Here's my experience if they don't have their tent out. It's tricky to find. It's in a tan…read morebuilding called Landmark Catering, and you go in the south entrance. Once inside, you go down a short hall and there's a sign with their tamale prices. You might have to ring a bell or yell for someone to come help you. It's a little awkward because I wasn't sure if I could go into the kitchen or not and the guy only spoke Spanish (not a problem for me), but I paid at the metal counter inside. He only accepted cash. Their tamales are all frozen, but they'll warm them up for you if you want. There isn't a place to eat inside the building though. My family and I did not like the tamales once we warmed them up. Their masa (dough) was way too sweet! It might be better for dessert tamales, but did not go well with the savory meat inside the various types we tried. It's disappointing because I have tried dozens of tamales in various parts of Mexico and the USA, and these were some of the worst I've had. I'm almost wondering if we got a batch that was messed up, with dessert masa used for meat instead of regular masa. I'll try to go by at a time when they're serving their tamales from a tent to give them a second try.
