I've dined here a couple more times since my last review and wanted to update it. Everything we ordered was good: papaya salad, pineapple fried rice, Penang curry, and Crying Tiger. The Crying Tiger did take quite a while to come out. The employees checked on us a few times and told us it was almost ready, but we ended up waiting longer each time. By the time it arrived, we were basically done eating, and the meat wasn't very hot either. The staff did apologize, but it was still a little disappointing. I'll still come back since I've enjoyed my previous visits, but hopefully the wait is better next time.
This place really surprised me! I saw all the good reviews, but everything in this plaza isn't very good or has a high turnover. I'm so glad this place has raised the bar! FOOD (4/5): $13 ROTI CURRY: this is my absolutely favorite! I'm so glad they serve this. The roti is cooked perfectly, so flaky and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Comes with a side of curry for dipping. I will not share!!! I don't remember what I got was called but it was something spicy and seafood. It was really yummy! I'll definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu. Can't wait!
We were in the Fullerton area and craving Thai, so we gave this spot a try. It was about a 20-30 minute wait for a Sunday lunch, I wish you could join the Yelp waitlist before hand on the app. We weren't super hungry so we shared two noodle dishes between two people. The portion size was good and so were the prices. I preferred the Pad Thai, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce was sweet/salty. This restaurant is bigger than I imagined it to be, they have additional seating on the left. ig: @cravingswithcat

If you like Thai tea, you have to try Manon's Thai tea flight. They give four small glasses of their original Thai tea, lavender lychee, dark smoky Thai tea, and a refreshing version of the Thai tea. The presentation was cute and I loved trying them all! All of the food we ordered was great, and we in particular loved the morning glory sautéed veggies with rice. The Thai cheesecake was delicious and I recommend you try it! Service was so helpful and the lady who served us gave us recommendations for level of spice, and what she thought was good on the menu.
This place was so good that I came here twice within the same month! I ordered the pad Thai lunch special the first time and the pad see ew lunch special the second time. I really enjoyed the pad see ew. It was flavorful and filling with a slight smoky flavor. The noodles are a good texture and the flavor itself is very ideal for this dish. 10/10 would recommend to anyone craving Thai food and looking for a lunch special! The only caveat is it comes with rice which seems odd considering it's a noodle dish.
Yummy! The interior was very cute and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Came on a Sunday around noon and it wasn't too busy and we were seated right away. I got a tofu pad see eu and it was solid and flavorful. Can't go wrong with this place :)
Manon The Art of Thai Flavor in Fullerton has a cozy, modern atmosphere and an impressive authentic Thai menu. We tried both the Bangkok Thai Tea and Lemon Thai Tea (both were soooo good ). We would come back just for the Thai tea alone! Along with that we order the Thai omelet curry soup, chicken satay, Thai fried rice, and four of their new menu items. The thai omelets curry soup was flavorful without being too spicy, and while the chicken satay and Thai fried rice were solid, the new dishes definitely stole the show. I'd def come back for the tamarind fried shrimp! New menu items: Fried Shrimp with Tamarind (must order!) Fried Calamari with Salted Egg Sauce Crispy Pork Krapow Red Snapper with Mango Salad
Came for their aesthetic Thai tea flight, stayed for the scrumptious flavorful food. Delicious Thai food in a modern restaurant. Got the: 1. Morning glory: 10/10, must get every time. Mind blowingly delicious, your taste buds will be taken out of this world 2. Drunken noodles: 9.5/10, good wok hei but a bit on the sweet side 3. Tom Kha Coconut soup: 9/10, comes in an adorable hot pot 4. Larb Ped: 7.5/10, The sauce is very well balanced and it comes with a little bit of veggies to balance out the heaviness of duck but the duck is a little overcooked for my taste Parking: shared lot in the strip mall, but always easy to find parking
I absolutely love this place! This is my favorite place to go when I'm craving Thai Food. It's such a cozy place. This place does get busy so I do recommend securing a reservation if you plan on coming. For starters, the staff is always so nice. They constantly checking up on you to make sure everything is okay. When it comes to the food. Honestly, everything is so good and flavorful! Every time I come I always order something new to try. This time around I tried the Roti Curry which is a crispy flatbread served with curry sauce. This is such a great starter if you want something flavorful but also light before an entree. The Thai Papaya Salad is also a great starter if you want something refreshing but with that kick of spice. My favorite dish will always be Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles). I love how it has that spicy kick to it. Another favorite dish of mine will be the Crying Tiger. The meat is always cooked perfectly and pairing it with the sour Thai dipping sauce is so good!! I love that this place offers the Thai Tea Flight because you're able to try all their different flavors of Thai Tea.
Manon is a Thai restaurant in Fullerton that faces the street, though it's easy to miss if you're not looking closely. Despite being relatively new in the community, it has already built quite a crowd. We finally stopped by for dinner and ended up waiting about 39 minutes for a table a couple tables were reserved and not enough staff to clean some empty tables. The area is very tight as the restaurant is trying to squeeze in as many tables as possible. The entrance has a shelf that sells local Thai treats. Even with the crowd, the staff worked hard to quickly accommodate the crowd. Once we were seated, service moved fast and efficiently. The servers quickly take your orders so don't browse the menu too long, as they moved so quickly that it was best to order everything you needed at once because you might not see them again until it was time for the bill.
I hadn't visited this Thai spot since the new Manon ownership took over and it's noticeably busier now - probably due to a stronger social media presence? I ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the dine-in experience. I got a few orders of pad see ew and the portion sizes were solid. The noodles were slightly overcooked and broke apart a bit easily, but the flavor leaned pleasantly sweet. I didn't mind it, especially after adding some sambal chili and jalapeños for a little extra kick. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.
Such a great spot & service is wonderful. We ordered take out the first time we discovered this place & everything was packaged well & it was still piping hot by the time we got back to our home. We stopped in yesterday to dine in & service was great! Food was amazing per usual, but my one request is to PLEASE bring back the Lui Suan! Please! I was so so sad when I looked at the menu & saw I was not able to order fresh spring rolls! The pad kee Mao was delish as well, hubby ordered it spicy & it had a nice kick!

