fries were also very good. I also enjoyed a mozzarella stick and their version of crab Rangoon. Both were very good but I would place the cheese stick above the Rangoon. I got a bread pudding to go as I was so full but wanted to try it. This is big enough for easily 2 or 3 people. I not only will be back, but I will bring friends. The place was very tidy and the bathrooms although small were clean.

    Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks

Did we drive over 40 minutes to get here? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. We had heard about the crab Rangoon mozzarella sticks and immediately knew we needed to make the trip to try them. And they were incredible - worth all of the hype. The sticks are pretty big and you get 3 in an order. Between two people, 3 was the perfect amount (getting to split the 3rd one). It was a bit pricy but quality was great so we didn't mind. The burgers we ordered were also fantastic. They were cooked perfectly and very juicy. The menu is so large we kept looking at what other people had ordered, but ultimately decided we just wanted to try some burgers. Will for sure be going back to try other things though (like the fish and chips or any chicken sandwich). The ambiance is nothing to write home about - it's basically a diner. But that's not why you go - you go because the food is incredible and the staff is great.

My boyfriend and I love supporting local businesses and Lori's American Grille is one of our favorites. They have the best selection of food. The portions are huge so I haven't tried the appetizers yet. I've heard the crab Rangoon is amazing. Definitely next time. This time I opted for the burger and onion rings. The onion rings are amazing served hot and fresh. The flavor is so good. The 5 blended steak burger is amazing too. They used to brand the bun with USA which I loved. Hopefully they go back to doing that as it was such a fun touch. This place is always hopping. There aren't many tables so get there early. The walls are covered with pictures of military veterans. I saw one from WW1. My boyfriend asked if he could bring one of his dad and they said absolutely. The servers are so nice and attentive. It's definitely a great value. If you want to try something new this place is well worth the drive.

    Fried cod sandwich

Food is amazing! We got takeout. The wife had wings and she loved them, and I had the cod fried fish sandwich and a two was simply out of this world!!! we'll definitely be going back! If you really want to treat yourself, this is the place

You're NOT leaving unsatisfied. Great flavors in every burger. Look in Tictok for MulletReview and hear the flavors roar.

The food is as sensual as a Barry White / Brittany Spears video. Service as down home and loving as your grandmother's Sunday dinners and the ambiance is as casual as a Mayberry diner. Chris & Lori have hit it out of the park. They've started to get busy at times which would be hard for the typical country burger and sandwich spot but Lori has taken the casual and made it gourmet. You can't go wrong on this menu it's all scrumptious. They need to expand. I sat next to a guy that drove from Over the Rhine and he called his friends and family to describe what he was eating he was so impressed. Now if they just brewed beer! National!!

Everything was amazing, you should go here! Everything is cooked in beef tallow so you won't feel bad. True Americans would highly recommend, fast, easy, and tasty!

I used to be the Yelp King here. I brought so many groups to the Milford location the waitresses…read moreknew us by name and brought our preferred drinks out without asking. By Golly's used to be the place where you left wondering if you'd just pulled off a heist...huge portions, real flavor, actual value. Now it feels like the new management has flipped the model to: charge more, deliver less, hope nobody notices. We noticed. Prices are premium, but the experience is bargain-bin. One overworked employee juggling the entire floor on a half-full Sunday isn't service...it's triage. And the food? Bacon so undercooked it practically squeals, burgers and buns burnt like they lost a bet, and somewhere under the carbon you can taste what used to be a pretty good patty. If you eat in, they have those fancy new platters for improved presentation...I'd rather have good food than a sexy plate. The milkshake is the real magic trick...almost $7 for a "large" that's one-third whipped cream, two-thirds regret (looked like 8-10 ounces of shake). Across the street, you get about 3X more, better, faster, and cheaper. That's not competition...that's a tutorial. To-go order? No napkins, no utensils. Fast food places get that right...and for a third of the price. But hey, nice paper boxes. Really elevates the disappointment. At this point, it's not a restaurant with a bar...it's a bar where food is an afterthought. Fancier plates, sure, but that's lipstick on a burger that used to matter. They might be making money for now, (although I've not seen the Milford parking lot packed since the old management) but this is how places lose the room...families fade out, regulars disappear (except for the bargain beer drinkers...heck I may come for $3 Miller Lites in March, but I'll eat elsewhere), and suddenly "pretty good" becomes "why are we here?" I wondered by their reviews have tanked. It didn't used to be like this. That's a problem...and yet with all the locations it's as if they think they're worthy of franchising. I could go to a big chain, buy a much better couple of burgers, fries and a shake and afford new platters and still get a better meal and reusable utensils and plates, for much less. I give em 2 years. What private equity firm would even look at such a mediocre product. I used to be one of their biggest fans. :-( In accordance with Yelp standards, no specific competitors were mentioned in this review. Only the general state of the competitive market.

Stopped by this place for the first time while in town visiting family. I don't usually leave…read morereviews, but had to give them a shoutout for their friendly service, delicious food, and good vibes! I loved the patio too, very charming. I'll definitely be back
