Service is still bad, & servers here seem almost annoyed when you finally manage to get their attention to place your order (& this was at least 15-20 mins after we sat down). This is my go to spot if I want a mango dessert. I like their Snow White Mango Juice with Sago and pomelo. Strongest mango flavor dessert out of other dessert places. Super fun dessert and cafe spot. But beware the popularity means long wait times even at off hours. At least they are open late so if you're willing to wait, so be it. Came here after having dinner nearby in Flushing and was craving some more adult time and was wanting dessert close by. [INDOOR COVID-19 DINING REVIEW] This place is so delightful, I'm almost mad it took me this long to finally eat here! My friend had recommended Mango Mango many years ago, but I was insistent on having tea time at Rose House or Prince Tea--both which I don't regret, but still, there's always room for more tea time! But you also can't blame me because the Flushing location isn't really a tea time environment... It's in the lower level of THE (now defunct) Jade Asian, which was a huge dim sum hall that closed in Dec 2017 and hasn't been replaced with anything as big since, so the top half of the building is abandoned. And you have to go down a short staircase and pass by giant garbage bins to get to the entrance ... or take a ramp that is an extra 10 seconds to avoid the garbage bins ... so that definitely played a part in why I was reluctant to go. But once you get inside (they check for vaccination cards/Excelsior pass!), it's cute! I mean, the decor could for sure get an upgrade (the benches are so low and the tables are so high!), but it's clean and definitely a tea time environment (like Prince Tea House casual, not high tea time). Though looking at past photos, the old decor was actually way more chic and classy ... I wonder why they updated it to a baby blue/pink cutesy type of decor... I ordered the Strawberry Mango Juice Sago w/ Lychee Jelly and Mango Ice Cream, and it was good! It was a fun dessert, and I ended up mixing the ice cream with the sago because the sago consistency was a bit too thin for me and the thickness made it way better. Just halo halo it up! I also had the Mango Mango Combo D: any 2 flavor hot teas + 1 Mille crepe slice -- tbh, maybe best deal? I got the Jasmine Dragon Pearls Tea and the Summer Rose Black Tea. Both teas are good, so you can't go wrong! And we got the mango Mille crepe -- not too sweet, just perfect!! At the end of the day, while the decor isn't as inviting as the old set up or like Prince Tea House (that is set up so you can sit and chat with people forever, which is great -- furniture and lighting is important, people!!) -- this place is still good for a quick tea time and affordable!
