So I used to come here regularly when I was a teenager. I always loved the lunch buffet! It used to be cheaper, but for an updated price when I went there the other day I believe it was $12.50. Or somewhere around that. (Salad bar, pizza bar, and soda/tea or lemonade.) However if I'm being honest, I did get "sick to my stomach". It wasn't fun. When I told my Mom I got sick from eating lunch there she said the last time she went she also got sick. The service is great tho the workers are all so sweet. But yeah. I guess my review is only towards the lunch buffet because perhaps the pizza I had was out a while or someone touched it or I don't know. So perhaps if you're just ordering a regular pizza it's different. If it was based off staff service though it would have been a 5! Also it was busy but it's not too loud. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Servers were very busy talking to each other instead of serving. My husbands spaghetti took over 30 minutes and then we had to ask for it. The cook hadn't even started it yet. I could see him from where we were and he put the noodles on the plate with his bare hands and the wiped his hands on his jeans. My husbands meal was cold and we had to ask for it to be heated up. One of the servers came and apologized but she was not our server and she was at the drink station chatting w the other servers. Our to-go order was ready at the promised time. We tried traditional and gluten-free crusts and both were pretty good. For GF, that's saying something. Brand new place, and I am impressed. Their lunch buffet is a-ma-zing! Probably a dozen different pizzas to choose from, breadsticks, dessert pizza, a couple pasta options, and a salad bar. They are quickly becoming popular at lunch, which means super-fresh pizza and limited seating. Possibly the only issue I've experienced so far is that they do get a little behind is busing tables during lunch rush. Pizza is deep-dish Chicago style, but not Giordano's crazy-deep-it-might-as-well-be-a-pie-Chicago-style. Since I frequent their lunch buffet I've had multiple pizza flavors and haven't had one I didn't like yet. Interior is nicely decorated, and includes a banquet room that I'm sure can be reserved for parties and meetings. Staff is friendly. Have not had dinner there yet so I cannot comment on that. Carry-out or dine-in only, no delivery. Serves some beer. Will have an outdoor seating option when it gets warm again. Also next door to a great fro-yo place for an alternate to their dessert pizza option in case you have any room left after inhaling your pizza. Definitely like this place and definitely recommend. There pizza may be the best tasting on the west side of Columbus, but the lady I talked to on the phone Tuesday October the 16th at 5:44. Was a rude ass! Maybe you couldn't hear me very well as you said, but maybe you should hang on to the phone and not drop it...I couldn't change my volume but you could certainly change that nasty attitude! I wish I had two ratings, one for the food, one for the service. 4 stars for the food, 1 star for the service. My original thought was to walk in an order are pizza to go but I decided to sit in the restaurant since it was quiet (4:30p on Saturday afternoon). I ordered a Chicago Fire pizza and had them add Pineapple. I didn't know it was 2x the price to add an ingredient. The 'za was delicious as was the beer that I paired it with. The menu indicated it would be $0.60 per ingredient added but it was $1.20 for the pineapple on a large deep dish. I can buy a full jar or two of chunked pineapple for $1.00 - this seemed expensive. The $14 for the large deep dish seemed reasonable. Service - a whole different story. I asked about the beers on tap and she could name them but not described them. Ok, not the end of the world but when I got a taste of one, it came in a PEPSI cup! Really? Not even in a glass? Then, my pizza got delivered to my table - way cool, 15 minutes, awesome. Um, hello, is there a plate that I can eat off or a utensil available? I ate my pizza using the platter it came on as my plate. Glad it was only me. Duh, Kelly - could you please offer a plate and utensils to your customers? The folks next to me had regular "how is the food, how are you doing, can I get you anything" visits from another waiter and the couple across from me were offered several refills of their fountain drinks and ice tea by Kelly. All I got was a "do you need a box" and "you can pay up front when you are done" comment. And the only way I knew her name - it was on the ticket that I received to go pay. Can you please atleast say "Hi, I'm Kelly, I'll be your awesome server tonight" or something? If I was rude or impolite, I can understand the cold shoulder but nope, nada, no way. I was in their on a Saturday afternoon before the dinner rush, intending to just enjoy my booth, me myself and I. Had their pizza lunch buffet yesterday and it was very good! Had the barbeque chicken pizza, sausage pizza and supreme and they were all delicious. Also had some breadsticke with cheese which I can't pass up! I can't eat enough pizza to be worth the $8.50 for the buffet but I like being able to have all different kinds of pizza choices. It's a large buffet typically serving more than a dozen pizzas plus breadsticks. The cinnamon dessert pizza is not to be missed. We tried Chicago Pizza for the first time today. It was not like a true "Chicago Pizza" but their deep dish sausage and pepperoni pizza was still great. It is definitely better than any other pizza in town. However, we would have liked to try the buffet but it is not offered on weekends. I would suggest they add the buffet for lunch on the weekends. My wife and I both started getting a headache within an hour, then the yucky bloated feeling I sometimes get after eating chinese food that is full of monosodium glutimate (MSG).
