I placed an order on 10/08 for a half pepperoni, half ham pizza and received a Hawaiian pizza instead. Mistakes happen, no big deal -- so I called the store. The man I spoke with admitted the mix-up, apologized, and said they'd replace it. I told him I didn't want to come back out that night, and he said that was fine, I could get the replacement another time. Fast forward to today, when we were about to order again. I called to follow up and was met with complete confusion and attitude. First, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Then the tone turned rude -- to the point where I finally said, "You know what, forget it." And before I could even finish, he hung up on me. Ordered online from Marco's last night for carry out. No issues ordering or paying online. Store staff was very friendly when I got there & our door was ready a few minutes before the promised time. We got breadsticks & pizza. We both found the breadsticks & dipping sauces good. The sticks were hot, soft & seasoned as expected. The pizza was decent. No outside but definitely on par with other carry out/ delivery chains. So overall a decent meal with no surprises which with a chain pizza store is about the best you can hope for. Tip: Make sure to search their site for coupons before ordering. We were able to get our pizza 30% off due to an online deal. read more

Marcos pizza is pretty good! It's not the best pizza in Indy, but it's a great deal and tastes pretty good! The crustless pizza bowls are to DIE for. You won't even miss the pizza dough! I ordered three pizza bowls, a salad, and a small pizza and it came to $45ish. That is 100% a great deal in my opinion! Though, we also ordered a salad and there was a hair in it . Oh Marcos .... I've heard a lot of good things but don't get my expectations up for much when it comes to pizza.... With that being said, you guys DID NOT disappoint! I ordered the White Cheezy Pizza which comes with bacon, onions, sliced tomatoes, white and their 3 cheese blend .. oh! And feta! So delicious! The flavors all came together in a different way, but in a way that absolutely worked. We also ordered the Deluxe Pizza and that comes with pepperoni, Italian sausage (not the febble pieces that resemble you know what ) but real actual chunks, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, their delicious sauce and 3 cheese blend. I've eaten many supreme/deluxe pizzas, but known that made my tastebuds go "oh wow, that's FRESH!" I can honestly say that this pizza has been the highlight to my week lol! worst Marco's experience ever this evening. phoned in a delivery order at 605 pm. took over 10 minutes to take my order correctly. confirmed correct delivery address. was told about an hour for delivery. paid by card over the phone. hour and a half go by so I called to check on the order. was told they had the wrong address. This has always been my go to pizza place but may have to look elsewhere. Ordered a small thin crust supreme with extra cheese. The ingredients were almost non existent. I could have gotten a better pizza in the frozen pizza aisle at a grocery store and it would have had more toppings. Literally seven chunks of sausage, a few green peppers very few mushrooms couldn't find the onions and pepperoni was so thin you could only see it if you looked on top of the sparse pizza sauce closely. This store should be embarrassed to charge over $14.00 for this. Hopefully management monitors these comments and will make improvements. read more

My family ordered online, we were told it would be 1 1/2 hours to get our pizzas. 2 hours later we found out they canceled our order with no notice. No call, no text, no email. Just a screw you and your family. This will be the last order from us and we will spread the word as to how you treat your long time customers. I would give this place a negative star if I could. First time ordering everything was perfect. 2 weeks later, ordered delivery. The mobile app site confirmed my order and showed paid. 1 hour later and no pizza. Called and was told only one driver but said we could come pick it up which we did. Ordered again 2 weeks later because they do have good pizza. Same thing as before. Took my payment, confirmed order, 30 minutes later and no pizza. Called and spoke with manager who said they're not delivering tonight. Said computer was down and said I could cancel the order on my end to get a refund. I said you have to do it and he started to hang up without getting my name. He said he would cancel it. I will never order there again. Staff is not the friendliest, but the food is good. I have ordered twice from this location, (1) walk in carry out and (1) over the phone carry out. Both times the wait was quick, the price was decent and the food was good. The staff is just not what I would call friendly, not rude, just not friendly. This is probably one of my favorite places to get carry out or delivery pizza around my work. Yes they are part of a chain but I think their pizza is really very good compared to places like Dominoes, Papa Johns, etc. The sauce is fantastic and the crust is always good too, very fluffy and soft. The prices aren't bad either, you can get a large pizza delivered for less than 20 bucks and that's including tip for the driver. The restaurant staff and delivery drivers are also very polite and kind every time I interact with them. Sometimes having pizza delivered can be an awkward experience but their delivery drivers always smile and tell you to have a nice day which isn't always the case with deliveries anymore. All in all if you're looking for some good pizza and not wanting to spend a ton you should try Marco's, you'll be surprised at how great it is. read more

To whom it may concern: I placed an order twice with Marco's Pizza and they cancelled my order both times saying "the store is unable to fulfill my order". Both times they did not reach out to me to find a reasonable solution. I called and spoke to a very rude and unreasonable Manager named Samantha. She told me that I would have needed to pay extra and I told her I had paid extra per the options in the App. She also hung up on me once I informed her that I did in fact pay extra for the Bacon,Italian Sausage, and Extra Cheese. I have never had a problem in the past with selecting optional toppings. She never did apologize for being wrong about me being charged extra. Samantha said she had the right to just cancel my order without any communication whatsoever. This is very unacceptable DoorDash and I'm hereby requesting a Full investigation into this matter. Depending on the results of this investigation I may cancel my Membership with Door Dash. Next, I had issues with a previous order that I haven't received communication about yet. Lastly, when I told Samantha I would be contacting Door Dash, she rudely informed me that's fine and we get over $3,000 a month from Door Dash. Anotherwards she doesn't care about doing Business with every customer possible. She never verified my order when I called either. Grubhub and Postmates would never have tolerated this from a Merchant. I hope that you won't tolerate this either Door Dash. Why would a Merchant say I need to call before placing my order in the Door Dash App? In my humble opinion that defeats the purpose of using the App. Several people have allergies and request things on the side. It's not abnormal to do this. We've ordered Marco's Pizza for years from various locations. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review because I understand that mistakes will always happen, but it's how a company and it's management handle said situation that matters at the end of the day. Unfortunately, this location consistently lets us down. They have yet to accept responsibility for orders that are incorrect or even improper charges due to someone not entering a coupon. You can bring issues to their attention, but it's never taken care of. It's a shame, we really liked Marco's and gave them multiple opportunities and they keep letting us down. My wife and I have ordered from this location two to threes times a month for over 5 years without never a problem. This first time I called to tell them the pizza was not cooked, the manager Brandy got on the phone told me I didn't know what I was talking about and continued to argue with me until I finally her to deliver another pizza.