Big, clean, spacious restaurant with friendly service, good food & drinks. They have lunch specials Mon-Fri from 11a-3p. I enjoyed the Bangkok Thai Tea & Pad Thai but the Pad See Ew was a little too salty for me. Will definitely return to try more items on the menu the next time we're in the area. read more
Came here a few weeks ago , big space inside for bigger groups. There is plenty of parking The staff is very friendly and gave recommendations. We started off with the spring rolls which came out piping hot and crunchy and Nice veggie filling inside. We also got the thai tea flight, this had 4 types of thai tea, all were delicious and different flavored. some were creamy traditional others were like lemonade style more refreshing. We got the Pad kee mow with veggies, it was flavorful and spicy. we also got the panang curry, it came with a side of rice, the curry was flavorful creamy and coconuty. We also got the tomkha fried rice. This was a miss for us, we didn't like the flavor..it was pretty fishy. read more
Food was so good. Server was so nice! My friend was craving some spice and without even asking the server had heard her and brought out the spices on the table. From outside it looked small, but inside is roomy and cool. 10/10 Thai food. read more

I'm not one to usually give a full 5 stars but this place was AMAZING!! Our server was super kind and friendly. The food we ate was so good compared to the other places we've been to. The ambiance was so nice as well!! It wasn't loud and overwhelming compared to other restaurants. I felt like I was at home eating a nice cooked meal! read more

I had been hearing so many good things about this place so I came by to try it. I started off with a Thai Tea that was pretty sweet, which is how I like it. I ended up going with their Shrimp Fried Rice which had some additions of basil inside. The interior is beautiful and minimalistic. The severs are very friendly and welcoming and I can't wait to come back. read more

Manon took over Wood Cafe Thai Cuisine under new management. I had mixed feelings with Wood Cafe so I was expecting a lot more here at Manon. As soon and we entered during lunch time, we were seated right away after a party of 6 to 8 people. The main server working the front looked very out of place but then again, the place hasn't been open for too long. The man said he'll be right with us to take our order while taking requests from a different table so I was fine with that. A few minutes go by and our waters were finally brought out by a different female server. The man then passes our table several times without helping us. After what seemed like another 5 to 10 minutes, we were finally helped and the orders were put in. The man was also going around tables invading into people's personal spaces to pick up little scraps of papers and napkins in an aggressive manner which was already a bad first impression. Here's what we ordered: **Egg Rolls: The egg rolls itself were extremely small and had little to no filling. The sweet and sour sauce was a nice touch but the bed of shredded lettuce was not. (2/5) **Pad Thai with Chicken: Very decent plate of Pad Thai. Flavors were great and every ingredient was fresh. (4/5) **Pad See Ew with Chicken: Great Pad See Ew dish. Flavors were great and not overly salty. (4/5) Obviously, the front of house service was a bit meh during our visit. The man at the front seemed to favor other tables over ours. Food was actually pretty decent and the prices were fair so that's a bummer. This was my first and last visit to Manon. I recommend House of Thai Cuisine in Yorba Linda for amazing food and service! read more
New Thai place in Fullerton! Interior clean and bright. Their roti is different than other places I've tried, very fluffy and flavorful with the yellow curry. We also got their lao salad, kind of spicy but good flavors. Their roasted duck curry is a must try, duck meat so tender. Tom kha soup is good to share with friends and family, huge coconut taste and spices. Their Thai tea flight is also one of a kind. Crab fried rice have a wok aroma. Overall, everything up to standard and pretty tasty!! Go early to avoid wait in busy times! read more

