The rice itself had great seasoning and a really nice flavor. However, the dish was a bit disappointing because it was almost entirely rice--the chicken was practically nonexistent. For a dish like this, you expect a better balance of ingredients, and unfortunately the main protein was missing. Sadly, this made the overall experience not the best, especially considering the positive recommendations I had heard before visiting.
