It was 1015 so we thought let's try wildwings, went in and it was pretty dead, so the thought was there dead it'll be good ,BUT I got a salad and it was like the bottom of the bag, grabbed a sampler and the bone in and boneless wings would have been less of a option if I would have seen them first, the fried pickles seem like they was cook I. A shitty air fryer, and the pretzels well.... I'm pretty sure bartender doesn't like her job , you think let me try and make something since I'm so dead she disappeared for 20 mins got the picture and time stamps to prove it then the manager came out I'm guessing on a break ate food and I know he could feel my glare like "what's going on ?"the 2 tvs above the taps are going out so bad I can see all pigments that are out .. One of the clean and comparably newer Bdubs. Service is good, and servers are fast. They are also having staff shortages which is visible but the staff who are there are doing a great job. I ordered 15 modelers wings, basket of fries and potato wedges, nachos, cauliflower wings( a must try for vegetarian folks) and a bean burger. Everything came fast and food was equally warm which is good sign. Over all good bdubs experience. read more

I just spent a bit over $40 takeout for my wife and I at the Franklin Indiana store this evening, and I'm stunned. We got our meal home to find dried out Buffalo style wings that in NO way resemble how they are depicted on their website. My wife ordered tenders and received small pieces/scraps which look like they were scraped from the bottom of a bin. To rub salt in the wound, I ordered two containers of blue cheese dressing for my "Buffalo" style wings and received the extremely small cups for which I paid $1.50 each! $3 for less than a ounce of dressing. Well if you want wings there are much better places around. The wings are terrible, the burgers are pretty good but it's sad a wing place has terrible wings. Bar tenders here are great and service is also great. I have been in this location a few times with my wife for our lunch breaks and we will never sit in the bar section during the day again if Temeka is our bartender/server. The food always tastes great but the environment she brings and we overhear is unprofessional. It makes us lose our appetite. I can see why this place only has 2 stars! Walking in we thought that we would be served quicker if we sat at the bar.....the restaurant had 5 tables that were taken on a Satirday at 5:20. Unfortunately we were wrong. The girls behind the bar just looked at us after we saf down and just talked to each other. I guess they were not the bartender because finally another girl came and they pointed at us for her. Why wouldn't they help us when no one else was at the bar and we obviously wanted to place an order?? We ordered the cheese curds as a snack with our beer. I sincerely want to like this location more than I do, but it's more of a "yeah, that'll work" rather than somewhere I'd go out of my way to visit. Sure, it's a national chain so the menu and quality of the food is consistent with other locations. Biggest "hit or miss" here is the quality and speed of the service. That's really the inconsistent part, so I don't know how to recommend this. Sometimes you'll be greeted by a host or hostess who is very unhappy to see you, other times you receive a warm welcome. More often than not, the host team doesn't know what tables are actually being waited on, and more than once I've seen a short argument between the folks up front trying to decide where to put us. Sometimes the wait staff is incredible, other times you'll find the service unfriendly and/or slow. Sometimes the kitchen is quick and accurate, sometimes it's slow and you get extra tomatoes on a plate clearly marked with a "No Tomato" sticker. With a little more consistency, this location is an easy 4- or 5-star review. The location is great--right off the highway--and the building itself is very well kept up. I'd give zero stars if I could. Came here for date night for dinner during the week and it was pretty dead. Sat at a high top table near the bar. Watched every server walk by us, look at us, while we were waiting to just be GREETED and ignored us. Every other table was taken care of, had their food and drinks and plenty of social time with the servers. Given that I've been a server for years and grew up owning a family restaurant, I watched the time it took just to be acknowledged for coming in and choosing to give you our business. After sixteen minutes our server walked over tossed a menu on the table and said "what do you want for drinks." No introduction. No welcome. Not even a hello. Same attitude for taking food order. Never even checked on how our order was. Spent the entire time talking to what seems to be their regulars and continue to ignore us. This is trash service to begin with, but given every single other person in the building was treated better, and coincidentally all white, I will for sure will never be giving this place another dime of my money. Choosing to provide faster, friendlier, and more efficient service to every other patron NOT in an interracial family is straight ignorance. read more

