The Lomo Saltaldo was flavorful and their green aji sauce spiced it up and added some more flavor. The steak itself was a little overcooked and some pieces were unfortunately tough to chew. Since Peru is well known as the home of the potato (more than 4,000 varieties of of potatoes are cultivated in Peru today) I appreciate that Casa Peru makes their own french fries and didn't serve up the frozen variety. The homemade Chicha Morada was very good and flavorful. Some of the best Chicha Morada I've enjoyed. Service was good and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal.
