They had pepperoni, cheese or sausage you could buy. I chose sausage and it was good. It wasn't a thick Chicago style pizza. It had a nice amount of crust to hold up to the good sauce they had on it. Some pizzas can be really dense and heavy. This was not. It was the perfect personal pizza size and I would definitely order that in the restaurant. I would want to try one of their Italian beef sandwiches with the peppers also. They have breaded raviolis, chicken Parmesan sandwiches, hot Italian sandwich and more at the restaurant in Greenwood. Yum! So, if you ever find yourself at a Center Grove Athletic game head over to the concession stand and get one of the yummy South of Chicago pizzas! Easy to carry to your seat and eat! I decided to try Noble Romans as a change of pace recently and met a friend at the Franklin location for lunch because she lives close by. We went recently around noon on a weekday. I was really surprised we were the only ones there except for another table. That's pretty much the way it was the whole time we were there the whole time. We decided to get a personal pizza and the salad bar option. I always like a good salad bar. Their salad bar was lacking quite a bit. They needed to put more lettuce in the lettuce bin and the lettuce that was in there was not looking very good and was basically empty in the pan. I asked if they could replace it or add some more. She did that, but instead of replacing it, all she did was dump new lettuce on top of the old stuff. The rest of the salad bar just didn't look fresh. Their choices were not as vast compared to other salad bars that I've been to. The salad dressings were varied and OK or acceptable, When our pizzas came out, they were just OK as well. For some reason, they threw too much sauce on the top of my pizza which was kind of strange and I had to scrape much of it off. I can honestly say I was a bit disappointed with our visit there and I probably won't go back. Our server was nice for the most part. The establishment looked clean and overall atmosphere and decor was pleasant enough. We went recently around noon on a weekday.

Here on the east side we have all the big chain pizza places and a few others but once you have Pasquale's there's no reason to go anywhere else for pizza. I think maybe it's the daily in store made dough which is delicious and fresh and so fragrant and maybe the superior excellent ingredients. The last time I was ordering I asked the owner if their mushrooms were fresh or canned and he showed me a fresh mushroom! I appreciate someone who cares enough about their craft they don't mind discussing the details. Seriously best pizza I have had anywhere in Indy. Also, I really love the fact that all of the employees are gentlemen who are friendly, positive, patient and kind. They let you know how long it will be for take away and it isn't fast but it's so worth it!