Been i a few times since they opened. It's a BWW....portion sizes on at least the fried pickles and mushrooms are stupid small for a $6.49 and 6.99 price. Also~pickles are cornmeal covered.....I'm personally not a fan. The breading was thick and gooey but at the same time grainy. The mushrooms are more breading than mushroom...and the amount you get for price is insulting ~ don't waste the time or money. Each time we come in something is done wrong in the kitchen. Stuff added or not added... wrong sauces....bone in vrs boneless; just a variety of screw ups. This is a very large location. The inside is very new and you can tell that it's been recently built. The service is hit or miss. I've had times where the service has been great or times where it takes forever to get a drink order in. This most recent time I ordered Take Out. They have a side door you can walk in and they had my food ready to go immediately. read more

Service tonight was seriously lacking. No host when we walked in. There were 4-6 servers in the server stations that saw us standing at the host stand and did not attempt to greet us. After several minutes we were finally acknowledged and finally sat. After 12 minutes, another table was sat next to us, and promptly greeted. I must say that I've been a server/bartender for 8 years. I completely understand that most restaurants are understaffed and over worked. My review has nothing to do with it taking over an hour to be seated or that our food took extremely long to come out. My review has everything to do with how rude the bartender was and made me two different drinks with zero liquor in them. I'm a light weight and have to sip on one drink while eating. I had two and gulp one because I was so thirsty waiting on my food and also chugged the other since it didn't come until we were leaving and I didn't want to waste a full margarita. I feel absolutely nothing from either drinks. Also everyone got their burgers and wings at my table and I never got my salad, I only ordered a salad to eat and a margarita that also never came. The fact that I had to keep asking for my food and drink and it still never came. We got two other tables orders... and she kept forgetting literally everything we asked for. She started writing it down because of how many time we had to keep asking for the same things that she just kept forgetting. And even then kept forgetting. She blamed the kitchen every time she would just simply forget something. Things the kitchen had zero control over. If at any point she said "oh I'm so sorry, I keep Forgetting everything" I'd be like "no problem girl, I'm sure you got your hands full". But instead she blamed the kitchen for absolutely everything and never even acknowledged that she was severely messing up our entire night and also didn't care. Then to top it all off I gave her money for our bill and she took it and left and was gone forever then came back and said "oh, did you want change for this?" I said yes.... It was a $100 bill....then she had an attitude and was gone walking around everywhere holding the our bill and $100 bill. Then came back and shorted me money. She just gave it to me and said "here's your change". I was so shocked that she expected a huge tip after such terrible service AND didn't give me back my change. People aren't perfect. I don't expect it. I have deep empathy for servers, especially now a days. Just don't ever expect that just because this is your job and you're working that you deserve large tips for poor service. Your job is to serve the best you can, go in the back and take a few deep breath's, pray if you have to. The amount of Tips depends on the service. Do absolutely lousy, I'll still always tip. But do lousy and also not give me back all my change and put blame on everyone else, ummm I'm going to have a problem. read more

It typically takes 45 minutes to get food during lunch, which is only slightly more frustrating than the tiny tiny parking lot. We tend to have to park at the local grocery store due to zero available parking. The food is right about 80% of the time. read more

If you need a great excuse to kill a couple of hours, order a medium order of boneless wings here on a Monday at 7:50pm. There were less than 30 people inside the building and it took them 50 mins to fulfill my order. I order what is essentially chicken nuggets in sauce and it took them that long. There lack of caring about this problem has convinced me to never go to a Buffalo Wild Wings again. It's sad when you get can order a 10 piece nugget at McDonald's, drive home, figure out they messed up your order, drive back to get the correct order, all in the time it takes this place to deep fry pre made nuggets. read more
