I ordered medium pizza and a calzone recently because I just didn't want to cook or go out somewhere fancy. Just wanted a nice night in. The girl who answered was pleasant enough and told me it would be ready within 15 minutes.... and it's not that far from where I live so that was good. My disappointment was that she didn't tell me about a few special offers that are prominently displayed on the outside marquee, and also in the store. It just didn't seem right. I told the guy (manager?) of my disappointment and he apologized. Maybe they should answer the phone asking if I want to hear their special offers? This is a pick up your food restaurant, not for eating in. The food was what I expected. I like the ham & cheese calzone so maybe I'll skip pizzas altogether from Mozzi's. This is my favorite lil pizza place in the area. This location is just carry-out and delivery. I always order the Loaded Potato pizza with extra tater skins. They give you a choice between daisy sour cream packets and ranch TRUST ME it is way better with sour cream and some nacho cheese on the side to dip! Hands down the best pizza they have, I will probably be eating it until the day I die and it will be catered at my funeral. I have ordered it in every size and they are all equally delicious! I definitely recommend getting the item of the month, it's only $3.99 and usually a new delicious item. This is a small Mozzi's pizza shop and is carry out or delivery only. Their pizza's are very similar to Pizza King, and if I recall they used to be a part of the PK family maybe 20 years ago, then changed the name but kept similar pizza's, haha. The staff seems okay here, not that I talk to them much being carry out / delivery, but they get the pizza's made, and usually everything is made correctly, the pizza's look very good and taste pretty good, but not the best. And they are more on the expensive end of pizza's, when their pizzas are more of a middle range taste, haha. They do have another large location on hwy 40 that has a pizza buffet during lunch hours and it is pretty good, if you're looking for an eat-in location. I recommend this place because the pizza is good. Try BBQ sauce instead of standard sauce for an extra kick of flavor. read more

Most Mozzi's Pizza places are pretty much the same quality of pizza. This one is the same - good quality, not great. We get a craving for Mozzi's pizza about 2-3 times a year and get carry out. There are no places to eat inside this Mozzi's, it is carryout only. The service is friendly, but not overly professional or empathetic. The price is a much poorer value than Papa John's or even Mama Nita's just down the road. They do have coupons but we don't often find one that fits our family of five. Their breadsticks and pizza dough are unique - that's why we get Mozzi's from time to time - doughy and soft - just plain bread without being slathered in garlic sauce or cheese. The crumbly sausage is our favorite topping. Pepperoni is also good. read more

Average pizza at a high price. The manager is rude and would not consider a concession for latte delivery (told 45 min to one hour by the order taker) when the pizza had not arrived one and a half hour after the order was placed on the phone. He said the order taker should have said an hour to an hour and half. Then he said the order was placed only an hour ago basically calling me a liar!? Never again will they get my business. read more
