It is a smaller space but perfect for a dinner casual atmosphere. They have various drink options but our favorite is actually their locally made root beer - and it is free refills! They have a brick oven so their pizzas are always just the right amount of crunchy and crispy but with dough that melts in your mouth. They also now have house made gluten free which is slightly chewy but has great flavor. Much appreciated and also delicious. I tried the Greek pizza with feta, olives and spinach which was salty and briny and amazing. My husband had a calzone which melted in his mouth he said (thus no pictures this time). A fun experience and the service is always friendly and quick. We love going to Richard's and will continue to enjoy their house made perfections!

It didn't impress me enough to become loyal customer. There are so many pizza places to choose from in the south side area that after awhile you just end up settling on a few faves based on your own experience and your personal taste preference especially as far as the quality of the food . I decided to try Noble Romans as a change of pace recently and met a friend at the Franklin location for lunch because she lives close by. We went recently around noon on a weekday. I was really surprised we were the only ones there except for another table. That's pretty much the way it was the whole time we were there the whole time. We decided to get a personal pizza and the salad bar option. I always like a good salad bar. Their salad bar was lacking quite a bit. They needed to put more lettuce in the lettuce bin and the lettuce that was in there was not looking very good and was basically empty in the pan. I asked if they could replace it or add some more. She did that, but instead of replacing it, all she did was dump new lettuce on top of the old stuff. The rest of the salad bar just didn't look fresh. Their choices were not as vast compared to other salad bars that I've been to. The salad dressings were varied and OK or acceptable, When our pizzas came out, they were just OK as well. For some reason, they threw too much sauce on the top of my pizza which was kind of strange and I had to scrape much of it off. I can honestly say I was a bit disappointed with our visit there and I probably won't go back. Our server was nice for the most part. The establishment looked clean and overall atmosphere and decor was pleasant enough. We went recently around noon on a weekday.

I ordered a burger with no bun (they do not offer a gluten free bun) and it came out extremely dry and not seasoned well at all. My coworkers also felt their burgers rather lackluster. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks filled, but she wasn't very helpful when I explained my dietary restrictions. I can't really recommend this place.

I was worried when we couldn't make any reservations, but we got right in - nobody was waiting, they weren't busy, but they did seem to be scrambling to find a server for us, which I thought was a little odd. After a weird start, the rest of the visit was fantastic - service was great, food was excellent, and we had a lovely time on a date night. Restrooms are on the first floor (an older review says the women's is downstairs in a creepy hallway, but this must have been renovated) and are single-occupancy and unisex, which is an interesting experience depending on who has visited before you -- this was probably the low point of the experience, that restroom could use some upkeep. Not just an unpleasant previous visitor, but structurally. For such a nice place, that part was sketchy. Definitely will be coming back overall.

Online it says happy hour is all day Sunday and Monday-Saturday from 8-9pm. When we asked our waitress about it she said the website must be incorrect, even though it was listed on the Pizza and Libations website as all day happy hour on Sunday's. We ordered mozzarella sticks and a Spritz. I also ordered 2 beer samples to try before committing to a full sized beer pour. The spritz tasted watered down and had little to no flavor. Our mozzarella sticks came out in about 15 minutes. We received our mozzarella sticks before our drinks from the bar. After receiving our appetizer, we were still waiting on our drinks we ordered and had been waiting more than 30 minutes. There were multiple tables around us checking on their drinks and food because the wait was so long even though the restaurant wasn't even halfway full. There were only about 6 people sitting at the bar. Our mozzarella sticks were fresh and the hot honey drizzle was a good addition! They were pretty thick mozzarella sticks but reminded me of a higher end Arby's mozzarella stick. We ended up getting our check after my husband finally got his drink more than 30 minutes after ordering it. All in all, service was slow and the menus were not updated with correct pricing or specials. One menu stated a Coors Light was $6 while another said it was $7. Maybe it was an off night for them. The pizza looked very good and I would like to go back to give it another shot.

Our server came over and took our drink orders, I ordered the Hi Lo and my husband got the Italian mule. Our drinks arrived at our table 10 minutes later. My husband's mule was super sweet and hard to drink. My Hi Lo was awful, I couldn't even force it down! We ordered an appetizer that I forgot the name of, it had cheese and tomatoes with small garlic toasts. It was good, but 6 small pieces of toast, one that had a hole in it, didn't do much. This app definitely needs a few more toast pieces to make it worthwhile. We ordered pizzas for dinner, one margarita and one suprema. They were good, but waiting over an hour for pizza is absurd! Service was terrible and so slow! The restaurant was not full by any means, yet service was at a snails pace. We decided to order dessert, so we got the tiramisu. It was good, but definitely made in a factory and cut into pieces when ordered.