I recently had dinner at Manon - Art of Thai Flavors in Fullerton, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. What I Loved The flavor profiles were bold and authentic. The drunken noodles stood out--just the right balance of spice, texture, and aroma. Unique menu items like the Thai tea flight added fun variety and showed some creativity beyond standard Thai fare. The ambience is clean, modern, and inviting -- a nice step up from many casual Thai spots in the area. Service was generally friendly and attentive, especially once our orders were placed. The staff seemed eager to help navigate spice levels and recommend dishes. We had to wait a bit for a few dishes, perhaps due to kitchen pacing or staffing. A couple of dishes (I believe the fried chicken and the duck curry) lacked a little consistency: the chicken was crisp but slightly dry in parts, and the duck curry, though flavorful, could've had richer sauce depth. Prices felt slightly on the higher side for some of the portion sizes, especially for take-out. Manon shows great promise and already delivers many hits. It's not perfect, but it's a highly enjoyable spot for Thai food in Fullerton. I'd return to revisit favorites and try other menu items I didn't get to this time. Food: Mind blowing and almost as good as the best restaurants I had in Thailand. 5/5 Ambiance: Cozy 5/5 Service: 1 / 5. Servers were young and probably inexperienced. The service had me feeling like I was fine dining at Panda Express. What happened: So the server was bringing our food and I assisted in moving some of the things on the table to make room and I accidentally spilled my cousin's drink all over. Instead of cleaning it up for us, the server just watched as if I was some clumsy kid and just hands over some napkins to clean it ourselves. Of course we cleaned it ourselves so we can save with no tip. Just kidding. I tipped so they can go buy some towels they can use to clean the restaurant in cases of accidents like this. I want to give this place a 5 star, but I'll give an update whenever I make my next visit to see if the service department improves. read more
I came during their soft opening and so glad I stopped by. If you like big and bold Thai flavors then this is the spot. They perfected the balance sweet and salty perfectly for every dish. Khao soi: 5/5 one of the best khao soi I've had! The chicken was so tender goes perfectly with the thick flavorful broth. Pad Thai: 4/5 did not stand out to me much decent dish. Papaya salad: 4/5 great flavors with the sweet and tangy but a bit salty for me. Tom kha: 5/5 amazing balancing and on the creamy side but it keeps making you want to keep eating. Service was excellent too I will definitely be back and try out their other creations. What a great little Thai gem!! So glad Manon took over the previous Thai spot here. read more
We came on a weekend around 5:30 and definitely beat the rush! Right after we got seated, the line started. The restaurant is located right on the left side when you pull into the plaza. The service was great but unfortunately, they ran out of the pork leg and seafood for the night. We waited around 15 minutes for all the dishes to arrive. Roti with Yellow Curry Dip- So so good! It was very soft and almost melts into your mouth dipped with the flavorful curry. hatyai fried chicken- Very crispy and plenty of share! It also came with a sweet dip and sticky rice. Roasted duck curry- So flavorful with the duck on top and it also came with a bowl of rice. There were also tomatoes, basil and pineapples added. We got medium but wasn't too spicy. Thai papaya salad- Normal papaya salad, can't go wrong! Drunken noodles with pork- This was my favorite dish but the medium was super spicy!! It was flavorful and they were generous with the portion. It has bits of pepper, corn, onions, tomatoes and pork. Morning glory with pork (not pictured)- The veggies were delicious and the pork was cooked fresh because it came out super hot with the crispy layer on top. read more

