First off last time the drinks came out slow also. At 5:15 pm. This time the took forever and I didn't even get the second one. Not sure if this problem is with the bartender or the waitress. Our waitress which was new had our table of 7 and the table next to us which was 8 adults and another table across the restaurant. 5 of us ordered the California chicken which is amazing !! It took us about 30 minutes just to get the bill and then it was messed up in the machine you have to pay on. I had Bubbas last week as an mid week pick me up! Our waiter Oscar was very nice and answered all our questions. He was very knowledgeable. They had plenty of televisions on the walls so we could watch The Pacers play. We ordered an appetizer sampler which included fried pickles, garlic parmesan boneless wings, and mozzarella twists. argue fried pickles were the best part and it made me wish we had ordered a full order! I ordered a watermelon margarita which was a 10oz for 4$ I personally should have ordered a bigger one but it's a good size for a quick lunch time drink. Hubby ordered a beer and it was ice cold and fresh. We got the combo appetizer which was the perfect size for 2. The cheese stick curly things were so good they are the best cheese sticks. Fried pickles were a bit salty for my liking. The boneless chicken wings were amazing. Light breading, juicy and you could actually taste the meat. Comes with 3 different sauces for dipping which complimented each item well. I ordered the habanero cheeseburger it had a breaded fried slice of spicy cream cheese, grilled jalapenos, grilled onions, lettuce and tomato. The bun was soft, the meat was juicy and definitely didn't lack spice. It was absolutely delicious though. Just beware of you don't like spicy it might not be the right option for you. I also got the fire fries which are heavily dusted with a dry spice. They remind me of grippo potato chips. Hubby ordered the Dicky Vs pizza as they have a special on Tuesday for a small pizza. It had Italian sausage, cherry peppers, fresh basil, Parmesan cheese and a garlic butter crust. He said he wouldn't order again only because the stems were left on cherry peppers which make it hard to eat. Crust was soft with a bit of a crunch. We went here as we had a coupon and they were showing the hockey playoffs but didn't expect much of the food. We were pleasantly surprised! On Mondays they have a burger deal so we were able to get meals for less and the ample portions meant we were both stuffed when we left. The servers graciously changed channels so one of their TVs showed the game, and allowed us to sit as long as we needed to watch the game. I got a mushroom burger which was very well done and seasoned well. You can get lettuce wraps and various bread options, so next time I might try that option. It comes with a side which I tuned to a salad which was huge. The fries I'm told were also great. All in all a good evening and good food. It does get loud with the music playing and if you want to talk it isn't the best spot, but for a bite and a game it was perfect. We did think the bar area might be a good option too as it had outside seating and the music wasn't as loud. We will try that next time! read more

I struck out downtown trying to eat lunch due to a lack of parking or broken or inoperative parking kiosks so I headed south to Greenwood and found familiarity at Greenwood Place. Bubba's was crowded for lunch at noon with a couple of people waiting briefly at 12:15 but there were plenty of empty tables. Maybe they didn't have the server staff? The bar dining area was packed. This is another overdecorated establishment giving you lots of wall decorations to gander at and the large TV screens are packed in wall to wall. I ordered the Fried Fish Sandwich which consists of a cod fillet dressed with tomato, lettuce, pickle and mayonnaise. A cup of tarter sauce comes with it as well. I chose the Tater Tots instead of the two fries choices. The sandwich was good as were the tots. I glanced at the dessert menu afterwards but decided not to partake. Soft drink choices are very limited. Service was fast all around. I was greeted and seated immediately. Drink order taken promptly and my food order taken when my drink was brought out. The food arrived shortly thereafter. Good service! The restroom was clean and stocked. I had no problem finding a close parking space in the large shared private lot. read more

Lots of wood and brick, but tons of TVs literally covering the entire upper level of the walls are covered in TVs. A ton of sports bar kind of appetizers. The waitress greeted us right away after we were taken to our table. She was friendly. Today was a bit of a rocky visit. My team and I come here pretty often and for the most part, our experience is great. Today had a few hiccups. They were packed- and although the service was friendly enough, we were seated at a table that had not yet been bussed despite us waiting for a small bit to be seated while we waited on out group to arrive. Someone came to clean the floor and my team ended up helping to speed up the process. Our server, Tyra, made the visit super enjoyable and her demeanor recovered the experience. The host was also incredibly sweet. The food was as consistent as ever. I had a juicy flavorful mushroom burger that was massive and well-priced, and some deliciously salty fried pickles. So me and the hubby ventured out for lunch today and we decided to go here! First time visiting this location however we been to the one in Fishers and we really enjoyed ourselves there so we figured it's gotta be the same or close to it! We arrive and we stood at the front desk waiting to be seated.. we waited and waited some more after approx 2 staffers walked right by us. So finally someone came up and finally greeted us and sat us.. we were waited on by a lovely hostess/server by the name of Liliana. She took our order and we got our food and drinks pretty fast! And the food was so good. Of course our eyes were too big for our belly's but thankful they had to go boxes. The restaurant's menu is huge and a lot to digest. They have pizza, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. On Mondays they have burger specials and Tuesdays they have pizza specials. I ordered a Blackened Blue Burger with seasoned fries and a flavored lemonade to wash it down. It took about 10 minutes or so for me to get my food. I had high hopes but my burger was just ok for me. It was not as tasty as other comparable burgers. If have had much better and I have had worse. The staff there is awesome. Maddie was running the bar like a boss. She was very attentive, friendly and helpful. She kept my bottomless drink filled, which is a huge plus. This place has a nice atmosphere/vibe. I would definitely come here again. Our first time here and it did not disappoint. We went around 6 and only had about a 10 min wait on a Saturday. The place was busy but they have a ton of seating. My husband and I ordered burgers with ice cold beers. Great choices! Our server was very friendly and attentive. It is quite load and I can't imagine going on a Sunday with all the large TVs all over during a colts game! It's definitely a great sports watching spot.
