I went to this location with a friend recently. It's very comparable/identical to the location in Greenwood. I always like the fact that they have a nice variety of pizza to choose from on the buffet as well as a decent salad bar. The price is always reasonable, considering what it can cost now to go out and eat AA a rule. The restaurant was clean and everything went smoothly. The Chicago pizza restaurant in Greenwood is a great option for a pizza buffet during lunchtime. The always fresh salad bar and the delicious pizza and breadsticks never fail to make my belly happy. They have two cheese sauces to choose from one nacho and one cheddar along with a pizza sauce for dipping. The buffet today was $12 for all I could eat with my choice of fountain coke products. They even give you a to go cup when you are done! The pizza selections vary from day to day but are usually consistent. You can even ask for a specific pizza to be cooked and they usually oblige. the new sign states no special request anymore, so this may no longer be a thing. The salad bar has tons of options and never disappoints with its freshness and plentiful selections. Your tables are always kept clean and so is the restaurant. I love Chicagos! We used to go here all the time in middle school. They have the best pizza ever. Their Buffalo chicken pizza is my absolute favorite. They have a small beer menu and Pepsi products. They also have a salad bar with a ton of toppings to choose from. They do a lunch buffet Monday through Friday that is so affordable and worth it! Chicago's is my go to whenever I'm craving a good pizza and salad. read more

So with my usual delivery service i ordered my pizza. I noticed it wasn't coming from the location in Franklin. (First time this happened, please read on). The driver hands me the box and it's twice the weight I expected. That's right! Chicago pizza isn't light. I'm from Buffalo and forgot that Chicago pizza requires a two man lift. I've been here so many times in my life as a family favorite place to eat, but this place has gone really downhill within the past couple of months. For starters, I have had 2 incidents where I came with a friend, and for those who aren't aware, this is a self seated restaurant. So, we sat and were seen by several waitresses only to wait 10+ minutes to be greeted and given the menu. The second time we weren't as patient. We waited 10 minutes and then left to a better, more respectful restaurant. Another instance I have had is ordering through DoorDash. It took a called complaint in order to get this fixed on the app, but we ordered 2 half orders of bread sticks thinking each half order came with 6 sticks, since the picture featured had 6 sticks in it. Well, our dasher came to our door with only 6 sticks and didn't even give us the sauces we ordered, in fact, we got sauces we didn't ask for and didn't get the ones we did. When I called, I was told I would have to pay extra for more sticks when the app told me I would get 12 based on the image provided. Overall, very unprofessional and horribly unsatisfied. read more

I ordered pizza and was told it would be 20 minutes I show up 20 minutes later and not only has my pizza not even been put in the oven yet but there's about 10 people standing there waiting for their pizzas to so they knew they were running behind and couldn't even tell me on the phone you know what man we've got a lot of people here tonight so it's going to take longer than usual that way I could have decided whether or not I wanted to go somewhere else so I pay the guy he says it'll be a few minutes I step back along with 10 other people and he proceeded to take every person's money that walks in the door and never once goes and checks to see if anybody who's already paid order is ready so I see to pizza boxes up in the window along with a ton of other ready to go pizzas and I finally said to one of the girls behind the counter could you check and see if my pizzas are ready and I gave her my name and of course she went right to the to pizza boxes that had been sitting there for 20 minutes so I'll pay him I'm told my pizza are in in in the oven yet my pizza finally get done and they sit there under the hot lamp for 20 more minutes when me and an entire crowd of people are getting angrier and angrier because this guy doesn't know how to do anything but take money and take orders never goes back to check on who's pizza is ready Chicago's if you're going to get busy with you are you better teach your people how to take care of the customer correctly because that is not how to do it I will not be back to that Chicago's for a long time and we were good customers who came in regularly you lost this customer tonight because you couldn't make it through a busy shift and do the right thing and take care of the customer I'm now taking home cold pizzas that we're not even in the oven when I got there so I should be taking home the hottest Pizza on the planet cuz it should have been handed to me as soon as it came out of the oven shame on you Chicago I'm done with you read more

Visited on a Saturday night and this place was quiiiiiet. As far as my pizza rating scale of from Little Caesars to Jackamos, well honestly I prefer Little Caesars over Chicago's. I would normally say they are on par, but at least little caesars sauce has a little more going on. The service was great, the timing was slow, and the atmosphere was traditional. I definitely prefer the lunch buffet experience wayyy better, at least that way I can fill up on salad, breadsticks and dessert pizza! read more

This place is a joke. I'm from Chicago and here on business. Their pizza they can Chicago Style is not Chicago deep dish which is like a thin crust pressed into a deep pan and filled like a pie. It's not thick crust... The only pizza like this is found at Pizza Hut. They should loose the name Chicago as it's an insult to our City. Call it Pizza Hut Style Pan Pizza. When I saw the pizza i told the waitress this is not Chicago style. She agreed and said they false advertise.
