I ordered the taco pizza (this was during full blown salad panic). The flavor was delicious, but it wasn't quite crispy enough for me, but I used the edges ate the toppings. The customer service was not what it should have been. One worker was on the phone (speaker phone) while cooking the food. We heard their entire personal life. One worker was doing a lot of cleaning and quiet to himself while the other two jacked around and spoke about things that should not be spoke about at work nor while a family is in there attempting to enjoy their food. This was our first experience at WingStop and don't know if we will return. Like I mentioned the food was good but most of the employees need to be trained on customer service.

I sincerely want to like this location more than I do, but it's more of a "yeah, that'll work"…read morerather than somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit. Sure, it's a national chain so the menu and quality of the food is consistent with other locations. Biggest "hit or miss" here is the quality and speed of the service. That's really the inconsistent part, so I don't know how to recommend this. Sometimes you'll be greeted by a host or hostess who is very unhappy to see you, other times you receive a warm welcome. More often than not, the host team doesn't know what tables are actually being waited on, and more than once I've seen a short argument between the folks up front trying to decide where to put us. Sometimes the wait staff is incredible, other times you'll find the service unfriendly and/or slow. Sometimes the kitchen is quick and accurate, sometimes it's slow and you get extra tomatoes on a plate clearly marked with a "No Tomato" sticker. With a little more consistency, this location is an easy 4- or 5-star review. The location is great--right off the highway--and the building itself is very well kept up. But what happens once you're in the door is where you really take the gamble.

BW3 FRANKLIN LOCATION **…read more I walk in to inquire if this location is hiring on a Monday Oct 5th . Kitchen manager comes out, nice guy, says they are definitely hiring and to come back and speak with kyle or nathan . Wed Oct 7th , walk in to the bar to ask for kyle or nathan . Older woman tells me "kyles not really a manager ...well he thinks he is and laughs" she says no managers are in right now (impossible fyi) and says call on Thursday to speak to our GM "nate" aka nathan . Left confused and in doubt that manager wasn't there ...called after I left a couple hours later and am told Kyle the manager has been there all day . Exactly what I thought . It's typical when old staff see new talent that's attractive, well spoken, and in good health ...they BS to scare u off or misslead you bc they don't want you to take there position which is ignorant and petty . I go back in to the franklin BW3 ask for kyle whom like the kitchen guy is nice . Kyle can't believe what I'm saying so I already know how this goes lol yet he does say yes I need servers and a bar tender of which I have 21 years experience. He says call for nathan tomorrow and I'm sorry about all this. Thur Oct 8th from open to close FRANKLIN location BW3 does not answer phones ALL DAY . unbelievable, I called , my wife, and friends to check bc this is unbelievabley bad for business and the GM is there ?!! Wow Today fri Oct 9th I call and Nathan answers i ask to set up an interview he LIES AND SAYS " I'm not hiring for anything.." I laugh and ask why no one answered the phone he pretends as if he didn't know . Let me just say his bull Sh is now transparent this is not the guy you want to run your business . He then says he is not interested in hiring me . Here's the thing lol I drive up twice as I was told . Im lied to by an old bartender ...and now a GM . Applicable candidates walk in door and get stung with your out of control drama and the bar tender is still employed there ! I feel bad for the owner . I ask Nathan on an ending note for the owners info of which he hits me with another lie " I don't have it .." but says I can leave a review on blah blah of which is funny bc I said I wasn't born yesterday that will go back to you and not up to anyone else . Nice try bud . Nathan sounds like a younger guy whom got the job bc he is full of shit . And anyone whom shuts down honesty and keeps staff like that employees I'm gonna guess has more than a professional relationship with staff . Overall this place makes the stereo typical BW3 . Same as Walmart staff . If your smart and have a good career you'll look past this franchise due to its GM and some horrible staff . I know people lie to get jobs and allow chaos but it doesn't make it ethical or right . Look past this location for employment .

The bar has a historic nostalgic feel to it and no one under 21 is allowed in. I really enjoyed the staff. They were friendly, welcoming and helpful. You will find a small dining area with a bar with seating inside. The dining area booths are reserved for parties of two or more. So, I ended up sitting at the bar. They do have a digital juke box that had music playing throughout the bar. There are also televisions above the bar to watch. The bar has a limited menu, that includes tenderloin, salad, grilled cheese, chicken tenders, and poppers. But all you need to know is that they are known for their burgers. So, I ordered a burger with fries. It was prepared fresh and took about 15 minutes to have ready. The fries were good and the burger was juicy, tasty and delicious. It definitely lived up to the hype. Being that it is a bar, they have the full spectrum of adults drinks and also have a wide assortment beer and signature cocktails. This place is definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Well that excitement quickly died as I opened the bowl and saw fried/crispy onions on the pasta. I did look on the company website and it does say that the crispy onions contain gluten. I would have thought that if someone orders gluten free noodles the common sense would be to remove the other gluten containing item. But I suppose it wasn't. My very sweet boyfriend spent extra money to get a properly gluten free meal for me despite me saying to forget it. I'm disappointed that there was a lack of common sense resulting in having to wait longer for something I can eat as well as more money having to be spent.