My girlfriend and I came on a Saturday night around 530pm (gets pretty busy after 630) We came hungry and over ordered but worth it. Khao Soi - a little bit more watery than I'm used to, aromatic curry broth with just the right balance of coconut richness and spice. The crunchy noodles on top added that decent texture contrast. They used boneless chicken thighs that was very tender and juicy. Good, but probably my least favorite of all the dishes - 7/10 Roasted Duck Curry - Deep, savory, and slightly sweet, this dish showcased Manon's mastery of curry pastes. The curry itself was such good flavor, the roasted duck was gold but I wish they would use a bit more fatty pieces, or not overcook the duck so much. Twice it's been just slightly dry but still a great dish! 8.2/10 Crab Fried Rice - Simple, but absolutely nailed. Each grain was distinct, lightly smoky, and kissed with umami. Not greasy at all (which so many places get wrong). Was expecting this to be my least favorite but turned out the opposite. The large lumps of crab on top and the sauce provided put this over the top. 8.9 / 10 Pad Thai - Wok hei for days. The noodles were chewy and perfectly coated in a savory tangy sauce. We got the chicken which was good. Would want to try the shrimp next. Pretty standard pad Thai but done pretty well! 8.1/10 Crispy Pork Belly - one of their specials. The spices and coarse salt flakes were perfect. My personal preference is that crispy pork belly be a little less on the cooked side. This was a bit more fried than I like it but the waiters are nice, could probably request for this. 8.7/10 And let's talk drinks - their Thai tea sampler flight is both Instagram gold and a genius way to try all the variations without committing to just one glass. My favorite was the classic Thai iced tea, but the lychee came in at a close second. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the food came out impressively fast considering how packed the restaurant was. The vibe? Modern, cozy, and perfect for a casual night out Pro tip: Come with friends and over-order. Half the fun here is trying everything family-style. Overall a great experience. They are still relatively new so I think they need to get their seating and time efficiency down (maybe hire more waiters/waitresses for the dinner rush) but otherwise all of them were super nice and attentive! This little Thai restaurant is a new hot spot in Fullerton. Not very big but the quality of food was excellent. I had the eggplant with basil and the fried fish salad with lemon grass. The eggplant with basil was flavorful with mixture of onions and chilies. The chicken was soft and tender. The fish salad with lemon grass was bright and vibrant with just the right amount of heat. The fish was flaky and topped with a zesty tartness from the lemon. The service was a little slow and needs a little improvement but with a little more training this place will be very successful. For the quality of food the price was not bad. Would recommend. read more

Really enjoyed our meal here. The pork panang curry was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The lemongrass fish salad was fresh and bright, while the moo ping was tender and nicely grilled. The stir-fried morning glory was simple but delicious and complemented the other dishes well. Overall, great Thai food with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. We'd happily come back! read more
Manon is one of the newest Thai eateries in OC and is now in soft opening. To get here, you are going to want to look for the Wood Cafe Thai Cuisine sign and that is where Manon is setting up shop. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Wifey and I stopped by today for lunch with some friends and there was no wait time. Inside, they have a nice charming ambiance with about 7-8 tables for seating. For their menu, they have a great selection of different appetizers, salads, soups, curries, noodles, and rice dishes. We opted to try the Crab Fried Rice, Roasted Duck Curry, and Pad Thai with Chicken. Everything that we had tasted authentic, comforting, and delicious! Overall, I can tell that this spot will definitely become a favorite in the Fullerton area for many people. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. You really cannot go wrong with anything they have but I would highly recommend the Crab Fried Rice. Come stop by and support and you can thank me later for the put on! read more

All the dishes we picked after lots of deliberations were so tasty and big flavors. Grilled Pork Jawl $16.95 Crying Tiger $20.95 Chef's Special - Mama noodle Hot Pot $25.95 Roasted Duck Curry $24.95 Dessert sampler $27.95 Roti ice cream $9.95 They also have a lunch special on week days @11am-3pm for $14.95 (chicken, pork, tofu, vegetable) or $15.95 (shrimp) served with rice, salad & egg roll. Not only did we discover an amazing Thai spot, we also did some shopping. The mini mart corner, right at the entrance is my dream snacks come true! So many choices, imported from Thailand by the owner. Special thanks to manager Kevin, we really enjoyed chatting and learning more about Manon and all the fun stories. Came across this place in one of my Yelp emails and decided to check them out. They just opened January 1st. I came on the last day of their BOGO promo where you order an entree and get one free. Such a great deal and opportunity to try their dishes. I called and ordered their pad see ewe, Tom Ka Kai, pineapple fried rice and Panama curry. Wait time was longer than I thought for take out but understandable since it was the last day for their promo. Place was simple, open space, and warm. Food: my family enjoyed the pineapple fried rice the most. Packed with 3 proteins and flavor. The pad see ewe was decent but I would have preferred it with beef. They currently do not serve any beef dishes. The Tom ka kai was not as sour as I had hoped and a bit too sweet. Panama curry was delicious. This place is located in between the Auto Zone and Carls Jr. Will have to come back when they have settled in. read more

