This is how my pizza was delivered

We have been ordering jacks for years now never been Amy issues. Until Friday . I was emailed saying it should arrive by 8:40 it did not arrive until 9:20 . And when we opened the box half the the cheese and toppins was stuck to the top of the box like it was upside down on its way to be delivered. And so I call and they said they would put a 25$ credit good. Until Monday called to try and use the credit they tell me I don't have one

This is the meat lovers well done. I'm not sure where burnt was mentioned as being what is considered well done... ‍‍

Placed order online 7:08p. Notice said that during peak times delivery can exceed one hour. In no way does that indicate you need to expect a 2+ hour delivery. Brenda, the manager I spoke to, said that exceeding one hour could mean anything over an hour. But, since I didn't know that she'll give me 50% off my next order. She said my pizza had just left. This was at 8:39pm. I received a text stating the pizza was out for delivery, at 8:59pm. We live 1/2 mile from the store. It just arrived at 9:06. $55 dollar pizza (after tax, delivery fee and driver tip). Pizza was very greasy, the mushrooms were from a can and the crust that wasn't burnt was oddly underdone and chewy. This was so awful and I really hate to post such negativity, but this was a very expensive mistake that I'm hoping to help others avoid.

Awesome pizza loving it

To me it is the best pizza on the south side of Indy. We always have ham, sausage, and green olives with light sauce.

One of my local favorites. Good red sauce, cheese is great and the crust is perfect especially if you like thin.

It's very cool on the inside with vintage and Indiana-themed decor, tin ceilings, and, of course, a potbelly stove. The staff were friendly. But brother and I were very confused about the ordering process. There wasn't a lot of directional signage showing where to start and each step of the process. I watched a few other customers go through and they didn't seem like they had a problem so maybe it was just us. Next time I would probably just order online and pick it up so I could avoid the in-person ordering process altogether. I had the turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. I would say definitely a step up from your typical sub sandwich chain in terms of flavor and toppings options. I tried the chili mac as well. The chili is definitely à la Wendy's but I enjoyed it. The mac and cheese was good as well. I'd probably get either on its own but not together again. I also tried the Potbelly/Zapp's collab chips, the Hot Pepper flavor. They were good but are definitely not for everyone. When I visited, most of their fountain soda options were out of order so I settled on a no sugar added Pineapple Passionfruit juice/soda which was actually pretty good. We'll definitely be back - especially to try out their milkshakes!

Same owner as 1823 Bakehouse in Franklin, so you know the coffee and matcha is going to be good. I had a matcha latte with honey and lavender and it was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet and the matcha was the star. While I got mine to go, this would be a great place to meet someone for breakfast or lunch as they also serve some bakery items like açaí bowls, juices and sandwiches. The decor is fun, with literary vibes and there are some cool artwork on the walls too, including a mural. Loved chatting with the owner and the barista working the front counter who advised me on what flavor matcha to get. I will definitely go back to try some other things!

I gave a different review back when the company had a different name (Roots to Rise) - same ownership - and I hadn't been impressed with their coffee or açaí bowls. With the new branding, I figured I'd visit again & stick to juices. They quickly became my post-yoga stop on weekends. I would have went before work on weekdays but they aren't open early enough for that. Today after I ordered I was warned there were a few orders ahead of me. That knowledge before ordering would have been more helpful. Normally a 5 minute wait or so, I was guessing a 15 minute wait would be reasonable. I went outside listened to 3 songs, back in, still no drink, went back out- 2 more songs, back in, still nothing. Ordered at 11:15, drink was done at 11:51. I think good business would have been upping my size for free, or a coupon, or even a thanks for your patience. A simple, "Thanks," while kind enough, caught me off guard. Any gesture to recognize that wait was unreasonably long would have sufficed. The juice was still delicious, I can't lie. I don't know if it's staffing (2 employees on Sat. morning- no Now Hiring sign tho) or what, but if you are in any kind of time crunch, I'd probably avoid the wait. If you are on vacation time- by all means- go enjoy their offerings. I realize it's what comes with a small business, but also something to recognize an unusually long wait would also be a small business quality. I'm disheartened by this. Greenwood is very slack on fresh juice options, although I saw an Ever-Well going in on 31.

