It is a smaller space but perfect for a dinner casual atmosphere. They have various drink options but our favorite is actually their locally made root beer - and it is free refills! They have a brick oven so their pizzas are always just the right amount of crunchy and crispy but with dough that melts in your mouth. They also now have house made gluten free which is slightly chewy but has great flavor. Much appreciated and also delicious. I tried the Greek pizza with feta, olives and spinach which was salty and briny and amazing. My husband had a calzone which melted in his mouth he said (thus no pictures this time). They needed to put more lettuce in the lettuce bin and the lettuce that was in there was not looking very good and was basically empty in the pan. I asked if they could replace it or add some more. She did that, but instead of replacing it, all she did was dump new lettuce on top of the old stuff. The rest of the salad bar just didn't look fresh. Their choices were not as vast compared to other salad bars that I've been to. The salad dressings were varied and OK or acceptable, When our pizzas came out, they were just OK as well. For some reason, they threw too much sauce on the top of my pizza which was kind of strange and I had to scrape much of it off. I can honestly say I was a bit disappointed with our visit there and I probably won't go back. Our server was nice for the most part. When we eat at the restaurant, the pizza is excellent -- generous cheese, plenty of toppings, and exactly what keeps us coming back. However, our takeout experiences have not been the same. Our most recent pizza looked like they ran short on cheese compared with what we normally receive when dining in. The takeout service experience has also felt different. During our recent pickup, the interaction felt less welcoming, including when we asked for parmesan cheese to go with our order. Overall, Brozinni makes great pizza, but we hope the takeout quality and experience become as consistent as dining in.
