Don't bother ever paying for sauces or sides. WITHOUT FAIL, THEY NEVER INCLUDE THEM WITH DELIVERY AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. They also never fulfill the rest of the order you PAID for after they only deliver parts of it. Even if you call ahead to confirm that they will deliver every part of your order AND include "please please make sure sides etc are included in delivery" in the MULTIPLE sections that are available to make notes while online ordering, they will forget. Don't bother wasting your money paying for the larger option of the side thinking they will surely not forget a larger sized option - THEY WILL. Scammers. (Manager seemed nicer this time than previous times when I have called about this being an issue but again, getting what you paid for in a delivery should be expected - not a nice surprise) read more

I love this place to get what I call my junk food pizza. I love pepperoni, onion, and banana peppers combined. The crust is always crunchy and delicious. Just found out about Jet's this year. How did I not know? Absolutely LOVE the 8 corner pizza; gooey, yet crispy, salty, yet sweet. Unreal. I've ordered from them at least 4-5 times, (I always pick it up at the store myself) and the pizza and service has been shockingly consistent. Every time I come in to get my pizza, I am immediately acknowledged. Brandon took my order last Sunday and also rang me up when I came in. He seems to typify my experience every time I come in. He was super fast, enthusiastic and friendly. Every crew member I meet is like that. Yeah, the pizza is fire, but a great attitude goes a long way on making me a repeat customer. They have a great, young crew there and I hope management realizes that and takes care of them. THAT is how you run a pizza joint. Great job, guys! You are very much appreciated. read more

I've ordered a pizza twice this week, at $50 a pop, and was told both times that the order couldn't be completed for various reasons. One? I get it. Twice? You get this. So Jett's is holding $114 of my money while it's being refunded, my kids are crying, and my pets heads are falling off. Get it together Jett's. Don't order from here if it's a pizza you want. First, this has been our go to Jets pizza store. We usually have a very good pizza, ready for pick up etc....... Today, we ordered a pizza for a pick up over an hour later. We asked to have no green peppers. When I arrived, they told me it wasn't ready. They eventually found it. What actually happened was it was in the holding oven for at least 45 minutes. With the green peppers I asked not to be on the pizza. I got home with slightly warm pizza and green peppers that didn't belong. We will not be going back. They lost a loyal customer because of not following simple instructions and providing a product that was fresh out of the oven. And no receipt was given so I couldn't contact Jets customer service center. Sad. read more

If you're familiar with Jet's I'd say the pizza is consistent with other Jet's. However, the service is pretty atrocious. On 2 different occasions we've had pizzas delivered 2hrs after we ordered (1 hr over the estimated time). This last time, over 30min late. For a chain pizza joint this location was fast, efficient, and excellent teamwork was noticed in the store. Ordered our pizza, Jets bread, and salad and it was ready in 15 minutes on a Saturday night for pick up. There was a $10 off coupon of an order of $30 or more in one of the mailers. The 8 corner pizza with Turbo crust was very good and fed two adults and two small children. There are lots of options for cheesy bread and we went with the Jets turbo bread and it was tasty. Visited Jet's for the first time since a friend suggested it. I was pleased to know they had something called a four square. Which is their version of a personal pan pizza. It was perfect for me. I called in an order for pick up and it was ready right when they said. I had chicken and pineapple as my toppings and it was delicious! I will be back to try other options. read more

