They gave me a 55 minute time to be ready.im fine with that. Showed up 25-30 minutes later Charged me 20% of what I ordered for a service delivery fee. I tipped as well. Got Raw uncooked pizza not the right sauces and where is the cheese on any of that. Avoid at all cost. Just now got into my raw chicken and burnt dessert. The person that answered the phone said they could break a $100 bill. After 45 minutes, the restaurant called to say their delivery person couldn't do that. After much debate I paid with a credit card which I did not want to do because we have auto bills that are deducted. They refused to apologize or offer a discount and just blamed it on the guy that answered the phone saying he didn't even work for them What? On top of all that, the order was completely wrong--wrong size, wrong toppings and missing requested sauces. Never order from them! read more

We ordered online for pickup, arrived at the location and tapped i'm here in the app. A girl came out for another delivery and took the name for our order, she got the money for the pizzas plus a little extra for bringing it out to us, she said she'll be right out with our pizzas. 17 minutes later we're still waiting, my wife is calling them and tell them it's been 17 minutes since she said she'll be right out with our pizzas. We then wait 5 more minutes until she finally brings them out, and i can feel that those pizzas were not just taken out of the oven, they are not hot. The inability by the workers to get what you order and then have it prepared properly is ridiculous. This is not the first time. We can never get extra sauce; there is always very little sauce on the pizza. When we order 5 toppings it's on about 1/2 of the pizza from the middle to the outside; the outside 1/2 has barely anything on it. It is not that difficult! read more

Management could benefit from a reminder course in customer service skills at this location! We ordered a pizza last night and it arrived on time, but it was cold. The box, itself, felt colder than the soda I had just removed from my refrigerator. The pizza inside was rubbery and not warm, as well. I immediately called to tell them. The manager, Rebecca, really dropped the ball. Her first words to me SHOULD have been some type of expression of regret that my family was served an inferior product. Her first words were quite the opposite, though. "What do you mean cold???" She scolded me. I was taken aback. At this point, I told her again... She asked for my phone number, then told me "there's no way that's cold. It just came from the oven and went straight to you!" She was actually annoyed with me and wasn't the least bit inclined to hide it. I remained calm and told her yet again the pizza is cold. She offered to make another, but said it would be an hour or that she could give me partial credit but that's all she could do. At this point, I chose to hand the phone off to my husband, as I was still reeling from being basically called a liar and/or too ignorant to differentiate between hot and cold. My husband was insulted, as well. She told him she has people waiting and there's just no way our pizza was cold. Basically, she is perfect and all pizzas she makes are, and we are simply trying to get a freebie? Unbelievable!! Had she apologized, I'd have been more inclined to return as a customer in the future. As she not only neglected the apology, but also scolded and insulted both my husband and myself, we will NEVER EVER order anything from this location again. It's nice having a Pizza Hut local and for the most part this location provides fast and friendly service. I usually carry out since I live so close and food is always ready in under 20 minutes. Most of the staff is pretty friendly and my order is usually right ( two times I've ordered wings there was an error on sauce and style - boneless vs bone in ) but the mistake was fixed in a timely manner. Wednesdays are 60 cent wings but you must order in sets of 8, 16, 24, or 40 as where at B-dubs you can get as many or a few wings as you like. Overall good pizza, fair prices, and fast service. I gave this Pizza Hut another try after multiple %$^#ups on almost every order I have ever had from them. I thought it was odd when my Pizza came out that the crust was pure white. (thin and crispy) When I got home the pizza was about 1/2 cooked. I ordered Cinnibons also which were under cooked.. I tried to bake them myself but not very successful. I will never use this Pizza Hut again!! I have been using the one in Greenfield Indiana because of the poor quality and the manager was a rude b^&*h at New Palestine. The one in Greenfield is excellent!! It is 15 minutes away instead of 5, but worth the drive!! New Palestine Pizza Hut, you straight up suck! read more

The place clean, fast service, food tasted great. The reasons MSG if your are MSG and sodium intolerant DO NOT EAT PIZZA HUT. I had what I call a MSG hangover. And actually felt effects with in 1 hour. My husband who is not normally sensitive had a problem. Won't be eating it again. read more

I debated on giving 2 stars just for the fact that the delivery guy Clint is so great. He is the nicest, happiest, most upbeat young man ever. Clint gets 5 stars. Unfortunately, we can only give 1 star since it's unlikely we will give our business to this Pizza Hut again. The pizza is good with the classic Pizza Hut flavor; the sauce is very watery or runny. Any other Pizza Hut has a sauce that is thicker. That would not deter me from ordering from them again though. Aside from Clint, the customer service flunks. Our previous order came to us wrong. I ordered a Cheese Lovers pizza and chose the sauce option of marinara. It came with alfredo. I called, and basically, it was too late to fix; they were closing. The manager proceeded to argue with me that the pizza I chose comes with alfredo, but I had a receipt that said marinara for the sauce. Despite the fact that online it gave me the option to choose marinara, she said it was my fault for not knowing the pizza normally comes with alfredo. How would I know this? How would I know that I was choosing a different sauce at my own risk - if the pizza maker doesn't notice the details of my order, it's my fault for making a special order. So after arguing with me for like a half hour, she agrees they'll give me a free cheese pizza next time. This time came, and of course, the manager argues with me about not seeing my credit - this is only after hanging up on me. We called to order a pizza, and the greeting is that delivery is 50-90 minutes. I say we'll still have delivery. She says, 'Please hold.' There is some hold music 10 seconds then we're disconnected. I call back, have the discussion on the credit, finally the same manager agrees to it, but we do not get any of the other deals available because I'm informed that only one deal/coupon per order, and apparently getting a credit for the pizza we paid for and did not get before, IS the deal/coupon for this order. The pizza here is good but not worth having to be talked in such a hateful manner as our last 2 encounters. We'll call Mozzi's who have always been top notch in the customer service department. read more
