We were checked on as well. The amount of food given was very large and worth the price. And yes that's a management issue. I can absolutely see that as it was staffed and how long it took to make each order that if it were even a little busier, people would get very frustrated. I don't think they will be around for long if more good fast food options move in around them and people continue to have bad enough experiences with being under serviced that they won't come back.