While I've largely been stuck at home dealing with a recent surgery and ongoing health issues, some friends of mine gifted me a GrubHub gift card and I decided to use the card to get a first try at Jet's Pizza, a pizza joint I've long wanted to try but have never really had the chance. A Michigan-based chain started in 1978, Jet's Pizza is known for Detroit-style pizza and a trademarked 8-corner pizza. I believe they are now in over 20 states. I have found that a good number of their restaurants seem to offer pizza by the slice, at least during lunch, while the remainder of their business is either pick-up or delivery. My rating is somewhat influenced by the GrubHub experience that seems to include a delivery charge, an advised driver tip, and taxes. Thus, while I got a 25% discount as a special on GrubHub for my first order from Jet's it was far from significant since my order for a large 1-topping pizza (deep dish, pepperoni) still amounted to over $20. As someone who is laid up for health reasons, I suppose I would say it was worth it for the convenience but I can easily say that if I had the option of getting out there's definitely not a chance I'd consider paying that much for a large pizza. On the plus side, I found ordering rather easy and the options are clearly explained. The upgrades can significantly increase the price easily, so you do want to watch that price and pay attention. The menu gives an estimated delivery time and I was impressed that my pizza did, in fact, arrive during that delivery time and it was delivered as I ordered it. So, bravo for that. The deep-dish experience was solid. It's certainly not the best in Indy, not even the best chain really, but it was good with tomato sauce being slightly on the underwhelming side. The pepperoni topping was appropriate - not too slight or too generous. It felt appropriate and I enjoyed it quite a bit. The crust was solid, easily a 4-star experience, and I think I ended up eating slightly less than half of the pizza. I'll definitely have some cold pizza leftovers and I'll be anxious to see how the pizza holds up in terms of leftovers. I really wrestled with whether or not to give a 3-star or a 4-star review. I will confess that the price factor is a major detractor for me, but that's as much about GrubHub as it is Jet's. I would be much higher on Jet's had I not paid so much for what felt like a $10-12 dinner that was considerably more due to delivery. However, I also have to acknowledge that since I was gifted the gift card, enjoyed the meal, and it was delivered as ordered I have a hard time knocking an extra star off for price when I knew the price upfront when ordering. I could have backed out and didn't. So, I give a 4-star review with a modest disclaimer that you're probably much better off if you can pick it up yourself or if you're taking advantage of one of their many specials. I will likely go back for sure, but it'll probably be when I don't have to have it delivered. read more

Good pizza for the price! I had a coupon that came in the mail for a $13.99 large specialty pizza, so I decided to order Jet's carry out one Friday night. Chose the veggie option with light cheese and New York Style crust. I called in my order and was attended to immediately without waiting on hold. The fella that took my order was polite and repeated it back correctly. I went to pick it up in 15 mins. and the gal at the front counter was equally helpful, also showed me my pizza to make sure the order was correct. I paid and was on my way. Only caveat here: I was charged $1 more than my coupon price, which I didn't notice until I got home and looked at my receipt. No biggie, it was still a good deal but I'd recommend you check your price closely when using a promo or coupon. The crust was chewy on inside and crisp on the outside. It wasn't exactly like I think of with traditional NY style, but it definitely had a good flavor. The toppings were fresh, and the tomato sauce was flavorful. It was truly a large pizza, also and made for plenty of leftovers afterwards. Final verdict: solid carry out pizza for a chain, and I'd come back again. read more

The crust was "Detroit style deep dish" thick, flavorful, and just the right amount of crisp. I tried them again on a Tuesday and got their Monday/Tuesday 1 topping large pizza special. I ordered online for a pickup, and it was ready to go when I got there. It was just as tasty as I remembered. I was given coupons with my order. I ordered a large pepperoni and bacon thin crust and the pizza arrived Luke warm to cold. I called immediately and spoke to someone who offered me a store credit or makeover and I chose the credit. Upon offering that his manager said he couldn't do it because he felt the pizza was acceptable. He said with it being cold outside I can't expect hot food. I mentioned that his driver may have had a hard time finding my address because he didn't park in front of house when delivering pizza. I won't be patronizing Jets anymore...eating out is to expensive for this unprofessionalism. It was done through the website and we were informed that there was no Alfredo sauce for our pizza which was fine, so we said we would take regular tomato sauce. The pizza showed up and they included no chicken or other toppings. We ended up with a plain cheese pizza and it said it on the order so we weren't really able to call it in. Jets Pizza in Broad Ripple (62nd St) is amazing! Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. The team at this location is doing a fantastic job. I refuse to visit the Jets on Shadeland or 86th St....my order is incorrect every single time. Unfortunately there have been a few times the Broad Ripple location closes early so I give the other locations a try and the one thing they are consistent with is getting orders wrong and having terrible customer service. Not once but twice the person at Shadeland ASSUMED my order was incorrect and added cheese to my pizza...! Not once but twice I found hair in my food...once cooked into the pizza and another time an eyelash in my dipping sauce. Never heard back from a manager anytime. I could go on and on about how terrible the other locations are but 62nd St is doing everything right. They call if they are not sure about my order before assuming and adding cheese. Thank you for the generous toppings, the perfectly cooked items, the accuracy and the friendliness of your teams...and for understanding that people who don't eat dairy exist.
