We love Jacks Pizza. Like, really really really love it. Our family enjoys the thin crust and the wonderful toppings. You can find specials online and even order online. Super easy and quick. Although I can no longer eat there due to gluten sensitivity, my family really enjoys the pizzas here. Our favorite are pepperoni and bacon. Friday night is our family pizza night. I always try to order/try a different place. We ordered xlarge sausage and pepperoni with xtra cheese. 2 orders of stix. By looks.. pizza need to be put back in for a bit longer. Same with one of the orders of stix. The cheese dipping sauce is straight from the fridge(cold). Taste wise everything is good. I gave it 3 stars because of the above... would've given it 4 if it had been done a bit longer. I will order again but I'll make sure to say "I need it more done" next time. read more

Order from here at least 2-3 times a month & spend $49 @ the centergrove location! Last order was wrong & they gave us $30 credit! 1st time in years it has happened! So tonight we call to use it and they dont have record.... even said the last time we ordered was 2/19! Well I order online & i see several for 2019 when I log on but it says last order 12/27/19 but they dont see the same thing I'm seeing! So we want to talk to someone! a refund! because we will never order there again! Basically was called a liar!! You cant lie what's showing in the computer!! I even offered to show what's on my order history! Just rude!! Wouldnt even give us his name!! Manager needs to learn customer service!! We are sad we have to find another favorite pizza place!! I ordered online and I was charged for an item I did not add. When I called the restaurant to correct the order it was handled fine, reversed without issue. (So far) The times listed for delivery were 30-40mins and it took 1hr 10mins to arrive at my house. The added item came correct BUT the pizza was a thin crust plain cheese when I ordered a pan pepperoni. Not a great experience for my first time ordering from them. I would rate a 1 Star however the customer service is worth an extra star. read more

Placed an order at 5 o'clock, sent a text message that it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. Showed up to the store to pick up the pizza and was told the pizza hadn't been made yet. Came back 40 minutes later to pick up we thought would be a finished pizza. To be asked if we'd already picked it up. (Sarcasm yes I already picked it up that's why I came back to the store.) Don't even think it. Put the phone down. Out of all the choices for pizza in this city - good, bad, or arguably one step up from ramen - Jack's shouldn't even be on your radar. This is not to say we had a bad dining experience with them ourselves (we'll let the other reviews speak to the fecal quality of their menu), we didn't even make it past the extremely rude service. And it was an impressive level of rude, to be blunt. I don't think many readers will expect any prosaic nuance past "the dude was yelling at me because I didn't have my phone number ready." Never had a problem until the last two times ordering. Order via online. Never have issues, ever. Last time, emails says 45 mins (Oh except the winter weather advisory then itd be up to 1 hour). We are 5 mins away, usually they are here within 30 mins. Like I said never issues. Last time over an hour, they said they are short staffed. Last time I tried to call to get a status... busy signal for 20 mins straight. Today, 45 mins with the same 1 hour winter weather etc... (it's not winter) update it, if you need more time. I call it's over an hour, wahoo I get thru... Jack's pizza hold. Hello, hello???? I didnt have time to say anything. Great.... waited and waited, no one came back. I hung up and called back, same thing, 3 mins pass. :) I'm not happy by then. It's been well over an hour (1 hour winter advisory) he told me their wait was an hour and half... then update you online system! We are having problems with our online ordering he told me. (Last time I ordered from them i got them email when my pizza was done and when it was delivered... it sat in there car or shop for awhile, arrived cold. Thanks Jack's! We didnt say anything because hey everyone has bad days. I wasnt nice I told him I wanted the pizza in 5 mins, we were right around the corner, I was quoted a time and they needed to keep it. He said that wasnt going to happen. I said discount or free or keep the SOB yep I sure did. Got the manager... he said they pizza was sitting there ready, but it wouldn't be here in 5.... but 20. You want it or cancel it. I said cancel it.... you lost a customer. I spent way to much money personally, entertaining etc.... to continue with you and your service... I'm afraid to say this but so far always a perfect pizza. Sausage and bacon pizza!!! Yum. If you like the thin and crispy type pizza this is the best. I do like Bobs pizza but Bobs Pizza can be different each time you order it but not Jacks, perfect every time. read more

Don't know how the other reviewers had a problem cause ive been ordering from this location for the last year or so and never once had an issue. Actually ill comment on how good the consistency is from pizza quality to service/time it takes to make the pie. I just like this style of pizza too, the kind where you can eat the crust too cause its not like a huge chunk of dough its nice and thin and crispy. Think Pizza Kings brother. BTW when they give you extra cheese, you effin know it! This pizza is great for any occasion. I dig it and can polish off half an XL on my own. Maybe Josh should elaborate more on the business itself instead of the other reviewers and Booger probably likes pizza hut and cant even remember his own phone # so there you have it - who wants to wait on someone to try to remember their own phone number??