We both remembered getting the salchipapas & they were great for something so simple. This time my wife got the lechon & I cannot remember the name of mine (it was a sandwich with steak, onions & fries on it It's new & our server said it was her first favorite & my wife's was her second.) Both of these were outstanding!! I don't like soggy fries, but these didn't get too soggy, but did have a lot of flavor. We are seriously get back here sooner rather than later. The service was great! Everyone was friendly & the prices weren't too bad. I struggle with becoming a grumpy old man who thinks everything costs too much, but this was very good for what we paid.

Don Juan V is an exceptional Peruvian restaurant whose sandwiches are the crown of its menu. I…read morevisited it with my friend Luis, who is Peruvian, on the second day of our trip to Indianapolis for a hardcore festival. Weary after a full morning of sets and performances, we sought respite and a proper lunch meal, and found both here. The restaurant is unassuming, housed in a humble tin hut. To me this was a green flag, as the finest restaurants I visited across Latin America looked precisely like this. We eagerly pored over a menu with many tempting options. Guided by Luis's expertise, we ordered the tilapia ceviche to share, the chicharrón sandwich for him (the viral sandwich apparently), and the lomo saltado for me. Everything was cooked to order, so the food took twenty-five to thirty minutes to arrive - it was entirely worth the wait. The ceviche was impeccably fresh, with tender yet crisp calamari and a generous portion. The bright tang of lime, the plump Peruvian choclo kernels, the toasted cancha, and the sweet camote made it irresistible to stop eating. My only wish was for some plantain chips or slices on the side. The sandwiches then arrived, and they were phenomenal. I was captivated by my lomo saltado, its beef tenderloin strips tender and seasoned to perfection, bathed in a juicy, savoury sauce that was perfect to be mopped with bread. The standout was the extraordinary wok hei. Luis explained that Peruvian chefs have long cooked in woks, as Chinese and Hakka influences, dating to the 1800s, gave rise to the beloved chifa tradition. One can really taste that history in every bite. My only reservation is that the dish was a bit too salty toward the end, so I would suggest ordering the bread on the side so it won't soak up too much of the juice all at once. Overall, it was a wonderful and deeply satisfying meal. The bill came to roughly $65 USD, which is not cheap, but the quality and freshness more than justified it. We shall return the next time we find ourselves in Indianapolis.

Opposed to how our reviews normally go we have been to Portillo's before, however we did not have the experience we had hoped for and wanted to give it a second chance for real. I ordered the Beef and Cheddar Croissant. It was fantastic as always. I got some au jus on the side to dip in along with some cheese sauce. The jus didn't do a whole lot for the sandwich but the cheese sauce was fantastic. My girlfriend ordered the Chicago Dog. She really enjoyed it and the way it was very briny and tangy with all the pickled items. She also loves tomato's so it was a huge hit for her. She added a little ketchup which I did holler at her for the sin, no worries. We got three separate side items to share. We got basic French Fries, Onion Rings and Chicken Tenders. All three are delicious. The fries are standard crinkle cut fries. Hard to mess those up. The chicken tenders are huge, juicy and very crunchy. The onion rings in my opinion are the best of the three sides we ordered. Dipping the onion rings in the au jus was fantastic. I enjoy the comeback sauce as well with all items and of course the cheese sauce goes with everything. Overall Portillo's the second time around was miles better for us. We will return again.

Mustard and that is usually it. Fries were good for crinkle cut. The shake had a cherry flavor rather than the date flavor. I was not expecting that but I kind of liked it. Clean and bright was an issue. There were quite a few people behind the counter but not enough to clean tables. It was my first time at a Portillo's, so maybe their drive in is more of a focus. I do not live in a state that has a Portillo's but I would go back to one in Arizona for Spring Training.
