They provide each client with a new unopened package of nail files and scrubber ect for customer safety and sanitation. I liked that. I chose the #3 which was an upgrade option pedicure $35 and the manicure was $15. They also have lower cost versions for the pedicure, if your watching your coins that day. The owner is a very nice gentleman. He did the massage, scrub, hot stones for my pedicure, then had a lady finish it off with filing, cuticle cutting, and polishing. Take a look at my pictures, the white powder I brought with me. Because they don't have glow in dark white powder. I asked for clear acrylic on top but was literally denied it. The nails are not smooth to the touch. The glitter is poking thru the top coat. The nails are very thin. This is a brand new set. We took off my old set and slapped this one. I should have only asked for a refill. I had quality work before this. I'm very embarrassed by these nails and will be removing them soon. Don't take clients just to rush the work.

The technician only used water--no soap--and it was cold, which made it uncomfortable. My daughter's pedicure was done by the same person who did our nails, and since I requested the basic option, the quality reflected that. I went in wanting a stiletto French tip and walked out with uneven, square-shaped nails in a basic color. Not what I expected. Lady was upset and short staffed. Vibe was not there.