Very cute Thai place with booths and plenty of seating. I love booth seating. very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and kind and we were seated quickly. The crab fried rice took a while to come out, we got it the same time the table who came after us and after we had finished our other entree. Crab fried rice - you can see the crab on top and it looks delicious Tofu pad see ew - has a very distinct sweet and savory flavor that stood out from other Thai places. Really good! In all, perfection. Everything was good, but the Thai Iced Tea was so good. Sweet, creamy, a tiny bit bitter (the way I love it). I got the lunch special with Pad See Ew and it was served in a beautiful large bowl (so beautiful). Nan waited on us and she was very attentive. I brought food home for dinner-more Pad See Ew!! Highly recommend if you're look for some authentic flavorful Thai food!!! Located between Carls Jr and Autozone, there is ample parking in the lot. The decor inside is gorgeous and all the severs are so warm and welcoming (including the owner!) I love Thai food and we've tried tons of places. Manon is definitely one of my top choices!! Lots of fresh Thai spices in all the dishes so you know it's legit!! The drunken noodle is a must try with their whole peppercorn. We also really enjoyed the Phuket Thai Tea and papaya salad. The seafood tom yum soup had ample amounts of seafood including fish filet which was a nice surprise. Most places are not as generous. Be sure to check out the Thai snacks for sale on your way out! read more
This used to be another Thai restaurant I've been to before but now it's changed. I like the new decor and the menu options Manon has is better because they have more variety and explain it very well. I came to try out the Thai tea flight since I never really saw one before. I didn't know there were that many Thai tea variants and I was so glad to be able to try the flight for a taste of each making it so worth it. Every tea tastes different but delicious. I also ordered a khao soi to try because I love having khao soi. The soup is very flavorful and it tastes perfect but the noodles are on the thicker side. I prefer thinner noodles and I think it would've made the dish better if it was slightly thinner. It could also use some more chicken but overall not a bad take. They were very busy when we came in but service was still good. I would come back again and try their other dishes. read more

I think I found one of my new favorite Thai places - new local gem that showed up. From the moment you walk in, you get the feeling you're in an authentic Thai place - it's so comfy and the setting is so pretty! I wish I took a picture of my food, but I got a stir fried glass noodles filled with veggies and it was yummy! Then the mango sticky rice, my friend even said she hasn't had a sweet mango like that in a while! Lastly, and obviously most importantly, our server, Kenna, was helpful and made us feel at home. Food was amazing!! Got the roti curry, khao soi, tom yum fried rice, and thai tea flight. Roti was moist and flaky, all the food was super flavorful but wasn't too rich or heavy. The Bangkok breeze and Phuket Thai tea were my favorites--the Bangkok breeze was refreshing and the Phuket Thai tea had really good depth of flavor. Noticed this new Thai spot on my Yelp feed. The restaurant is quite close to CSU Fullerton and plenty of parking for customers. The inside has a minimalist, classy aesthetic paired along with some Thai decorations and the friendlt staff. My sister and I opted for their Chicken Pad Thai, Khao Soi, Phuket Thai Tea, Bangkok Thai Tea, and Crying Tiger. The Pad Thai was nothing really special. However, the Khao Soi, Phuket Thai Tea, and Crying Tiger blew me away. The food had great flavor and texture, while the drinks had a great tea intensity. Will definitely be coming back for their Crying Tiger and to try their Mango Sticky Rice as they were sold out at the time. Definitely give this place a try, and maybe it'll blow you away! read more

Manon is very good. I love matcha. When it comes to Thai restaurants I usually have trouble figuring out what to order because everything looks good. At Manon everything I ordered tasted good. I love matcha. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive. The restaurant has a chill atmosphere. I would definitely recommend everyone to give this a try. I love matcha. read more
